I am not a resident of PA, and was visiting a relative for the holidays. My dachshund was diagnosed with IVDD a day before I was set to leave, and the emergency vet set my dog up with medications and bed rest, but not enough to complete my stay. I was referred to Telford, and was impressed with the quick responsiveness, the overview of medication with revisions based on his current state, and the overall friendliness and professionalism that all levels of employees portrayed. (Special thanks to Megan!) Medications along with a few rounds of laser therapy, and my dog is improving immensely. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

Had an amazing visit with Dr. Loeffler & Kristen. So different from vet experiences we have had in the past!! I have a very fearful traumatized rescue pup who struggles with 'stranger danger', especially when it comes to being touched / handled by new people he doesn't yet trust. So i knew I wanted to find a new fear-free practice to work with. The ladies at Telford made his visit so much easier and calmer for him than I expected. From calming pheromones to plenty of treats to a gentle touch. They knew exactly how to approach and interact with him, giving him space and time when needed. They take the time to learn about your pet before you arrive and are willing to find the best way to work with you / him to make the visit as low-stress as possible. I actually think my pup will be excited to go back for his next appointment and get some more treats from is new friend! Thank you so much!!

The people who work here are all very very nice and so sweet with the animals. They truly care about their patients. They are professional and happy to answer any questions. They give the best care and the facility is always very clean. I can't recommend them enough!

Kind, caring. Spend plenty of time with your pet. They listen to your concerns and also want your pet to have a very positive experience there. They go out of their way to make sure your pet is at ease as much as possible.

Dr. Lauffler and Megan are amazing in the care of our dog, Pilgrim. Pilgrim absolutely hates his nails clipped, but they are patient, caring and clip his nails very thoroughly. He actually enjoys his visits there now. (could be those reward snacks he gets!) Their staff is awesome, kind, professional and efficient. Great place!!

I was with my previous vet for 23 years. I needed to visit Telford to clear my dog to work with a specific group. I couldn't believe what I had been missing all those years. I've moved all my animals to Telford and have never looked back and never been happier. I enjoy seeing every single person there and most of all I TRUST them.

Had to say goodbye to my sweet dog today and Dr. Mininger was absolutely wonderful- kind, gentle, compassionate, not hurried. We talked and shared good memories of my dog. And in the midst of this very sad moment, there was so much peace. I highly recommend this vet practice. Through the highs and lows of pet ownership, they have always cared deeply for us.

My dog has been a handful when I took him to his previous vet for his appointments. Dr. Minninger and Kristen along with the rest of the staff put Rocky at ease as soon as he walked in. They did what others couldn't do. Thank you again!!

They provide expert care and are very patient, kind and gentle with my pets. They are trained in fear management and it shows. My dog is not very obedient with getting her nails trimmed and instead of holding her down they take the time to work gently with her even if it takes longer. They know I do not have a lot of money and always offer me medication that has been donated and have even given me high priced prescription dog food for free. I trust them 100% with my pet care. You cannot get better than these vets.

This place is great. The facility is up to date, very nice. Everyone that works there is caring, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. My dog had to have her eyes removed and they took very good care of her!

I will never stop coming to this vet! Sadly, I had to put down my cat Leo last week and they made the whole process a little easier and comfortable despite how devastating it was. Not only were they so compassionate and sympathetic about the situation, they explained the process with detail and were upfront with my options. I only had the chance to bring Leo to this vet a couple times, but I was surprised to hear that they remembered him and how good he was from previous visits. They made one of the worst days I've had a little less stressful, and I will forever be grateful for all of them.

I was so impressed with Telford Vet Hospital that I will be switching vets for my dog. My dog had an emergency and when contacting my normal vet they told me they would not be able to get her in and I should call another vet. Telford Vet was the first place I called as they are local to my home and they got right in within hours! They initially said there would be an emergency fee tacked on, totally understandable, however when I arrived they waived the fee and said they slid me into a cancellation spot instead of the emergency squeeze in. They got Jazz in quickly and she already is starting to act like herself again! The entire staff from the receptionists to the vet tech and the vet herself were so incredibly nice! Kindness goes a long way and they now have a new pet to care for! Thank you to the entire staff at Telford Veterinary Hospital!

Our dog Mango absolutely loves coming here. She says these guys are the best. It doesn't even hurt when they give me a shot. Our cats not so much ????

TVH staff are the wonderful. They worked to ease not just my pet's but also my anxiety. They are kind and understanding; I would reccomend them to any pet owner I know.

They are the best & always have your loved pet at heart, they also came through & helped my family greatly when my puppy fell deathy sick with Parvo, & he is now a healthy growing puppy!!! Thank u everyone e @ Telford vets....ur the best!!

I had a very positive experience. I know one of the Veterinarians & her husband, a paramedic from church. Completely thorough, on time, great communication from beginning to end. I say that because they are operating differently due to the pandemic. My appt was at 1:30 and I was on my way by 2pm. They even provided me with a cat carrier since mine was too small for my boy.

The staff here is beyond amazing. Been coming here for 5 years with my 3 cats. They are caring and show my babies so much love. Just recently I brought my Daisy girl in for a weight check, found out she had a tumor. They helped me through next steps and took their time with me. Unfortunately just over 24 hours later Daisy passed. I cannot thank the staff who loved on Daisy during this short period they were with her. Not only did they care for her, they were there for me; Hugs and listening as tears streamed down my face. I couldn't imagine any other vet taking care of my cats.

It is a very comfortable clean hospital for pets I really enjoy bringing my baby there.

I always feel better when I take my cats to Telford Vet! Even when it’s not good news the whole staff has a wonderful way of keeping you informed but also understanding yours and your pet’s needs! Today, again another not so good news, but I feel better knowing they are here to help! It’s immeasurable!
