staff was considerate and polite. I do feel that they could have paid alittle more attention to the lump I pointed out multiple times.

Dr. Janice Wilson is an amazing vet and the staff are wonderful.

I was traveling in the area when Willow my 3yr old golden doodle developed a UTI. Indian Valley Animal Hospital gave us an immediate appointment. They didn’t hesitate to assist me knowing full well I was not from the area. They were kind, caring, personable and professional. I highly recommend this facility to those living in the area. I can’t thank them enough for what they did for Willow and I.

Very nice facility. Clean, bright. & cheery. Dr. Wilson is quite a friendly, personable doctor. She was was very gentle with our ailing cat. We were going to another Vet. , but have now decided to switch.

I love everything about this place! All the staff here is wonderful and we have never had to wait long to get seen. It is kind of pricey but you get that with any veterinarian. The most important thing is that they really care about your animals and I feel that here.

LOVE IVAH!! The staff is caring and very knowledgeable. Dr. Wilson is down to earth, willing to work with you, easy to talk to and actually listens to the pet parents. I would follow her if she ever left IVAH, she is that awesome. Dr. Fraiser is very knowledgeable and soft spoken but knows his stuff. They are reasonably priced as well.

I have a fearful dog who is an abuse survivor. She is a sweet, beautiful soul who gave me her whole heart when she began to trust me, but is very frightened in unfamiliar environments, especially when I'm not with her. Trips to the vet during this pandemic have, naturally, been particularly difficult for us since I have to wait in the car. But the staff is kind, friendly, and trustworthy. They're very supportive and prompt. I love that they sent reminder cards when my dog (and cats!) Are due for their vaccines/wellness visits, because life gets in the way sometimes and it's easy for me to lose track of those things!

Great vet hospital for your four legged furry friends! They are very professional and always get you in when there is an emergency need. We have been going here for years and wouldn't change Vets even though we moved to Lansdale now. Excellent service and attention to care.

Took my cat here for the first time amd was pleasantly surprised. They did not push additional services or tests like my previous vet. I will be changing my dog to this vet as well!

I stumbled upon this place through adoption. Last year I adopted my beautiful Bella Mia (cat) through the SPCA and this is where she was being temporarily held. I've since had Bella there and my poodle, Priscilla. Both times my babies were rather sick. I'm impressed with their doctors & staff, they are professional, knowledgeable and informative. The clinic is clean, I felt that they took time, they were thorough & answered all of my questions w/o rush. Highly recommend! 5⭐'s Thank you heros @ Indian Valley!

Indian Valley AH is staffed with the most wonderful and experienced team who offer exemplary services. I've been taking my pets here for over 10 years and they always take excellent care of us. Highly recommend.

Dr. Wilson was awesome with our two new fur babies. She was extremely thorough with her exam and let us know any issues or concerns that she saw. She really listened to out concerns that we had and also asked if I had any questions for her! She made our family and our fur babies feel very welcomed. It is really nice to know that our fur babies health and wellness are her first priority.

Super friendly and welcoming staff. Prices weren't bad and they had us in and out in an hour! Would highly recommend.

Brought my puppy in for an emergency visit and they were awesome. Explained everything I had questions about even things that weren't rwalated to the visit. Fair prices!!

They make my cat happy

I like that the staff waits to see Kitty Morrigan and treat her like the big cuddly floof she is...she is not stressed when the techs take time to sooth her before exam. I like that the staff makes sure Bella , earns her treats after performing her tricks! Bella and Kitty are lucky dog and cat to have such caring professionals as friends.

I was referred to Indian Valley by a co-worker, we needed a new local vet after moving. I am glad we decided to take our dog, Gordie, here. Dr. Fraysier is extremely knowledgeable and does an excellent job explaining what routes of treatment are available. He never pressures you into any type of treatment and thoroughly discusses each medication he recommends. Gordie had a particularly bad flare up of his allergies this summer which resulted in a secondary infection requiring an antibiotic. Dr. Fraysier was able to identify that Gordie had an infection caused by his allergies, which then cleared up after an antibiotic. We also were able to get Gordie started on an allergy medication to stop the itching and hot spots he was experiencing. Gordie also is very anxious around new people but he loves Dr. Fraysier, he's very good at calming your dog during examination. Price of services are also very fair, I highly recommend Indian Valley Animal Hospital to anyone in the area.
