If I could give more stars I would! I would highly recommend Ark Animal Hospital! Dr. Smith went above and beyond for my dog. The whole staff was wonderful! Everyone put me at ease.

I absolutely LOVE Ark in Souderton. Barbara Smith (the vet) is amazing with my cats and makes us feel at home there. The whole staff is friendly, helpful, and personable. I will always recommend them.

Dr Smith is the best avian vet anywhere. Owning exotic birds for over 30 yrs, there is know better avian vet I would trust for my Moluccan Cockatoo. She is not only the most experienced, but her caring, compassion exceed any other avian vet I have used. For 10 plus years ,I haveentrusted her to my "babies", . She goes above and beyond any other vets!!!( She is not only awesome with my Luna, but is patient, caring with me as well.( I think I get more stressed then my bird) lol. The staff at Ark animal also are exceptional, from any other vet. Cannot recommend enough!!!!!

Our dog was in pain and dying in front of our eyes.....they made time to put him out of his misery. For that we are very grateful!!

Had to emergency take my rabbit last night to Ark. I’ve never been there and from the moment Amanda answered the phone I felt comfortable. All the staff stayed late to assist us; thank goodness for good people !

Dr. Smith took such amazing care of my Lily today, so gentle and compassionate throughout and really took the time with my pet. Ark will always be my #1 go to for exotics ❤️

The staff at Ark are so nice and helpful! Dr. Smith is awesome! She genuinely cares about your pet! My leopard gecko was sick and my regular reptile vet was away at a conference. Reptile vets are not so easy to find. I called Ark on a Friday and had an appointment by Monday morning with Dr. Smith. She was so concerned about my gecko's condition that she e-mailed and called me to give advice on caring for my pet over the weekend, as well as the name and phone number of a 24-hour animal hospital in case of an emergency. I was so impressed! I highly recommend Ark Animal Hospital and Dr. Smith!

Ark Animal is the best vet in town! Dr. Smith always takes good care of my cats and tells you straight forward what’s wrong with your animals and how to give treatment. Not going anywhere else

Took my cat there for the 1st time. My cats old vet couldn't find anything wrong. But this one said right away it could be a food allergy. ???? her old vet didn't even bring up that it could be her food

We took our new puppy to Ark Animal Hospital in Souderton and had a great experience with Dr. Smith and the staff. They are a really friendly staff and answered all of our questions. Dr. Smith called me a few days after our first appt to check in on our pup and offered some really great advice to help us in our first few months of having a new puppy join our family. Thankful for a great vet team!

My cat was in pretty bad shape, not eating ,drinking,lethargic. They took her right away,even though I had not been there before. I was floored by how welcoming this practice was. They took the time to explain everything in detail. (She had to stay) and the doctor called with updates to relieve my mind as to her progress.i cant express how good I felt about using this practice. I will be taking all of my pets there I can say I have never had this type of care at a veterinary office in all my years as a pet owner.

Dr. Smith is an angel. She is compassionate, cost-friendly, intelligent, gentle and very easy to talk with. I am blessed to have her as my pet’s Veterinarian.

I can't say enough about the entire staff at Ark in Souderton including the receptionists and their professionalism on the phone. Dr.Smith is very knowledgeable and a great resource for my cat and kitten. I'm pleased with her approach and she goes the extra step to explain and provide tips and suggestions.
