Took a wether in with urinary calculi. Vet wanted to put him down even after he urinated in front of us. Vet gave pain meds and bloat treatment. We treated him with minerals and AC vinegar and now he's going. Called back to ask a question. Found out they were not associated with my vet through 15 minutes of conversation. Even though the receptionist remembered me never asked how the goat was....red flag....

Knowledgeable, quick, costly. Extremely busy, wait for 2 wk for appt, no emergency care.

The staff told me they would not be able to see my dog until December. They called me and were able to set me up with an appointment. The person on the other end was very polite and informative

They were very kind and gentle with my anxious kitty. It is clear the veterinarians and staff love animals.

I think they use scare tactics so that you feel like you need to test for everything under the sun when it's not all truly needed.

We have been using this vet for several years and have always been happy with them. Our dog had a growth that was growing rapidly and Dr. Andrew was very responsive to our concerns any time we would call in. He has great bedside manner and really shows care and concern for our pets. She is healing wonderfully from her surgery.

I set up an appointment to have my cat and dog looked at so that they could be patients there and they could be seen later if anything happened. Their vaccines were coming up in a couple months and I asked for them to be given the vaccines so they could all be synchronized and not scattered. The vet said no and suggested I give my dog a Lyme Disease vaccine instead that she didn't have. I agreed and got an appointment for some type of follow up. I paid for the service they decided was appropriate not what I asked for. They are interested in collecting visit fees but not actually doing any work. I waited for 30 minutes in my vehicle for the follow up. They never checked me in or acknowledged me. I left and as soon as I arrived home they called asking where I was. I questioned why it took them so long and they would not give me an answer, they would only ask if I was going to reschedule. My dog had diarrhea for 3 days after being boarded. I called to make an appointment and said it would be a week before they would see me. Yeah, let me risk my dog de-hydrating because your clinic specializes in collecting initial visit fees and not any type of actual veterinary work. Don't waste your time having your pets seen by them for the initial visit, it equates to nothing. You will still end up having to take you pets to the emergency vet because this clinic couldn't care less about your pets wellbeing. If business is booming to the point that you can't see clients for over a week, try adding another doctor to your practice. This place is a joke.

We had five Lab pups ,vet checked, there and said they all had hernias, really, had never had trouble before with hernias, had to sell at reduced price, I checked didn't feel like hernias, just a normal belly button heal, took one to another vet ,and said it was fine , we woke up a little late to what was going on

We brought our 9 month old puppy in to get his pre-surgical appointment to be neutered and was rudely screamed at by a vet technician (Brittany) that our dog needed obedience classes. I have never experienced such an unpleasant thing and will not be returning with our puppy who is simply fearful of being tugged away from his owners. He came back with his mouth bleeding and we are still being charged for the appointment. Previously I would have given this clinic 5 stars, but not after today.

Before covid I would have given them a 5 star but now they are nice but very unorganized. My dog goes in once a month for a shot for arthritis takes less than 5 min but I wait for 15 to30 min. They have people lined up in front last time I had to call back in to pay after appointment. I'm not very happy with the service

Dr. Emily and ,Brittany were AMAZING! This was our first visit, and we could not go in with our dog do to covid. We have a bully breed and other vets were afraid of our dog even though he is not vicious or mean. I highly recommend Mountain View to anyone !!

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I took my cat here to get neutered which is supposed to be a simple procedure, when I went to pick him up they told me he was bleeding a little but to just ice it, and NO OTHER instruction for me. By the time I got home my cat was bleeding so bad he was in a puddle of blood. I immediately called the vet where they insisted it was no big deal and normal. But cats are NOT supposed to bleed after being neutered. They told me to go out and buy a cone...WHY WAS IT NOT PROVIDED? Our cats condition got worse and worse to the point that the floor was covered in blood. We called them frantically over and over. They said we could take him in but no one would be there with him overnight...and that if he died while there alone it was on us since we would have made that choice. NO EMPATHY at all. Our cat should have NEVER been released bleeding, with NO cone and ZERO instruction. They did not even tell us we had to get a special cat litter, we had to find out on our own. Our cats bleeding got so bad we had to take him to another emergency vet. It was the most traumatizing experience.

Staff is always helpful and friendly! They seem like they genuinely care. They correctly diagnosed our dog that the previous vet did not. Definitely recommend!

I had transferred here after seeing another vet in town. For the 2.5 years I was here, I never had a bad experience. Techs & Doc's alike, they have all been very caring and taking their time with us. Most recently, we had to put our pup down, and they were absolutely wonderful through the whole process, making the most difficult time, and easier experience. I did also really appreciate the timely, sweet sympathy card that was sent to our home. Thank you, Dr. Emily & Maddie!
