Great selection, prices are way too high though

The store is organized and well stocked. They offer live animals such as birds, lizards, rodents, and fish. The staff aren't the friendliest and can be short with you. The register usually has one person and the line can be long or empty. The grooming salon is another issue here and are also low staffed. I had an appt with them for which they canceled because the groomer called off but never reached out to me to reschedule.

Their birds are housed in horrible conditions. Rust everywhere which can make the bird very I'll and possibly die

Excellent place to come get anything you need for your animal! Great bones for dogs! And don’t forget to bring your pooch with you they will appreciate the walk to the store

They never have any feeder mice stocked up. How are we supposed to feed our animals if you guys are constantly out.

It's a nice site however was every hard to find prices on alot of the items we looked at.

Utilized the grooming services for our three dogs. I think they do a good job, and the prices aren't crazy. They always accommodate by taking the three dogs at the same time. They treat our 15-year old, one-eyed Llasa Apso like the little prince that he believes he is!

I didn't think it looked clean and the help didn't see happy.

My family hit up Petco looking for a quick accessory for our kittens. It was a Friday night and I was really surprised at how disorganized the store was. I'm assuming they, like everyone else, our understaffed. However, despite the chaos in the store... The empty shelves... The pallets of supplies in the middle of the walkway... The staff are really incredible!

Good quality goldfish to cook up with salt and butter.

I put a one star view because I got a pet snake and I asked them if it had the wobble and they said no I found out that my snake has the wobble and I called them and they still brought up the 1 month policy when they lied to me about the snake not having the wobby don't buy any snakes from Petco

My wife and I like going to the store for a couple of reasons one because it gives us an opportunity to go for a car ride since we live in another town as well as they have great customer service. They will help you with anything you need in the store they have several ways to save money they have a club membership which is free to get free food as well as discounts it's definitely worth checking into if you have pets

Friendly and helpful group of folks! I had one person not helpful nor friendly. But saw her another time and was very helpful and friendly. I really like Petco!

Everyone's been sweet and helpful. Jennie at the Altonna petco and Mary Jo at the State College petco have both been especially helpful and kind.

The staff here is friendly and they have a good selection of cat supplies (although, they carry even more dog supplies).

We are very appreciative of our local PETCO store and its employees. Everyone is attentive and knowledgeable about the fish and items we purchase.
