If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I know that my negative review will get lost in the shuffle of glamorous 5 stars. But the customer service at this vet is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I hope that no one else experiences this. Please do yourself a favor and just go to a different vet.

So far so good! Took my puppy here for the first time and was very happy with the service and the staff :)

Dr. Kevin did a fantastic job with my bearded dragon! He described each procedure he was going to perform, explained any extra costs, and is very knowledgeable about reptiles. I even received a message post-visit with some extra thoughts from him to better my bearded dragon’s care. I would definitely recommend him for your reptile needs!

Patton Veterinary Hospital have competent and caring people working with our beloved animals - including the Veterinarians, Vet Techs, Staff and Front Desk - everyone is so kind and helpful! Wonderful place to take any of your pets!

We took our puppy Oakley here today for the first time. It was a great experience! The staff is super caring and kind. The Dr and tech were happy to answer all questions that we had and they took great care of Oakley!

The doctor we had was very very good! He took care of my dogs diabetic problem I had no idea that a continuous glucose monitor could be used to keep an eye on her blood sugars to get better handle on her insulin needs I was able to purchase the device from Walmart at a fraction of the cost and I'm waiting now for my appointment to have it inserted on to my dog and we can watch her sugar needs! This Veterinary Center is more like a hospital in that they have a door just for cat services and regular dog services and also an emergency entrance for emergency need thank you Patton animal Hospital

Our first visit with our Maggie was a great experience. Maggie has had allergies four years now and Dr. Kevin took his time with Maggie and provided us hope of relief for her.

I went with my son and his first puppy who was sick. The staff was so friendly and kind. They took really good care of Marlon.

The day after Thanksgiving is almost impossible to find a veterinarian. Thank God for Patton Vet Hosp. The people could not be more understanding, caring and professional. Our kitten was in the best of hands. They will be our veterinarian for all times.

We have taken all of our pets here since 1995. The doctors and staff have always taken very good care of our feathered and furried friends. They have kept them healthy and when it was their time to go to the Rainbow Bridge, they were caring, helpful, and understanding.

All the staff were very friendly, concerning, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

I took my kitten for her first visit to the Patton Veterinary Hospital and everything went well. The vet and the technician who assisted her were very professional, patient with all my questions, answered those questions thoroughly and asked me questions about my kitten. They request that you stay in your car when you arrive and call them to let them know you are there. One of the techs came out to my car with paperwork for me to complete and also a packet of information. Once we were called to enter the hospital, we were escorted into an exam room. Everything was clean and well maintained. They even have wooden climbing boxes from floor to ceiling for cats of various ages and abilities to climb on. There is even a little door that goes into a small drawer at ground level for smaller cats and kittens to use if they need some alone time while waiting for the vet. I feel very confident in the service my kitten received and am so happy we found a great vet!

Customer service was amazing from the first phone call I made. Dr. Spencer was so great and compassionate. I don't live close but will make the drive!!

We took our puppy here when she had a few seizures and the man was great payment was terrible and then when we took my cat here to get fixed and they gave me 2 payment options like 1 the more expensive with things that weren’t needed but recommended and 2 the less expensive with everything needed and at the time I chose the less expensive and they put a whole bunch of unnecessary stuff on the bill and when we told them we didn’t have enough they were going to make us surrender our cat when it was there fought never will I go here again!

They saw that it was an emergency and took us in immediately. Amazing group of people.

Dr. Walters was truly amazing at a very sad time we put our fur baby to sleep. She was very clear in telling me what she was doing. She even petted my dog after he was gone and said, Rest Easy to him!???? The nurse assisted her, Sara was super sweet! It was very peaceful at a difficult time! Thank you!!

Amazing place! My dog has been going there since he was a puppy and even though I moved I still bring him here because the staff is so excellent!

My Tucker was a bit nervous but the Doctor and vet tech made him feel more comfortable!!

I've been a client of Patton Veterinary Hospital for nearly 30 years, and I trust them implicitly when it comes to treating and caring for my pets.

I was so worried about my dog. They took really good care of him and he came home in one piece minus the tumor! This was my first experience with a vet office and I'm glad it was with them. Not to mention the price was not as high as I thought it would be. Plus everyone there was super nice and they even got my good boy in to surgery a.s.a.p all in all they turned something that could have been devastating into something good! Thanks Patton

I will never bring any of my pets here ever!! I asked about checking a German Shepherd for cancer after seeing early signs in my pet. I was told no tests could be done and that blood work that was done indicated no problems at all. A few months later dog stops eating and I call for an urgent appointment. I was told soonest I could be seen was at least a week out. This in itself is unacceptable from a multi dr vet the size of Patton!! I then take my dog to the emergency vet and find out she has an inoperable tumor and is bleeding out internally. A simple X-ray would have seen this had it been done months before when I asked about it but told nothing can be done to check for cancer!! I understand it may not have changed the outcome however it may have been operable at that time and could have saved my pets life!!! This shows the lack of care at this practice and I will be sure to tell all to avoid the practice at all cost!! It is not what it should be and cost me one of my best dogs!!

We have been taking our fur babies here for 20+ years. They are always professional. They are super knowledgeable and answer my many questions. I love that they have a special cat wing.

We have always experienced great care for our cats and dogs. Everyone is so caring and friendly from the office staff to the vet techs to the caring doctors. We have never had a negative experience with regards to the staff. They truly want what is best for our pets.
