This is a great veterinarian! I had dr. Staver and she is so good! They worked hard to treat my dog, but they did get the test done!

Our go-to Vet for four years! Very progressive, offering many treatment options besides chemicals! Always taking TIME & LISTENING! Welcome change for our 13 year old GSP!

I brought my dog here, while she was having a very difficult labor. They were ready to close and could've sent me to an emergency center, but instead Dr. Moran called for some extra help to come in and preformed an emergency c-section on my girl. Went in with 1 dog and went home with 5. Thank you Dr. Moran and the rest of the staff for all that you do every day! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I’ve been taking my animals there since we moved to berks county, 7 years ago. We have a small farm so to save money we get our shots at a clinic. We’ve been to willow creek several times when necessary. I called for an appointment for my sick cat and they told me since it’s been a couple years that I would be a new patient. Okay , except then they told me they aren’t taking new patients. How frustrating, especially for my poor cat!

I took my Bernese Mt Dog here to be neutered and they were so professional with everything. They gave some meds to calm him down the night before and followed up after surgery. He did so well. Highly recommend and great value. I expected to pay much more for his size!

I can't praise Dr. Bastian enough. After hundreds of dollars, three different vets, and countless visits she was able to diagnose our 10 year old cat with a nose polyp that had made him chronically stuffy and nasally. Up until this point, we had vets put him on multiple antibiotics, doing steam treatments and other medications to no avail. We were at our wits end and it took her all of 30 mins to find the issue and resolve it. Our boy is back to himself after months of being misdiagnosed and miserable so we couldn't be happier. Her bedside manner was great and the receptionists were all friendly/helpful.

Excellent, understanding, informative small animal clinic. All doctors and staff were more than willing to work with me with long term rehab. Laser therapy helped so much with healing! Thank you all for your compassion!

Willow Creek came to the rescue when our cat got very sick during the pamdemic and even our regular vet couldn't see us for 3 weeks. We called Willow Creek and they got us in the next day. They were pleasant, professional, informative, gave us testing options and the pricing was very fair. Will definitely be coming back here.

For the second time in 10 months I have lost a beloved pet. Once again I can say how well my baby girl Pebbles and I were treated. The staff were caring and compassionate. I also want to say thank you to Emily Johns one of their awesome techs who always goes out of her way to help you and make you feel better about the decision you made. Thank you Willow Creek, Carmen Wilson

Overall Great Experience, took my new puppy in for a wellness check, spoke with the vet who asked me good questions and gave me helpful feedback. I will continue to bring him here as they were very flexible and seem to genuinely care for his well-being.

After many trips to our regular vet, they finally diagnosed our Rocky with herniated discs. We were told that he needed more help than what they could offer and suggested Willow Creek. From our very first visit with Dr Vittoria we knew this was the place Rocky needed to be. Not only did she give us information on all our options she did it with compassion and without pressure. She created a plan of medication and therapy. Toni in physical therapy is an absolute angel. She is so patient with no only our Rocky but with us humans as well. All the staff we have met have been so kind and understanding, you can tell they love what they do. We know there are no guarantees and Rocky has a lot of hard work ahead of him but we remain hopeful that he may walk again. Thank you ❤️

Although I would prefer not to have to visit Willow Creek as often as I do (haha), every experience has been pleasant. I feel the vets spend adequate time with me explaining the diagnoses, treatments, expectations, etc. I never have a hard time getting prescriptions refilled, answers to my questions or referrals (if necessary). Overall, I think they do a great job with patient care. I would absolutely refer my friends and family!

I love the veterinarians at Willow Creek! They are professional, knowledgeable and very kind to both horses and owners. They have helped me with many issues that have arisen with my horse. Love that they have a vet who does chiropractic work. She is awesome!

If i could give this place no star I would. We had the worst experience with our poor kitty and I will never return with another animal nor recommend it to anyone. When we took our cat here for the first time due to some concerns, we asked for blood tests to be done and they refused and claimed that he was in perfect health and didn’t need blood testing. Two weeks later he’s back in with a urinary blockage and needs emergency surgery and blood work that should have already been done. During the time he was there they had said he was doing well and would be able to return home with over 80% chance of making it and they had told us that this not working is very rare. On the last day he was there he was not peeing not eating or drinking like he should’ve been so they decided to send him home with us to see if he would get comfortable enough to go at home and eat with us. With no luck we had to take him back and put him to sleep. Though this experience was nothing like I’ve ever seen before and is the worst way to remember our cat passing. When we first got in there they wanted to stick another catheter in him. They had mentioned since they knew our cat gets a little angry with new people poking at him they wanted to stick a muzzle on him so he didn’t bite anyone. Which just made everything worse for us. We listened to him cry and howl at them for MISSING HIS VEIN SEVERAL times before they decided this was a bad idea and should just sedate him so he fell asleep. (Not sure why they couldn’t just make it easier and sedate him right off the bat knowing how he is and knowing it would upset us to see him in the muzzle). After sedating him the first time they realized they didn’t do enough and had to sedate him for the second time. When he was finally calm enough for them to touch him the dr. came in and was going finish putting him completely down. However she ALSO missed his vein SEVERAL times and since she missed it didn’t put him right to sleep and you could hear him still trying to breath. It was just heartbreaking for us. She had to go out and get more to finish putting him to sleep and added the comment “it doesn’t usually go like this” as if that was going to help how we felt about everything that was happening. Knowing how horrible of a job they did trying to put him to sleep it really just makes you wonder what else they may have messed up while he was under their care. Also makes me wonder if she would’ve taken blood tests the first time we asked if it would’ve made a difference for us and maybe our kitty would still be with us today.

Been going here for 20 years, but sadly since the one Doctor purchased the practice it has gone down hill. I do like one of the veterinarians but unfortunately its not enough for me to keep coming back. I might still have my kitty if it wasn’t for a specific Dr. its pretty bad when the second Dr. you see in a week pretty much tells you the first Dr. didn’t do something that could’ve prevented me from having to euthanize my cat. Sorry, but I am never coming back.

The staff refused to even look at an injured, stray dog that we found with a broken leg. The receptionist wouldn’t even, at the very least, scan the dog for a chip to find an owner without us signing a paper to take financial responsibility for the bill (apparently they charge to scan for a chip). She was basically saying that they don’t care if it’s an emergency since they don’t want to risk not getting paid for a good deed. While speaking with the receptionist, she also interrupted the conversation on multiple occasions to answer the phone despite other individuals being available. I will never return for any future pets!

LOVE Dr. Lucena and the technician Lauren. Both so informative, professional, friendly and right on with their diagnosis. Recommend to anyone who loves their pets. Dr. Lucena and Lauren will treat your animals like their animals. LOVE that they take the time to explain everything to you. They do not rush you like some vets do.

There was a point that my husband and I were bringing our cat, Molly, to the vet approximately every 2 to 4 weeks. We didn't start off at Willow Creek though. After being either under-treated by an old school vet in the city who works out of a tiny, dirty rowhome or trying to be convinced that she needed thousands of dollars in tests, procedures and surgery, as well as placing her on a prescription diet at a well known, veterinary hospital in Wyomissing. Finally, a friend referred us to Willow Creek, more specifically, Dr. Zaruski. From the moment we walked in, I immediately felt a sense of relief. It had nothing to do with the appearance of the clinic, it's not a fancy place at all. I just felt like this was where we were supposed to be. Everyone from the receptionist to the techs were kind and caring. The vet tech who took her vital signs and assist Dr. Zaruski was kind and gentle. Dr. Zaruski was also extremely affectionate and gentle during the exam, calling Molly "Peanut"- which is funny because she weighs about 17lbs. She listened to us as we told her about her previous symptoms and treatment. My husband and I left there feeling like we FINALLY had found a great vet. They have never tried to talk us into doing unnecessary tests or buying products when I had to frequently bring Molly back in there for recurring symptoms. There were a couple of times that we called and wanted Dr. Z to just look at Molly because we thought a dressing was "not quite right" or she was walking funny as if she was in pain. We were able to get in the same night, usually she would see us after her last appointment of the night and then re-dress a dressing that Molly had managed to get to, and not even charge us for the visit! Eventually, we had reached a point where we had been repeatedly treating Molly for the same symptoms over the course of several months. Dr. Zaruski was very honest with us telling us that she did not know why Molly continued to developed open areas on her face, between her toes, her face and tail. She said she could continue to treat her symptoms, but we really needed to find out what was causing them, but her office was not really equipped to do so. She said, "I don't want to keep taking your money and not know what's causing these problems." That is when she referred us to a specialist (veterinary dermatologist). I started to cry when she was talking about not knowing what was wrong with Molly, thinking that Molly could possibly have a terminal illness. She gave us three different pamphlets to different specialists to choose from. When we went to leave, she she said, "hold on, I don't want you to go before I give you a hug" and she came from around the the other side of the exam table and gave me a big hug and told me not to worry. I've never been hugged by my own physician, let alone a vet. That's what I mean when I say that she cares about her patients and their owners. That was when we had finally reached the point where Molly had already been on a prescription diet for 5 months, had surgery to remove VERY infected dew claw & toe and had been on countless antibiotics, topicals and steroids. We went to a veterinary dermatologist where they did a biopsy & several tests - cost us close to $900. It was not a good experience, but we got answers. Turns out, Molly has an autoimmune disorder and is Dr. Zaruski's first patient with this diagnosis. I appreciate her honesty about not knowing what was wrong with her. We got our confirmed diagnosis and the medication schedule from the veterinary dermatologist and Dr. Zaruski takes care of her from there. I know that this is a really long review and I even edited it to make it shorter, but I just want people to know how wonderful this place has been to me and my girl. And more specifically, Dr. Zaruski is one of those vets that genuinely cares about the animals she takes care of, as well as the pet parents. I reccomend Willow Creek Veterinary Center to anyone who is looking for high quality care for your pet.

If there was an option less than one start I would have gladly put that. This place is a disgrace compared to the wonderful practice it used to be. I would recommend this place to my worst enemy. It’s sad how far the mighty have fallen. If you care at all about how a business treats its employees, you wouldn’t give them a penny. Also, if only you knew what went on behind the scenes and the many closed doors......

Unprofessional! Heard a man screaming and yelling loud profanities at a woman who sounded like she was crying. This was coming from the back area where the employees are... Can't imagine what they are doing to my dog back there
