Have recently been somewhat disappointed with this practice. My pup has been sick for a week with no conclusive answers. Felt rushed through the process, this used to be a team effort. Dr. Lee did scramble to get my dog in to try and get a diagnose to his credit. I am depending on his expertise. Bloody poo and refusal to eat "is not just a poodle thing" Hoping he can tell me what is going on. I am confident that he is doing his best, and always has in the past. Despite the difficulties of Covid and the computer system, the Dr. Lee has always been therefor my pets.

Despite having a very excitable Labrador puppy, the entire staff is able and ready to take proper care of her. The doctor and entire staff treats her with such kindness and they explain all aspects of her care to me.

Dr Lee is the best!! He is so good with the animals. He really cares about your pet, even calling to follow up on your pet after a sick visit or surgery. You never feel rushed or like a number and dr Lee and the staff take time to thoroughly explain everything to you. I have recommended Dr Lee to several friends looking for a vet for their pets.

We just changed vets and this was our first visit. I felt satisfied that mine and my pets needs were addressed and that things were explained thoroughly. I think we just found our new vet!!!!

I have been going there for almost 18 years. They treat the animals like they are their own!! They are very caring for the animal's 'parents' too! No nicer place to go!!

Receptionist is always on a hurry. You can't ask questions cause she will rush u off the phone or just won't help.

I have been in the office recently a couple of times. The staff is courteous to me, although it is slightly difficult to get an appointment scheduled. I am now allowed back in the building with my pet, but I think the staff might have gotten used to people not being in there. I have heard somewhat unprofessional conversations while waiting in an exam room and even at one point heard one of the girls yelling and swearing. This made me feel a little uncomfortable. The doctor also seems to be flustered and forgetful. I am most likely going to try to get established with another vet.

I loved Dr. Lee. Took time to explain everything. The only thing is the price. They did give me a 10% on services because I am a senior. Wish there was some wY to save a little more money

The staff is very professional and caring at the same time. I love all the staff from the reception to Dr. Lee. They also take time to make sure you understand what is going on and are willing to listen to you.

Dr. Lee and his staff are very friendly and compassionate. They correctly diagnosed a problem with my husky that another vet couldn't. 13 years old and still energetic. Thank you for all you do!

The people that are working there are not only very professional and courteous, they also have and show a true concern for your pet(s). We have been using them for years, and will continue to do so.

I was calling to schedule an appointment for my kittens for their first visit to get vaccinated. an the lady on the phone was very rude. The way she corrected me stating “this is a Hospital not a clinic so”.who talks like that? I disregarded that comment an continued. An she was rushing me & not carefully listening. I asked for a visit for Kitten”s” an she got rude an said “oh it’s 2 cats, well you didn’t say that, now I have to start all over” just the whole tone in her voice did not sound professional. I get it, work right now thru the pandemic is hectic but it doesn’t hurt to be nice. They need a new receptionist with manners!

I recently took my kitten Laila that I adopted last month for a last dose of one of her vaccinations. At first when the technician entered the room, she was nice and we were talking about her medical history which I emailed a week prior to her appointment. She asked me if she was tested for FeLV and FIV and I explained that the rescue did all testing necessary before adoption besides this last vaccination because it wasn’t time yet. They did not see it in the medical history if she was tested for FeLV and FIV so they wanted to do the tests. I explained I will get ahold of the adoption agency and the foster parent she was residing with just to make sure because why run unnecessary tests and spend unnecessary money? The tech then left the room and must of been very close outside the door because I could hear everything her and my Vet were saying to each other. The tech had bad attitude when explaining why I didn’t want to do the tests yet and the Vet seemed bothered by my decision also. When they returned, the attitude wasn’t as strong as it was when they were in the hallway, but I was a bit uncomfortable and annoyed myself about hearing their conversation. I had bad vibes the rest of my visit and felt like my concerns were irrelevant. My dog has been a patient here for almost two years and I have never had issues, but this was the first time I was actually allowed in the office able to meet the staff since Covid. They have been car-side since they became our Vet until the other day. I’m disappointed this is how my first in-person visit went because I was excited to finally meet my animals Vet after all this time. I will be changing to a different Veterinarian.

Love this place. Very knowledgeable and Friendly. Only n downside is only pickup due to Covid. No inside availability but they make it easy, pre-pay and pickup. No.muss no fuss.

My cat was sick and I was very pleased with the care the nurse and veterinarian provided. My cat was seen promptly and I understood the diagnosis and the medications he was prescribed. They were very thorough and answered all my questions! I will return to this location again. I was very happy with staff and their genuine concern for my pet!
