First time taking our dog there and they were great.

An established client of 15 years can only get well/routine care appointments. No sick appointments for a week+

Very nice staff. They are very good with my pitbull when I have to take her there.

They really care for your pet. Reasonable boarding rates. They will earn your trust.

We've been bringing our dogs here for years, and they've always been great. The Dr's and staff do their best to answer our many questions (MANY questions). Best of all the dogs seem to love the staff, and the staff always seem genuinely excited to see our dogs. Wouldn't go any where else

I absolutely love the staff at Pleasant Valley Animal Hospital. My family has been going to them for our fur babies for almost 13 years. Meg is wonderful. She always takes care of our dogs as her own and all 4 of my dogs love her too!! My family met Tayler for the first time on Monday, 6/7/21 because our border collie got a gash on his stomach. Tayler was also very kind and compassionate. He (our border collie) is my daughter's emotional support dog and you can only imagine what my daughter was going through when she saw his wound. I called the office and Meg & Tayler said to bring him in right away. We got him to the office and he went back into a room within a few minutes. They made sure there were no infections and patched him all up. I will never switch from their office because of the people that work their and their compassion for animals.

Dr. Reis was amazing! She's very thorough and takes her time with my dog! She does not rush and not explain things like vets that I've been to in the past. She also pointed out things that other vets failed to mention. It's obvious that she cares about her work and patients. Also the prices were amazing! I've saved hundreds here compared to other practices. I am so thankful that I've found this place.

I have always received excellent care at Pleasant Valley, I have been taking various pets there for 25 years. Been through several surgeries, cancer issues, spays and rehab for a torn ACL. The entire staff from the front desk, to the vet techs the Doctors and Matt in rehab have always been wonderful If it is an issue that goes beyond their scope they are quick to send you to a specialist and get you in quickly to get the issue handled. We have been referred to Penn , Hope Veterinary, Valley Central and Eastern PA veterinary and each time they made the connection to get us in immediately. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I brought my dog to Pleasant Valley Hospital and was taken care of by Dr. McMahon. Not only was Dr. McMahon extremely thorough, she provided me with a lot of information to help my dog, the entire staff was so friendly and kind, and super accommodating. Most importantly, I didn’t feel pressured to any unnecessary medications or treatments. I was give plenty of informative options to choose on my own. Now that I am a permanent resident here, I will be bringing my dog here all the time. I highly recommend Pleasant Valley. Thank you to all the staff for helping Mack. Teri Hunt

Very happy with the attention they gave my senior kitty, both for vet care and boarding!

They always took good care of Buster Brown, but I was especially helped and comforted when Buster developed lymphoma and had to be put to sleep. It was during the Covid time and my granddaughter, who gave us Buster as a pup, wanted to be with us when he left. They took us out into their beautiful yard under a tree, spread a blanket, and we were able to be with him together. I called at 3:30 and they were able to fit me in an hour later, as he was very sick. Losing a pet is like losing a family member, and they were just as compassionate and caring as could be. Got a beautiful card with a note from Dr. McMahon a few days later. Can't say enough about the care and love this facility gives. Thank you so much!
