Uncivil employee; very thin with dark brown hair was ignorant and offensive on your roster Thursdays evening. Offeres no assistance with what I was looking for, although she had much to say under her breath while I was shopping. Complete disrespect and unprofessional. Moving my business elsewhere due to the treatment by your employees and what they offer as acceptable. I

I want to love this store, but the fish are so sickly and water being circulated through tanks with so many dead fish. The ammonia levels have got to be awful. I counted 15 dead fish last time I was in there. I’ve seen a flower horn dying while laying on its side gasping for air. Before I knew any better I purchased 12 endlers and 11/12 died within 48 hours. My tanks are cycled and established. All fish pictured are dead.

I have a problem every time I go in I adopt a puppy. Just kidding I love this place I prefer to adopt over buying they are very nice and professional

While I enjoy the store overall, good prices & friendly staff; their rescue process is bs. They purchase random peoples mutts then resell for hundreds calling them “rescues”. Literally watched this happen multiple times where the pup is then sold for well over $600. Last time the female dog brought in as the mom, looked used and abused beyond belief. The male, a hot mess mix of something. Man proudly talked about how they were buying yet another litter from him. You can adopt a dog at many other actual rescues around here for less than $200 & it’s not encouraging backyard breeding. This ‘adoption’ wing at this pet store should be closed.

Giavanna helped me adopt my first ferret for my new apartment. She was very knowledgeable in the area and was very nice about the things I didn’t understand when it came to owning one. Will definitely come back!

They are great and there is a dog named Keisha that is beautiful, she recently had puppies not long ago, she's a red nose blonde pit and so sweet. We got to play with her in the gated area.

Dead lizard found in tank by my 2 year old and when I told them their response was "yeah we know"

Pet foods are abandoned. But pets? Not too many options.

There fish takes are not clean there are so dirty and there Cage s could be cleaned as well they remind me of the animal house that went out of business

Wayne is a gem. He is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to choosing pets and also helping with any issues you have down the line. Jenn is also very knowledgeable and always has a smile to brighten your day.

I love Pets Plus, 9-29-2021, I brought home my Beautiful Girl "Baby". She is being spoiled with all types of gifts. The people are knowledgeable, polite & willing to help you with the types of food Baby eats. Thank you Pet Plus !!????????????

The fish section was such a shame to look at. As a person who loves fish, I was greatly disappointed. It was dirty, not well stocked, and I would not trust buying a fish from there. It use to be nicer... now it is just pathetic. I won't return.

I'm sorry to say that the prices are high, the rescued dogs are too expensive and then same that goes for the cats. their aquarium division looks like something out of The Walking Dead. nobody seems to be doing any maintenance or cleaning. I was very upset on my last visit with the conditions of this once clean and well-stocked Pet Shop. I will not post my pictures from my visit. let's see what happens in a couple of months when I go back there.

They do not take care of their fish at all, They are sitting on the bottom, sitting at the top and health problems. A lot of their fancy gold fish have swim bladder issues. I got 1 black moor from here because I was looking for 1 and I felt bad for it, when I got home tested their water and the nitrates are over 200ppm they do not change their water at all. The black moor is sick and has bad ich that I'm trying my best to nurse the fish back to health in a quarantine tank. Pets plus cannot take care of fish at all.

Used to love coming here as a child. But over the past three years its gone down hill dogs and cats are taken care of great. But birds reptiles and fish all needed cages cleaned and it smelled awful in there. Place was flilthy. Please take better care of your smaller animals reptiles had no food. Fish tanks were gross and dead fish behind the tanks but still in plain site. The poor birds all looks stressed and or sick.

I went there to bathe my old, arthritic, large dog. Although they have everything you need to bathe there (all kinds of shampoos, towels, bathing brushes, dryers etc.) they are not set up to handle older large dogs. The steps to the tubs are shallow and too steep for frail dogs and the landing at the top of the steps where the dogs could stand before going down into the tub is where they put the rack of shampoos and such so the big dogs have to twist at a strange angle to get off the stairs and into the tub which is about a foot and a half down. If, however, you don't have a large, senior dog, it's great. The people at the registers are nice and helpful.

Went to use the pet wash. No clean towels available. I wasn't told that until after I paid for the service and had already started washing my dog. Very poor set up . The steps are difficult if you have a larger dog and no ramps. I brought my own soap. I don't recommend it.

The Pets Plus in Quakertown is an absolute disgrace. I am writing specifically about the birds in this store, I am haunted by the way I saw one parotlet near death shivering, it's feathers totally fluffed out and barely looking awake. The two parakeets feather's were tattered and all three bird cages in the store had a thick layer of feces and feathers on the floors, and the store floor. No covers for the cages in sight. Staff unattentively told us she would "mention it to someone later." Reported.

This store had exactly what we were looking for! We will be back...

Very helpful and friendly staff. The store is filled with all kinds of pets. I had a lot of fun looking around! I bought 2 parakeets and I was very pleased with the selection, pricing, and employees.
