Avarage pet store honestly. There fish section looked bellow average and I noticed some Reptiles not being kept on the correct substraight.

I got my widow bug from here. Great store and staff. My boys absolutely love this store and want to go back. I did however freak out cause I didn't know much about her morph. I can assure anyone they do sell healthy animals. Widow is a spider morph ball python and I thought she had a neurological contagious disease she didn't. She came back negative on her test. She has the wobbly gene which is normal for spiders. So when I read some of these comments it's just from their perspective and could be not so true. Shout out to the staff for being so awesome and giving me a gorgeous python

We came to this store looking for a mccaw, and left with a bad taste in our mouth. Saleswoman was very rude, and talked down on us. We had no reason to buy a large bird, we needed one of their small, overpriced birds(that I had no interest in). I will not return, as I'm very disappointed as we drove 2 hours to visit this store.

I drove an hour to get to this pet store because the website said they had parakeets. When I got there they said I could only buy 1 ( I wanted 2) even though they had about 15 or more, and they would not sell me the parakeet unless I bought a cage…even though I brought my own carry cage. Very unfriendly staff, very unwilling to help me since the moment I walked in the door. I went around the corner to Pets Plus and bought 2 beautiful parakeets, without having to buy an overpriced cage I didn’t need…and the woman who helped me was so nice. Don’t waste your time going to find, feathers, paws & claws. Very unprofessional, overpriced, and unimpressive.

Staff was very friendly to me when I bought a Conure back in March. However when I returned to buy food, they were very indifferent

animals are in terrible condition. their living spaces aren't clean and they all looked terrified. one of the birds even made noises of uncomfort as people kept poking it and bothering it. horrible place, I don't recommend at all.

Great selection of birds and amazing prices for their items. Unlike some places with cheap quality items. They take care of all their animals and feed them as well. Prices are set to make sure all animals are provided for properly, before they find their forever home.

Look up master fish breeder on Instagram or live fish tanks on Facebook if you want high quality African cichlids, cherry shrimp or other fish in the Quakertown area .. We have a wide selection in hundreds of fish we breed them locally we tried to work with this place but they don't like to work with local breeders they buy from large whole sellers which don't really produce good quality fish

Their fish selection was ok but dear lord I would never buy any. The tanks look like they haven't been cleaned, saltwater tanks were bad too.

Very friendly store. Little pricey but very knowledgeable employees who work in the store. Would highly recommend

I recently bought a baby severe macaw, and I honestly love her. The owner is very kind, and helpful!

Terrible place. I got three rats from this place and it was $13 dollars per rat. I also got a hide, a water bottle, food, and a little castle. All together it cost $150. Not to mention, one rat had a tail that was twisted in a circle because it was broken. Another rat was aggressive and bit every member of my family. We took them to the vet and they were all sick with a chronic illness. When we tried to return the aggressive rat, they said we couldn't have our money back because it was considered a "donation". I am very angry and will not return.

A lot of the animals looked like they were in poor condition and not being taken care of well.. it made me so sad. In particular I saw a lone male rat (rats are social and should not be kept alone) that looked very sick :(. The enclosure he was in was way too small and he was surrounded by his own poop and had no enrichment in there. Really upsetting

If I could do 0 stars I would. This place does not know how to keep reptiles for the life of them!! I bought a Ball Python from them (without looking over the snake throughly before buying it so some of this is on me) and took it home to put it in his tank. I let him get used to the tank for a week and a half before feeding him his first rat. All is good with him eating, but then I wait another couple of days before I truly pick him up and hold him and I find out he has snake mites!! This couldn't be from me or any animal in my house because I have a dog and they don't get snake mite!! In other words they sold me a sick snake. Also snake mites travel which mean every snake that this place have snake mites. Don't make the same mistake I did, look over the snake before you buy it. This place has no respect for their buyers. (At Quakertown Qmart location) P.s. they do have good prices on rats though.

I've been visiting this store occasionally for decades. It was always a favorite, but we didn't live in the area to come often. Recently, we visited twice in a month to pick up some pet supplies. I was very disappointed. I love supporting local, family owned business but I do not feel this one is currently well managed. The store was unkempt, lots of the animal cages and tanks were dirty. There was no staff in the store to help customers for over twenty minutes and we almost walked out empty handed, leaving us plenty of time to observe rodents living in excessive feces, a axotol in a tank that was dead so long it was skeletal, dead fish, etc. I do not trust the health of animals so poorly cared for and wouldn't recommend to friends for this reason.

Bought a Mexican alligator lizard from there, basically just to save him. Unbeknownst to me he had mites. This has been a half year of lizard baths and treatments to no avail. Not to mention they have no knowledge on anything. Better yet, im 98% positive the day I saw him he was $300 and when I went back he was $350. Do not support this awful place. Support local reptile breeders. Not this pet concentration camp. Will never reccomend.

Beautiful collection of birds, feel as though the prices are a bit steep. Wished they had events where the birds are reduced. Noticed one bird in particular has been there for quite away. However the price is 1449.00, fish tanks are well maintained.

Nice store you can walk around and look all you want. Not like Pet Smart that makes you feel Luke a crook as soon as your walking in.

Purchased a Caique Parrot several months ago. Left several msgs as well as numerous emails w/o a returned call in regards to not receiving proper paperwork or a leg band.
