Awful. Do not take your pet here. They told me my cat was fine. 4 days later I had to have her put down.

The most caring Vet you can find. Truly love's all animals and would do anything to help them. Not a yuppie Vet!

We have been going to Dr. Shreves for 10 years with our 2 cats. He and his staff are outstanding! I have nothing but complete respect for this man and his practice.

Called and told them my dog wasn't eating or drinking and could you please see him right away ?. The answer I got was " make an appointment." R.I.P. Remi

I have been taking my pets to Dr Shreves for the past 13 years. So far he has shown nothing but compassion and professionalism. At first I was baffled by how this isn't at least a 4.5 star establishment on EVERY review platform. Then I realized most folks these days are incredibly stupid (no offense to any of you dummies out there). Go ahead and read some of those bad reviews. They're astounding. "Dr Shriefs fail to ressarrect my dog who had olny been died for a cuople days" or "The lady on the phone was rude because she wouldn't diagnose my pet over the phone, sheesh, its like they're trying to be profitable or something, what is WRONG with this place??" Do yourself a favor and read the negative reviews. Then do your pets a favor and schedule them a visit with Dr Shreves.

Got steroid shot so we will see in two weeks, fingers crossed

Refused to see us for an emergency. Wanted us to go to Metropolitan and spend obscene amounts of money even though we were existing patients

They are great people to work with very understanding in every situation that we had. I love going there take us back very quickly and always answer all of our questions that we have. I would recommend them to all my family and friends without question.

Full service vet. Boarded my dog for the weekend and he was just as happy when I picked him as when I dropped him off. Very well taken care of. Even though they were closed on weekends, he was walked and exercised. Thanks Doc and #TaraEvans.

Ive been taking all of our pet here over the years id say like at least 10 years now . They are very polite and professional. i recommend anyone with a pet large or small to give them a try. also they are completely compliant with cdc to help pervent the spread of covid 19.. We have had a rough year with our cat and various illnesses. Pottsgrove Animal Hospital has been there for us the entire time, been supportive, and caring the entire time.

Dr. Shreves has always provided great care to my dogs. He and his staff are always courteous and knowledgeable.

Prices are reasonable, staff is nice they treat your animals as you would.

Would not stop the world to save a dog . To me that's what all pet owner should do or people who work with pets

We and all our pets love them. We have been using pottsgrove Animal hospital for years and now we are Moving away and can only hope to find another vet that is as good and caring as they are.

We took my daughter’s bunny to see Dr. Shreves today due to a parasite problem. There was actually a bot fly larva growing under our bunny's skin! I was very impressed with professional, down to earth, friendly and wonderful service we received from Dr. Shreves and his staff. I also wanted to mention the fact that we do not have regular visits with the vet for our bunny but when we called the office the receptionist was able to accommodate us the very next day. Thank you PAH for helping us today and making Sara well again!

I took my kitty for a dental consult all of the staff were professional and nice to myself and my kitty my kitty liked the Vet who treated my kitty like I myself would treat her I liked the place a lot and yes I go back

My fiance just had his dog put to sleep at this facility. His dog was his best friend. After 14 years it was his time to go over the rainbow bridge. My fiance called to get his dog Ollie's paw prints on paper. Not a big deal right? The lady that picked up the phone was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Complaining that it was such a hassle to remove ollie from a freezer for paw prints. I'm sorry but if you are going to act like that after someone just lost their pet maybe you should reconsider your choice of job. To a lot of people animals are more than pets. They are family they are best friends. Think before you speak.
