The staff and vets are always ready and accommodating for our pet visits. I have never waited for my dogs to be seen. Quality time with the vets to go over care and treatment if needed. Highly recommend this group to care for your furry friends.

Love this place everyone is very nice and friendly. They take excellent care of my furbabies. I have been going here since the early 90's. I live up in Tobyhanna for the past 14 yrs I drive almost 2 hrs to keep my furbabies healthy.

Warm welcome to begin with!!! Dr.was very knowledgeable and prescribed antibiotics for Abbey, My cat. Good experience for me and my dear kitty.

I always enjoy coming here. The staff is very kind and compassionate. Even though they are short staffed they are still friendly and very helpful. If you have a question you can put a call in for a veterinarian and they will call you back. Sometimes you can even send a photo of your concern and they may be able to treat your pet without a visit. They try to accommodate when they can.

The only vet in the area that has an exotic pet vet. He is great with our pet rats, very knowledgeable and understanding! Before we found this vet, we tried another one and they would only do the bare minimum bc they were limited as far as exotic pets go. So happy we switched to this vet!!

So happy we found this place, they take such good care of our miniature Schnauzer puppy and our siamese cat! Very professional and caring vets and staff!

There's not a better place to take your fur baby. I've never felt so welcomed and taken care of anywhere else. If I could give more stars, I would.

Definitely NOT as client focused as in the past [and we loved this practice]. Now very expensive, NOT entirely upfront about costs OR options/alternatives. Definitely NOT flexible. Am now thinking about going elsewhere.

I have been taking my black Shepherd there for about 5 or 6 years now they take care of her real good they're very nice people the doctor my dog sees her name is Amy very good vet.

The vet s are nice. The first vet that my dog saw put him on a dogfood that he really did not need, and put the blame on being allergic to"everything". Which was so. After that, he saw Dr.C , Dr.C was very nice, and made each time going to the vet relax and ease. This last time the doctor performed some cryo freezing and the process didn't help my dog one bit.

Sadly devestateldly disappointed in the uncaring receptionist who would not relay any info to the drs about my dog's deteriorating condition but she was happy to send me his records and lose my dog as a long time patient.

Superb, kind, and professional staff. Saved our baby and were so accompanying and compassionate. Thank you all!

Staff was able to get my kitten in within 2 hours without sending us to the er clinic, even though we were new to the practice. Doctor and staff were amazing and thorough.

Dr. C is the best exotics vet that I’ve found in the area. It’s been so difficult to get my pet rats to someone who ACTUALLY knows how to diagnose and treat them but i finally found him. Price is average as far as exotic care goes and I’m willing to pay for such good service. Receptionists and vet techs have been great at answering all my questions as an anxiety ridden pet mom! Also a huge plus that they take care credit. Highly reccomend this hospital to anyone with exotics and I’m sure they’re just as great with dogs and cats.

Just called bc my dog was having trouble breathing but they would not take him bc they were closing in an hour. Glad they are not my regular vet

We switched to this vet because our old vet is still not allowing pet owners inside the building. Our cat is 17 years old and we needed a vet that would allow us to come in and be there for the least stressful visit possible. They listened, answered questions, and gave advice on next steps. Overall a great visit and we will continue coming here with our cats. Highly recommend!

Have been going to them for many years. Everyone's amazing from the vets, to the techs, to the nurses. They never disappoint and always work with any concerns you may have. And with covid it's been great because they not only have curbside, but also allow you and one other person invite your pet! One of the only vets in the local areas I know that allow it.

I have taken all of our dogs and even my guinea pigs to GVH. They are the best. Drs Hanlon and Coniglario are wonderful, caring and compassionate. I wouldn’t trust my pet with anyone else.

Staff was very friendly and made a fuss over Jack(my 3 month old Conure). Dr C came highly recommended and gave Jack a "pedicure". We also talked about Jack's diet. We'll definitely be going back
