We were recommended this place by many people and were awfully mistreated. We took our French Bulldog, Coco, here so we could go on vacation and a couple days later we got a call saying she died. My family and I were beyond upset and wanted answers. After fighting for a simple explanation, we finally learned that our baby girl was neglected and died alone and unattended. Coco, was in perfect health; we had just taken her to the vet before we left her in Allen’s care. She was left outside in Hot summer weather for almost 2 hours alone. When Allan returned to check on her she was dead. Someone who owns a dog kennel and knew our dog had breathing problems should have known better leave a dog outside alone to die. He didn’t even have the decency to show his face when we came to pick up our dead dog. We have sent him a letter to which he has not responded; I want my story heard so that this awful tragedy will never happen again.

We wanted to board our dog here this coming weekend, we played a little phone tag last week and finally my husband got through. He spoke to a man and was told to bring our dog in during the designated times for a meet and greet and to bring the required vaccine papers. Because the times for the meet and greets are very restrictive (Monday wednesday from 10-11:30 and then 4-5:30), I wasn't able to actually do it until today. We got through the meet and greet very well until the woman at the desk said she couldn't find any reservation for us in their system and that they were booked for the entire weekend She was very friendly and offered to put us on their cancellation list, this wasn't her fault at all. I don't understand why you would hear that a new customer wants to board their dog over a holiday weekend and not set up a reservation for them. I don't know what more needed to be said than "I need to board my dog over Labor Day weekend" to initiate the process of making a reservation. We were very lucky and found a different place with availability. I would have liked to have had my dog here, I wish this had been handled differently. Editing in response to Assistant Manager, It's obvious that you book quickly for weekends and holidays. My problem is that we were not told that reservations are booked during the tour.

Picked up my Pitbull Kamber today after a week stay. When he got into tbe jeep he practically drank my daughter’s water bottle from her face he was so thirsty. When we got home I noticed sores on him. His harness caused sores on both shoulder blades, sores on his nose, and ankle bone, how did this all happen? Was only advised that “she” was a good girl all week. He was also skin and bones. I understand if he would not eat for the week but the bag of dog food returned to me showed he ate great, makes no sense. This is my second time boarding him there and fortunately it’s Kamber’s last. It was not discussed that I could purchase play time so he didn’t get that. I’m actually disgusted with myself that I let him down.

Charlie just visited Noah's for 18 days. He's a senior and I was worried about him staying that long. I had no reason to worry! They took great care of him ! Thanks Noah's!

We boarded our 2 dogs for 5 days and we were very happy with Noah's. We liked the idea of the tour so we could see where they would be housed. We liked the setup and also our daughter boarded her dog here a few times and really liked it here. We will be back later this year☺

Nice people who run and work here. I wish they wouldn't charge for every little thing (letting your dog play, upcharge for petting) PS, I'm editing this because I was wrong about the food!

My experience was good. I thought the manager and owner were attentive to our guinea pigs. They changed their bedding every day which was great. The owner was available when the facility was closed to take the pet food that we forgot to bring. They have many different cage sizes to choose from. Now that I know dogs have access to 24 hour tv boy do I wish i could have asked for more! But nvm. We got a really decent price for 4 days. I will definitely bring my pets back to this motel.

Just picked our dog up from her first stay at Noah's Pet Motel. First thing she did is drink a whole bowl of water and when I refilled it she went back and drank some more. Poor girl was obviously very thirsty and had no water in her cage. Dogs are caged in smelly cages that are no better than the conditions at the SPCA. They get no play time or exercise unless you pay extra. You can pay $6 to have someone let her out for 30mins, which is ridiculous. We paid to have her get some play time, but the rest of the time she was locked in her cage. She only stayed overnight, and pick up time is noon. We picked her up at 1:00 and the charged us for another 1/2 day. We also brought her bed and they charge $3 to let your dog have a bed to lay on, else they put a towel on the concrete floor. The overnight stay cost almost $70 because they nickel and dime you for everything and the conditions are horrible. Our dog was sooo happy to be out of there . NOAH'S NEVER AGAIN!!

Noah’s Pet Motel took great care of our dog while we were on vacation for a week. When we picked her up it was obvious she had been happy there. She looked great, was happy and maybe even put on a pound or two. Which for her is good, we knew she was eating while we were away. I’m very happy with the staff. If you add on a lot of different things, play time, cuddle time, etc the bill does go up. But, you don’t have to add on anything extra to your dogs stay. We decided to add a bed, playtime and an extra feeding, I’m glad we did. We wanted to give Raven a chance to acclimate to her new vacation spot and she did well. Thank You, Noah’s!

So far we have been very happy with Noah's Pet Motel - every our dog seems happy when we go there. She goes right to the staff and does just fine. Staff is friendly, plus there over options beyond boarding sick as play time, grooming and even couch potato time.

I'm going to leave a fair review before my wife blasts Noah's anymore than I do. We also have a 100lb German Shepherd (9 months old) and he was boarded from Friday night until we picked him up yesterday evening (charged 6 days). We filled out the sheet, did the visit to Noah's before our trip with our pet, and explained his personality. Some background: He is a BIG whimp. At the dog park, he licks other dog's faces (and has yet to learn otherss hate it), they then snap at him, he flops over. A tiny dog can boss him around. So of course we explain when we drop him off of the fact, like other dogs, he makes noise when going up to the park due to excitement; Of course others see a BIG GSD coming up and get nervous, but as soon as we get through the gate and he's unhooked he trots up to other dogs to greet, gets put in his place quickly and no issues...EVER. He's never growled, bitten, raised his neck hair, or shown signs of aggression. Back to the review. We drop him off Friday and request group play the entire time we are gone, except the day we pick him up anticipating we will be there as soon as possible to get him. We are asked, if there are no other dogs for group play do we want 30 minutes of 1 on 1 play and agree (we want him to socialize a little bit no matter what). So we come to pick him up Wednesday at 4pm and are told he was temperament tested (like all dogs have to be) and failed. He failed because he licked the dog they know gets along with all dogs and because he was running around fast with this other dog. Ok, fine, I'll take that answer, we knew he licked faces and know other dogs don't like it. Plus he is a huge GSD that may be stronger than some of the handlers they have so they weren't comfortable letting him off his leash. No problems with that whatsoever, part of why I didn't ask our 19 year old brother-in-law to come to the house to let him out...the dog is strong and I didn't want to deal with any escapes or control issues. The problem is that he was not temperament tested until the day we picked him up because the dog they use to test for this "usually only comes in on Wednesdays". So based on this information, after the fact, he was never going to have an opportunity for group play. Had we known that they wouldn't test for group play until the day we picked him up (and wasn't even scheduled for group play that day) then we would have considered an alternative. Others may have a different experience and we were also told the first thing they do is temperament test but they lied about that to us (I flat out asked why they waited and it is because the dog they used for the test is only "usually in on Wednesdays"). They lied when my wife called to check on how he was doing and they told her he was "doing great with the other dogs" since we now know he wasn't even tested until Wednesday and failed. Who knows what else they lie about. If there is any response from management on this to the contrary I'd be more than willing to share the itemized list showing he was never given group play...unfortunately the form we filled out in the beginning where they marked "8/23 temperament test" results was snatched back, taken to the back room, and was not returned to us to look at when requested. The male behind the counter stated he would talk to Heather about our concerns and why we were told things like "doing great with other dogs" when clearly it was not true. However, at this point and after the fact, it does not matter. What's done is done and I can only leave this review to help you make an informed decision. I recommend avoiding Noah's unless you are willing to let your dog stay in a crate. We could have chosen a pet store franchise that includes more into the base cost (2nd feedings are extra here, other places will feed based on your schedule) or we could have chosen another private kennel. But we heard good things here and did not experience it and I'm only disappointed in lies. I paid for the services that were provided and believe there is nothing special about Noah's whatsoever. Good luck!

I've boarded my doberman twice so far and just now scheduling her third visit. I have lost 1 toy . . . .no worries - that just proves to me that they do have play time with her. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommend.

Very nice "home away from home" for your pets when you travel. Staff is very nice and attentive to our 8 month old lab. We've had our pup stay here twice when we traveled. Just wish it was a little closer to our house and not 30 mins away.
