Great service they took care of my cats and were very polite,kind and informative and kept me posted step by step two thumbs up

Try to get a dog and filled out an application but was denied because references that they went to kept saying that I had a dog except the dog wasn’t mine it was my mothers that I was watching while she moved for about two months. They still wanted to get records for the dog even though the dog is not mine. Don’t bother waste your time the application is ridiculously long as well. Staff is very friendly though.

Happened to be at Lowes yesterday (Sunday), stopped in PetSmart for a few fish.I saw a super small selection which is understandable.I was SHOCKED at the number of dead fish in about 5 or 6 different tanks. There were 8 or 10 Mollies or Platys lying dead on the bottom of just one tank alone I've never seen so many dead fish in one pet store in 40 years So many of the plants and the little decorative figures and houses were knocked over, it was weird I've always had very good experiences there with a couple very knowledgeable fish people waiting on me They must have quit or been off for a few days It was bad Diane's may be a little more expensive, but their tanks were stocked with live fish lol They are always friendly and there's always someone there knowledgeable about fish Showed me again, things aren't always about the best price

This is a cute little pet store. They have a few cats, a few dogs for adoption. They have a little variety of fish and a couple ferrets and a couple birds. I feel like some prices are a bit much when it comes to some of the animals and supplies. But the employees are very friendly and helpful for sure.

Get a lot of my pet supplies here, love it here and get to visit with all of the animals too

I wasn't impressed and the older lady that works there is not very nice and actually very inconsiderate of children's feelings I won't be going back there..I'll go to Zimmers they are way nicer and have more of a selection

Good inventory of dog, cat and small animal supplies. Not convinced it's a discount place.

Awesome pet store they have rabbits,guinea pigs ,birds,dogs,cats,fish and many reptiles they also sell all the animals products you could think of they always have puppies and older dogs you can look at and pet as well as cats and they keep on top of cleaning the kennels which is nice so they don't run around in they're own waste.

Was a great pet store

Employees were very helpful and friendly. I came in with my grandmother to get her a bird which I knew absolutely nothing about. The ladies were extremely helpful and getting us the bird we were looking for and the stuff we needed for it. Also some light background on how to feed and keep up on the maintenance which was greatly appreciated. Great staff great prices great place!

They had friendly staff and cute dogs but you must pass there 2 week online application, which took 3 weeks to get back and still needed more information about my pass dogs. So long story short the dogs we wanted to adopt weren't even there so point less.

The kittens and puppies were cute. Diane's always have whatever dog or cat supplies that I'm running low on. They also have an extensive avian section.
