They have taken care of multiple dogs for me and have always been tremendous. They're caring, take as much time as needed to answer all questions and provide options when problems arise. I would never go any where else. Thank you!!

We had a very positive experience for our first visit with our 8 wk old puppy. Everyone there was very courteous and caring. They made her feel comfortable and made it a pleasant experience for her. Everything was explained and they made sure we had all questions addressed before we left. The followed up with sending us information on all information about puppies and schedules for shots along with other useful information.

we adopted 2 motherless barn kittens only weeks old with FIV+. after care for months the boys are FIV- and healthy. Techs and Drs say they purr through the exams, blood work and shots. Everyone keeps us updated on testing and next step - neuter.

Staff is always cheerful and inviting. My pup loves going there cause he gets all the attention. The doctors and nurses arnt pushy and don't make the animals do what they don't want to.

I cannot recommend Coventry & all their employees enough. To the point where I moved to Arizona and I still call them & bring my dog home twice a year for her appointments. The staff are patient, kind, understanding, and excellent with my reactive dog. The vets are intelligent, kind, and efficient. My dog actually wagged her tail when we arrived, every. time. She doesn’t do that at any other vet I’ve tried. We love Coventry!

I called last week for boarding & to schedule. They connect you to another department where no one answers the phone. I then left message to call me back with prices & left the date & to leave it in my voicemail should I be unavailable. Dawn called back letting me know she received my message but didn't leave the info I required about. I don't have time to play phone tag. Then she kept on calling, left 3 or 4 messages. When someone doesn't reply it's common sense knowing they went with someone else. Today 10/28/21 I called (to tell them for Dawn to stop calling me) and was put on hold for 4:57 seconds. Called back & they immediately put me on hold again without saying hello. Called again left message to have them stop calling me about boarding. The girl at the desk (won't mention her name to safe her from getting in trouble) was very rude. This is unacceptable service & I'm seriously thinking of going with another Animal Clinic!

If I could have given them 10 stars I would have. Everyone was so awesome. Dr. Maria was so informative and nice and Kyler was so sweet. You can tell everyone is there to take special care of your pets. Thank you for our experience there.

Covid has changed everything the past year and a half and everyone at this practice has gone above and beyond. I have a old, sick dog and it has been tough this year but between Dr Marchetti, Tracy, and all the wonderful people at Coventry, we got through it and they continue to help my pup be as comfortable as possible. I am so grateful for everyone here who treats us like family.

The staff and doctors here are simply the best. Our senior cat and senior dog have received some of the best care ever here. Dr. Nichols especially was invaluable after our cat was diagnosed with kidney disease. After moving around a lot and changing vets frequently we're here to stay!

We switched a few years ago to Coventry Animal Hospital from another local vet hospital. We are extremely happy with the change. All of the employees are caring and knowledgeable. They truly want what is best for the animals. Also, their prices are very reasonable. We also boarded our dog there, and she did much better than she has at other places. She ate well and was not stressed at all when she came home. We believe it was due to the love and attention she received. Highly recommend this vet!

Wouldn't see us for an emergency because we were not existing patients.

Great place! I drive all they way from Elkins Park to go there. They see my dog right away for things that I'm concerned about and try their best to accommodate schedules and concerns. I was seeing a local vet and when my dog had a urinary infection, they said they couldn't see her for two weeks! Coventry got her in the next day. I am so grateful they did, because their parking lot is always full! I had used them before and then we moved to another state for a bit. I will continue to use them again now that we are back in PA. Totally worth the drive.

I had a fantastic experience at Coventry AH! I was only here for a specialist appointment with my dog but I must say I am considering switching from my regular veterinary practice to Coventry. Everyone was super friendly and helpful - the front desk staff, the techs, and Dr. Marchetti were all so friendly and made me feel like my dog was the most important patient there that day. I highly recommend!
