The only place I’ll take my dog for boarding

Most of my family take their dogs there for grooming and boarding. I take my shepherd and pit/lab, plus my daughter's Pomeranian. They do an awesome job on all three! All of the staff are great with our dogs. My shepherd is a senior and can hardly walk these days, due to a disease she has in her spine. They treat her with such patience and kindness...she always looks beautiful after her "spa" day. ????

Complete care. A place your furry family member can go to be safe, loved and cared for. There's never a worry when I drop my guys off. I know Mary and the team will treat my love pups with the same care they would of their own. In the almost 20 years we've been lucky enough to work with Cozy Inn.....I can tell you with competent certainty a.....they are awesome!!

We had our D'oga here from Sat Thur Thursday had a issue which had me and my Husband a little concerned and we were not happy. We couldn't see how what they told us could have happened. Because I had her for 3 weeks and I had no issues.We were very angry. Well long Story short She was taken back to the vet to get the problem taken care of.And they told us it was a possibility that our puppy could have nawed her Splint off even with that Big lamp shade around her neck. So that kind of made us feel better. So we booked her for this weekend.And my Husband and I decided to give them another try for the weekend❤????❤???? Our baby is our Pride and joy and when we leave her in someone care we expect her to be taken care of like we do. So with that being said..We will give them another try❤❤????????❤❤????????❤

We haven't had to board our two dogs until about a month ago and couldn't get into Cozy Inn due to the wait list so they went to Camp Bow Wow. Upon pick up they were both noticeably stressed, not excited to see us (just wanted out of there) and one was sick for over a week. They went to Cozy Inn for the first time this past weekend. All I can say is WHAT A DIFFERENT AND WONDERFUL experience! They were so excited to see us, happy and smiling, fresh and clean after their bathes and we brought them home feeling so good about them being there. We will definitely return to Cozy Inn and highly recommend it!

First impression was wonderful! We are looking for a quality place to board our dog while we go on a trip for our 10th anniversary. We spoke at length with Nina & she patiently answered every question we had. We left there with a very good feeling.

During the pandemic we have taken our collie to several groomers (trying to find the right one/many places closed or were super booked). We decided to take her here today because she is familiar with the Cozy Inn as a boarding place. She has not been there in over a year but as soon as we got out of the car she was so excited to go inside (this did not happen at other grooming places). Once we got inside she willingly went with the staff. When we picked her up she looked great! And, the total cost was about $40-50 less than we had paid at other grooming places. She is booked to stay there for our upcoming vacation. I feel good about her staying there as she clearly likes being there and everyone is so nice. Thank you Cozy Inn!

Cozy inn is a relatively far drive from our house and relatively expensive but I keep taking my dogs there because it's so good. I've tried other boarding options and the dogs often came home scared or miserable but cozy inn has been great for us for years and everything from puppies to senior dogs.

Chloe always seems to enjoy her time there when getting boarded or just getting groomer. Staff gives her excellent care.

What a fantastic place! They took my Roxie in for hydro therapy and though I wasn't allowed in (covid) they sent pics out to my phone and let me know she was doing well. I cannot wait until I can go inside and see the place!

This is the only place I board my dog. The staff is wonderful, the facility is clean. There are times when I mpick up my dog that it seems like he doesn't want to go home. Highly recommend!

I've been bringing my dog there for daycare and when I need a kennel for the past 4 tears. The staff is fantastic. They clearly care about their furry guests and it is evident in everything. The grooming team us also top notch.

They give the attention your dog needs. I have a special case dog and he is not very social with other dogs but that does not seem to be an issue for them and they make sure he is taken care of and enjoying him time. My only complaint is that it is a 30 minute drive from my house!

Beautiful facility! Inexperienced "hydrotherapy" practioners and poor management.

Our dog, Blue, stayed while we were gone for vacation and had a BLAST! We kept seeing cute little posts show up on The Cozy Inn FB feed with Blue which made us feel really great about his time there! He was able to go on hikes and have plenty of interactive time with the great employees! Everyone we encountered was happy, very excited about Blue, and very genuine. For those that hate the thought of boarding while you're away, I highly recommend you to at check out The Cozy Inn! 10/10 experience!

I took my dog Stella there for an aqua therapy and they were just simply awesome what they did for my dog I can't thank them enough

We have been taking our dog, Daisy here for several years for grooming. The staff is absolutely wonderful and kind. They are very dear to us and our dog always looks beautiful.

Not bad really nice place. Some of the lady's that wait on you though come off a little arrogant.
