I’ve been taking my dog here for almost two years and couldn’t be happier with the service and all the people that work there!! They do a great job getting to know your dog and make sure they all have a safe and fun day!! If your like me and feel guilty leaving your pup home alone for 8 hours or just need to tire them out then I recommend this camp!!

This location is impressive — it’s clean and everything is done with a lot of care. The staff is friendly and responsible, and my dog seems very comfortable here whether he’s staying for boarding or day care. He also comes home much cleaner than other places we’ve gone. Love that there’s outdoor space, and that a team member always seems to be in the play rooms with the pups.

They have raised their prices big time. One day of daycare is now almost $40 and 1 night of boarding almost $50. None of this was communicated. I will be looking elsewhere moving forward

Tried using them, they never answered the phone over several days. I left a message asking if they accepted out of state dog behavior evaluations from other Camp Bow Wow's they called back leaving a message that said if you want to make a reservation call us back. They must be understaffed, which tells me that it's likely not safe to leave my dog there. Reply: even after I was forced to leave a negative review to get my question addressed, they still didn't answer my question.

Don’t count on this place. They canceled our reservation even after we received a “Confirmation Email”. They said that this email was meaningless and there should be another email that tells you to make a deposit within 24hrs or they will cancel your reservation (no cal or anything, they will just cancel it). Also, they change their vaccination requirements and the automated list they include on the phone prompt when you call them is incorrect. So we are ready to leave for vacation and now they tell us 1) we don’t have a reservation and they are now booked and 2) our dog needs other vaccines anyways. There was no other email line they claim about a deposit but even if there was, there should not be a confirmation email that leaves any details out. So if you use them, have a backup plan! The only good thing that came out of this is that in a scramble to find someone we found out that there are websites of people that do in home boarding at very reasonable rates with reviews of other people that have used them (Rover.com). Please don’t rely on this hot smelly dog mill and look into better options for your pet while you are away.

My Siberian husky absolutely loves camp. As soon as we get his camp collar on him he races for the car to go. The staff know this breed is high energy and he comes home so happy and so very tired from playing all day. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality service.

He stayed for 2 nights and when picked up, we saw severe redness and swelling around his paws which he was constantly licking at, even when waiting to leave. There was no communication to us about anything that could be wrong/anything that went wrong and we promptly left the facility. After closer examination when we arrived home it was clear that the paws were semi swollen and completely raw. We took him to the vet the next morning after he could not put any weight on one front paw, and the other could barely keep him up. We left the vet learning that his paws needed to be shaved and scrubbed clean while he was sedated due to the pain. All 4 paws were infected, the front 2 being the worst with scabbing and pus in and around the pads and top of the paw. He was running a fever of 104.0F. If he did not shake the fever and would not start eating and drinking on his own (which he was not doing) we were being told that overnight hospitalization was the next step. We were informed after following up with Camp Bow Wow that at night he would spill his water bowl in his personal crate and it had to be cleaned. From what has happened, I do not believe the crate was cleaned well enough and the proper safety measurements were taken to ensure he wouldn't sit for hours on end in a wet, watery crate with raw paws from playing with the other dogs resulting in a potential life threatening infection. While this could’ve been self inflicted, or a reaction based solely on our pet, the dismissal of anything wrong is what we truly have a problem with. It was completely obvious when we picked him up that something was wrong his paws. Clear swelling, rawness and soaked fur due to licking is something we should’ve been notified about. We could’ve arranged him to be picked up and removed of the environment to ensure his safety, but we didn’t receive a call/email/text or even report when we picked him up. What would’ve happened if he stayed longer than 2 days? Would it have continued to be unnoticed/not cared about? I’m glad we don’t know the answer to that question. The final communication with the franchise owner was a measly forwarded message to a separate employee we were in contact with. It was said to be an allergic reaction based on "HIS decision of the vet's professional opinion". Not a matter of fact answer, or an answer that came directly from the vet. He did not have the courtesy to speak with us over the phone to resolve the matter after we requested it multiple times. I would hate for someone else to deal with the franchise owner like we have. Not speaking with us over the phone or even wishing for a recover for our animal on his end shows he does not care about animals at all. We were given a $250 donation towards the vet expenses, but money is not the end all be all when it comes to something like this. It is time and respect and the franchise owner spat in our face with his response to this matter.

I have taken my two dogs to Camp Bow Wow North for over 11 years and have never had a problem with anyone or anything there. The minute you walk in the door, you feel welcomed. All employees treat me and my dogs with a smile, the utmost respect, and are always so happy to see my dogs. My dogs love being around the camp counselors and try to get as many pats and smooches as they can get in a day. Thank you for being such a trusted place.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful! We have gone to them for training, grooming, and camp, and I've only had a great experience with all of these. Our dog is so excited every time she sees us pull into the parking lot, and I can't think of a better stamp of approval than that!

Everything! The staff is so caring, friendly, and helpful. My dog is high maintenance, and they always have welcomed him and never made me feel like he is a burden. My dog loves days at camp, and ALWAYS comes back sleepy. He sleeps for days after he’s at camp. I’m pretty sure he loves his counselors more than me. Ha! The groomers are amazing. My boy has a spa day roughly once a month, and when I pick him up he smells so good, he’s so soft, and so handsome. They’re just all around amazing. My dog has learned the route we drive to camp, and once he realizes where we’re going, he literally begins to whine and bounce inside of my car out of excitement. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing! Eva had bad social issues with dogs and people. Now she confidently walks into camp ready to play for the day! Thank you to every single one of the staff members!

The staff at Camp Bow Wow is wonderful! Our dog is new to daycare and boarding and can be nervous around other dogs. They did a great job during her evaluation and took their time with making her feel comfortable. Every time she goes, she opens up and relaxes more and more, and is less anxious when she comes home. If you're looking for a place that understands dogs and their behaviors and does everything they can to make daycare a pleasant experience for your pup, I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow North Hills!

I was very impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. They were very attentive, even though they were busy. My dog seemed to have a great time and I liked that I could check in on the cams. Looking forward to taking him back for daycare and possibly boarding in the future.

Absolutely love this place and the folks that work there! They knew my dog’s name before they knew mine; also he obviously has his own greetings with individual “camp counselors”. The two photos give you an idea of my dog’s experience at Camp Bow Wow North: the passed out pooch is after his first day at Camp (and pretty much after any day there); the other was taken by one of the trainers of the other resident with my dog after a private training session while he was an overnight camper when I needed to travel for a week.

The staff is well trained, the facility is very clean, always feel very comfortable letting my dog interact with others. The staff is always present and constantly inner acting with the dogs. There are also cameras that can be accessed to watch your dog. I would highly recommend Camp Bow Wow to anyone looking to socialize your dog.
