We had to make the difficult decision to help our Newfoundland, Java, over the rainbow bridge. Due to his ailments and size, we looked for someone that could come to our home. Shortly after I put the request in, a very kind woman called to make the arrangements. Dr Jason Doll came to our house. He was very kind, caring and professional. He walked us through the process and was very compassionate throughout. Having him pass peacefully at home, was comforting, knowing he was in a familiar place, surrounded by his family. Thank you for making a hard time easier.

I cannot imagine a more loving and gentle way to have ushered the sweetest pet cat ever to the bridge- Dr Doll was everything we needed and made a super sad day easier to bear. 18 years of a good life and I held Chloe in my arms while she passed and kissed her little head so many times. He even waited for my dogs to return from their walk so they could sniff her after she passed as I wanted them to know what happened. Thank you so much!

I cannot say enough good things about Lap of Love. Everyone was so kind and compassionate; they made a very difficult time a little easier. I had a unique animal (a turkey) that needed peacefully laid to rest, and they understood he was just as important to me as any other pet. I spoke with Elizabeth on the phone and she was so kind, listened to me cry, and helped me through making the appointment. Dr. Arien was just as caring, kind, and supportive at the appointment. They both made me feel more at ease with my decision and the whole process. I cannot thank Elizabeth and Dr. Arien enough for their kindness and support through everything.

I can’t not say enough good things about this company and the way they help people. They made one of the hardest days of my life that much easier. Their level of compassion and care is unmatched and though not many ever like to prepare for their pet’s journey across the rainbow bridge, I encourage every pet owner to look towards Lap Of Love when that day has to come. Thank you for everything, lap of love.

They are very kind and understanding from the man who took my phone call to the return of my girls ashes. Will always be grateful for making it as easy as possible for my family.

The experience of putting my girl down was a real saddening affair. Yet the Doctor who made the house call, Dr. Olivia Wilson, was a genuine angel for us. If it is regrettably time for you to make the choice, I recommend this agency and herself if possible. The thoughtfulness goes above what I expected.

This service was the best in our time of need. Prompt and kind intake staff. On that day, our family was devastated and Dr. Olivia showed such compassion and was so gentle with our dog and us that it took the experience and made it as good as it could've been. While the cost was a bit high for our family, I would pay it again to have our Wiley home, comfortable, and not stressed when it was time. He left us ever grateful that he was a part of our lives and I was able to hold and be with him when he came into the world in our home and when he left it in our home. Many thanks to the staff at Lap of Love.

Service was responsive to calls and emails and clear about pricing and expectations. Staff were pleasant and professional. Vet arrived exactly at the scheduled time, and was respectful and compassionate and gave my family all the time we needed. This service made an extremely sad event much easier to bear; I recommend them without hesitation and am grateful for the service they provide.

Dr Tami was very kind and caring with my fur baby who was very sick and took the time to get to know her before we sent her over the rainbow bridge. Then a week later got her ashes and came closer to me so I didnt have to drive far for them. She helped us in the most caring and professional way to get through this difficult time.

I never thought that I would be writing a review for in-home euthanasia, but I think this is really important for others to know how gentile, kind and compassionate our experience was in hopes that it will help them in their own difficult times. -- Juno, my beloved Australian Cattle Dog, was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer in January 2021. We decided to amputate his front right leg to remove the tumor, however we were informed this would not prolong his life, it would only make him pain free so we could spend his last days happily together. We were given a prognosis of 3-6 months. We only got 2 months. Needless to say we were devastated, however thankful for the additional time we had with him giving him all of the extra love, snuggles and care that we were able to. -- when we realized it was time, we called Lap of Love on a Monday morning. They were able to come within 24 hours and were there the next morning. Dr. Olivia was so kind, soft spoken and understanding. She explained everything to us with compassion. This was during Covid times, so we had to wear masks, however we were able to be right there with him giving him loves and snuggles. We stayed with him the entire time and were so thankful that he was able to pass peacefully in his own home, surrounded by his people and favorite toys. During the process, Dr. Olivia helped us get him positioned as we elected to use a local crematorium instead of Lap of Love's service. -- This was such a stress free option and I am more than thankful that we were able to provide our beloved Juno this last act of love.

Lap of Love, specifically Dianne over the phone and Dr. Aspen in person, were wonderfully kind, empathetic, warm and professional in such a difficult time. Our sweet rescue baby Marmaduke passed peacefully surrounded by his loved ones in our home, and was treated with dignity and love by Dr. Aspen. My heart is broken, but I am forever grateful to the wonderful service provided by Lap of Love.

We used lLap of Love to euthanize our dog. Everyone from this company is empathic, compassionate and kind. The representatives over the phone speak softly and have huge hearts. Dr. Aspen arrived at our house, talked us through the procedure and made sure that we were comfortable. She was so patient. She gave us the time we needed and really allowed us to have that final bond with our sweet dog. She made the experience peaceful and beautiful. I’m glad that we choose them to help us through this difficult time. Thank you, Dr. Aspen and Lap of Love.

Can’t say enough good things about our experience with Lap of Love! We called in the evening and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. Brian and Ebony in the office were very helpful & knowledgeable. Dr Sierra was compassionate and kind. She walked us through the process and we never felt rushed. Highly recommend to anyone with a senior pet.

We had to let go of our American Bulldog Petey today. I couldnt have asked for a kinder and more compassionate staff to help us through this. I hope God blesses each and everyone of you abundantly. You have our deepest gratitude.

Dr. Allison was incredible. She was very sweet, genuine, and compassionate. She walked us through what would happen with our pup and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbyes. Before her visit, I made several calls to Lap of Love and each person I spoke with was equally caring and compassionate. We went with a private cremation and received our pup back in a very beautiful wooden urn. I can't recommend Lap of Love highly enough. I would use them again every time I had to go through this awful process.

We were so pleased with the entire process with Lap of Love and Dr. Aspen and beyond thankful to have this as an option. Dr. Aspen was able to come to our house within a few hours when we called and provided us with such professionalism and a calm, empathetic demeanor. She really made such a sad experience as easy as it could possibly be and we felt as if she really cared for our dog Molly. I would not hesitate on recommending this service and Dr. Aspen to anyone in need. We are truly grateful for the kindness shown to Molly and our family throughout the entire process.

Today, Dr. Aspen helped my beloved cat, Bella, pass. This is the second time Dr. Aspen has helped a family pet and again, her kindness, compassion and calm demeanor made the worst day of a pet owner’s life bearable. Thank you, Dr. Aspen and Lap of Love.
