I have nothing but good experiences since I made my first phone call to make an appointment. The first visit in and out. The wait time is not long at all. Everyone I very knowledgeable and very helpful. Penelope does not seem frighten at her visits and that is wonderful she's my baby.

Excellent veterinary help for my aging dogs

My 2 year old pomsky Niko got sick for the first time back in September. I must've called 10+ other vets in the Allentown/Easton area to see if anyone could fit him in to diagnose/treat him. No one worked to fit us in, and the earliest was 2 weeks out at most places. Someone at work recommended Warren AH, and when I called, they fit us into an appointment within 1 day. Not only that, but we were new to the area and hadn't yet set up a primary Vet at that time so we were new clients altogether. Our visit went very smoothly with the new covid protocols and the Vet, Dr. Amber and Vet tech both went out of their way to make us feel welcome and eased my panicked mind. Thank you Warren Animal hospital for going above and beyond!! I would 11/10 recommend Dr. Amber and the rest of the W.A.H team.

Take my pets here for everything. Sometimes pricey (for an intial visit and basic vaccines I could have gotten at petco was 241.00) but quality service and care. Never had a bad experience with the latter

Ever since Dr Z sold it’s gone down hill. I have 3 dogs, I’m never taken on time whenever I bring them and today was the last straw, a 40 minute wait after my so called appointment time. On top of that it is now 70.00 for an office visit. They want a 1000.00 for a dental on my Chihuahua. Beware of corporate owned vet practices

Three weeks ago they took great care of my cat during his procedure. Yesterday I had my dog there and they're terrific! The front desk got me in asap; doctor Nicole is awesome--she listens to what you have to say and is great with your furry child; Mike the technician is great--very calming, knowledgable and easy to talk to. Everyone explained everything and answered all my questions! Also, unlike a lot of places, you're actually allowed in the exam room with your pet. That's calming to me and my "kids".

I was taking my dog here since the first week I got him when he was two months old. He is my first dog so I frequently asked the vet what things he needed to keep him healthy. Not ONCE was heartgard ever offered or prescribed to my dog (I reviewed his medical records as well to confirm that they were never offered or prescribed). It wasn’t until I talked with a fellow dog owner that I even found out my dog should have been on this medication. Lost all trust in the vet clinic. While I do take responsibility for not knowing, I also asked the Vet multiple times in the year we’ve been going there to give my dog whatever he needs to be healthy. Immediately changed vet clinics and thankfully my dog tested negative for heartworms. I also noticed the better level of care my new vet has with my dog that this place never showed us. DOG OWNERS: DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE.

Wow! I boarded my three adult male cats at Warren Animal Hospital for three weeks in July. This was the first time I had boarded the boys there. Each of my cats was formerly feral before I trapped and adopted them years ago. None of them has any experience with other people aside from annual visits at my previous vet. I was nervous about boarding them there as I had been with the other vet for 13 years. But, the former vet did not have "room at the inn" this summer. When I arrived at the hospital, I noticed the demeanor of the dogs who were trotted in by their owners as I waited my turn. I saw dogs who looked overjoyed to be going in! I asked several "pet parents" and they raved about the place. All I can say is that after several weeks at the "spa", my cat Abe, RAN to my next door neighbor when he saw her outside and BEGGED to be petted. He has NEVER done that before! So, Warren Animal Hospital must really be spending quality time with their visitors. They socialized him in 3 weeks! They now have a RAVE REVIEW from me and my boys!

My canine friend was terrified going in to the vet today. She absolutely hates getting her nails trimmed and won't let me do it at home, so we've added it on to her wellness services. Dr. Amber and the vet techs were completely patient and gentle with her and Grace was much calmer on her way out of the building because of their kindness. I'm super grateful for their knowledge and kindness that keeps the canine I adore most in the best of health.

Love this vet! Prices are reasonable. Many doctors, so easy to get appointments. Everyone is very nice. Love connecting with them via online to set up annual exam.

I was in a jam with 2 dogs that I thought had an infection and I was leaving on vacation in 1 week. My own vet couldn't get me in for 2 weeks and I called 4 others with no luck. Warren Animal Hospital got me in that night and what a great experience! My appointment was at 6:30 and they took my dogs back by 6:37. I was out of there by 7:15. My dogs seemed happy and unfazed which is a good review from them! They seemed to be very organized and had a good flow of customers. Every person I talked to on the phone or in person was friendly and communicated everything very clearly. Couldn't be happier or more grateful!

The staff is phenomenal and very attentive. Everyone is friendly and extremely trustworthy. Highly recommend!

I'm a new pet owner so this was my first visit. The atmosphere is cool like it looks like a mini dog park. I texted the number I was givin and waited with the other pet parents. They text you back when it's your turn, they take your baby in and you wait outside the building. There are plenty of outside seating areas or it's cool to just wait in the car and chill. They seemed super busy today but the nurses and doctors were everywhere outside signing people in, taking the pets back and forth, and billing was done outside. The Dr called me from inside to let me know how the appointment went, my little girl came out, I spoke to a nurse and we were done. I was very uncomfortable with the thought of my baby going into an appointment without me but they were very informative and listened to what was said. Five stars all day????????????????????

Great place for any animal

I really enjoyed my experience here. Be ready to drop your pet off at the door, then wait in your car, or there nice courtyard. The Dr calls you with a diagnosis and treatment, and you are good to go. I was very happy with the staff and Dr's. Here.
