I called this hospital to look into get my pup nurtured. The woman was very rude over the phone and cut me off. She did seem professional at all. For that reason, I found another vet with more professional and understanding staff.

They are all very nice there. They also take real good care of your pets.

They are absolutely wonderful.. Today was a sad day for us!! We had to put our Harley down and Dr Wright was amazing with us and with Harley of course..The staff was also so friendly and compassionate!! I would recommend them to the world if I could

Very nice people. Doctors are good and considerate. Took care of my cat and dog for over 20 years. Prices are a little high but reasonable.

The doctors here are always amazing when we come here and the nurses are always great, very friendly place. Been bringing our dogs here for a while now after trying other vets in the area. No one compares to Wright Medical Center.

I've taken all three of my pets to Wrights Animal Hospital over the years for quality, pet friendly care. They always take the time to calm my dog Maggie down on visits. Would highly recommend.

Fast and friendly service everybody was very nice there

This is the only place I would take my pets. I am a parakeet owner, the vet's office is very thorough and kind. I deal with Dr. Wright when I am there since he had a specialty in birds, I always get good information that has helped me be a better parakeet owner in the long run. Great place. Love the people and the energy.

Wright Animal Hospital recently treated our son “SNAFU” for heartworm. SNAFU is a 5 year old rescue who came to us with heartworm disease. The Staff at Wright Animal Hospital are kind, caring, compassionate, understanding and thorough. When the time came to hand SNAFU over to them for his treatment, I had no worries or concerns. SNAFU’S Doctor, Doctor Eileen Mera is a godsend. She truly cares about not only the animal that she treats, but the family that cares for that animal. Thank You Doctor Mera, you are not only SNAFU’s hero, but ours as well. You are part of his story and we will never forget the amazing job you have done. Additionally a special thanks to Nurse Kristen, who also assisted in SNAFU’S care. Nurse Kristen is caring and attentive! Staff Members like Nurse Kristen erase any stress that comes with having to bring a sick animal to the hospital. Thank You, thank you, thank you.

The doctors and nurses were very attentive and caring with my dog.My dog liked everyone that helped her. I would recommend them to anyone with a pet. They did a fantastic job caring for my little girl.

My experience at Wright Veterinary was nothing but positive. From the secretary to the nurse to the doctor, everyone was incredibly kind, efficient, and professional. Rates were very fair. You can tell everyone who works there really loves what they do. If you're looking to take your pet to a vet, I would highly recommend these guys!

I have to go with 4 stars. The staff are so wonderful. The reason I gave to go with 4 stars is that very often they run late. The one appointment I was seen 20 minutes late, the next time 30 minutes. I understand things come up, but more often than not you will have to wait.

We’ve taken our pets to Wright for nearly 20 years. It’s now mid-July 2021 and Wright is still enforcing a modified curbside service. I’m fully vaccinated along with the majority of people in the area. And I’m fine if Wright asks both clients and staff to still wear masks as added precautions. But Wright also requires clients to call upon arrival, then you get to wait inside the small entry lobby with other unfortunates, or outside in the parking lot like teens waiting for the next Star Wars movie. Eventually you are allowed inside, through a vacant waiting room that used to be such a pleasant area. I was unfortunate to miss the signs on the front door requiring me to call upon arrival (there are about a dozen different signs and ads upon entry- classic example of over-saturation of messaging). I got reprimanded by the receptionist like a naughty schoolboy and sent outside. Sorry to be such a Karen and complainer but I suggest that Wright start thinking about their client experience when dictating such restrictive office visiting measures. You can visit Grandma in the nursing home with less hassle and restrictions. At least I got to speak with the vet face to face, or actually mask to mask. Up until July 1 they had 100% curbside service which was disaster for anyone who values personal interaction with their vet during a visit.

Dr. Mera treats the animals like they are her own. Great info, knowledgeable and caring. Always answers all questions and never rushed.

They treat my babies with such care and love. Staff is amazing. Facility is always spotless.

When you go to Wright's with you pet you know for sure you are at the Wright place for quality Vet care and your pet is in the best place in the Valley. We adopted a puppy from Northshore Animal League and we decided to try Wright's Ancestry version of Ancestry.com did a blood draw and went back 5 generations of my pup so amazing it's worth it. Turns out my pup was not a black lab but a Staffy terrier , German Sheppherd ,Chow Chow, Australian Cattledog. Mastiff. My dog won't be in a dog show but those blood draw DNA tests goes back several generations try it here at Wright's. It's the Wright thing to do. It's the Wright place to come for your loyal family member. After all isn't DOG spelled backwards GOD. This place is Clean and the staff is so so friendly and they treat you pet as their own pet. The Doctors are wonderful. They even help horses.

Very long wait time and way over priced!!! Plus the vet seemed afraid of my dog!

Update: I would like to revise this. I did call the practice manager twice with no answer or return phone call, but I did get the chance to speak with the reception manager, who was very helpful and understanding. She did offer to have my dog brought in to be seen in between doctors, and then called back with a solidified appointment time same-day. I recommend speaking to her to work through urgent needs of your pet. I am incredibly frustrated. I am existing client here, I called today because my dog is showing signs of an ear infection and overall lethargy. I asked to get him seen as soon as possible, assuming they keep some time open for dogs that do get sick. The next opening is not for another 13 days! Why are there no sick-appointments available at a doctors office? I am changing vets immediately, so disappointed.

I am truly happy with the service I receive at Wright's veterinary center. They are good with my Buddy & I trust them with my Buddy's health & well being.

My cat. Nika, was seen for a check up and a rabies shot. Although I couldn't go inside with her, Dr. Flynn communicated with me on the phone. I was very happy with the visit.

Took my cockatiels she had a yeast infection ,doctor took very good care of her. Doctors and staff are very nice and caring , would definitely take the rest of my flock there
