Vets are great. However. My dog has had a limp and they schedule me two weeks out? But if I pay an emergency amount. An extra 100 bucks. They will squeeze him in. I have paid the extra before , but this is ridiculous. And I have called everyday to see if their is a cancelation. So if I keep paying for the emergency visit they will squeeze him in. I love my dog with all my heart but this scam needs to be reviewed by somebody of authority at this vet. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else. It is totally unethical and not very professional. How do you have and appt available if I pay extra??? Very confused.

Two of my friends recommended me this veterinarian called to get disappointed smh.. I believe my puppy has cherry eye I actually don't want to be seen by another veterinarian I want to be seen by this veterinarian due to the fact two of my friends recommended me to this veterinarian! When I called the woman said they're so far ahead she can't even give me a date said that if there's an emergency take her to another veterinarian but yet they will let me bring her in for her shots when she's due don't make no sense!!

Always the friendliest staff and awesome service! They know our pets well and are always affordable. Love țhis vet!

Best vet hospital in the lehigh valley

Our dog is young and just started having UTI's poor thing suffers, the vets up here are great about my pet being taken care of. Especially since her UTI's like to come on, on a Friday. Great practice wiuld recommended to all in need of a vet.

Appointment was at 330. Didn't get an until after 4! Emergencies happen, I get, but stop in my room and let me know your behind or do it at check in!

Our last vet was absolutely horrendous and just simply did not respect me or my dog for that matter. Since moving to the area it seemed like the perfect opportunity to get a new vet. Everyone I asked said this was the best practice in the Lehigh Valley and they were not wrong. I have a very anxious baby on top of vet visits and the staff was unbelievably nice and patient with her. Going to a vet you don't trust 100% can be so stressful, but HanoverView Animal Hospital has completely changed my perspective and I can't wait to get my girl more established as a new patient. Dr. Moseby was incredible!!! We love our new vet!!!

Had to sit in my car for 40 minutes and then wait in the room for another 20 minutes and not one person apologized for the inconvenience.

The best vet in the Lehigh Valley! My kids go no where else. Very friendly staff and decent prices. You will not be disappointed! **EDIT** 6/23/2021 Still the best in the Lehigh valley although they are not taking new clients.

Could not ask for a better vet office. They are wonderful & are great with my dogs.

I found a dog on my way home from work. The staff was able to scan the dog for a chip and give her a quick exam. They were very helpful and caring. They have a new customer!

Hands down the BEST vet in the area. The staff really takes their time to get to know the animal and makes them feel comfortable. My pup gets a little anxious when she gets to the vet, as she is there regularly, but they allow me to walk with her to the door and see her in. Even during COVID they do the most! The staff is very familiar with my pup and they are always suggesting different things to alleviate her condition, which is something you cannot find everywhere! Tried 4 different vets before this one and none of them are as wonderful as this facility. Recommended many family and friends to this facility and they all love it a much as I do. Amazing prices, amazing staff, and amazing atmosphere. I would 110% recommend this vet to anyone!

Dr. Mosebey has been nothing but great to work with! My cat has a really rare illness (that we're still trying to diagnose) but he has been honest and helpful through the testing, surgery, and aftercare. The only reason I gave this place a star off is for their lack of follow-up. My cat had a pretty serious surgery, and while I know things are pretty crazy right now, I hardly ever receive calls from them. Expect to call them regarding any follow-up or if they say they will call you on a specific day do not expect it - you will have to initiate all of the contact. Additionally, dr. Mosebey works with Quakertown vet clinic and they were the exact opposite in regard to call back and follow up, and they sent pictures of my cat after surgery while he was in the ICU.

We rescued our little guy, Bernie, and we chose to bring him to HanoverView. We are blessed to have Dr. Ervin as Bernie's new doctor. Her willingness to talk on the phone with me and answer every single question I had was greatly appreciated. First-time puppy owners, you get it! Dr. Ervin welcomes every question, comment, or concern I have regarding Bernie and she truly makes me feel like I can trust her with his health and wellbeing. Thank you, Dr. Ervin!
