Dr Wrigley and his entire staff were so compassionate and professional when dealing with my daughter's dog Honeycutt in his final moments. It's always an extremely difficult time when dealing with the loss of a pet, and everyone at World of Animals did their best to ease our pain as much as they could. Honeycutt will be missed forever, but we will always appreciate the care you gave him in his final moments.

The Stanford Dr Rigby are great they take their time to explain all the situations with your animal and are very caring for them

They love our baby boy Dalton and that carrys over to the care we recieve. I feel like he is well taken care of, properly checked up on and genuinely cared for with each visit. We will continue to visit as needed for our pup ????!

Incredibly competent and friendly. I had to bring my cat in for several visits in a relatively short amount of time, and by the 2nd or 3rd visit everyone there knew my cat and seemed genuinely happy to see him. When my cat had to get surgery, it gave me immense peace of mind to know with confidence that he was being well taken care of by the amazing staff here. They always take the time to talk through test results with me and ensure I fully understand all the information they're presenting.

Friendly clean ...it's a Beautiful place my baby girl was Happy no fear being there. Her doctor was loving and caring.

Dr Wrigley, Erin and Anna are awesome! We love going to them and so do Peanut and Bing Bong:) Dr Wrigley takes the time to explain and answer any questions we have, and Erin and Anna are so sweet with the doggies. We’ve gotten the best care for our 2 fur babies and feel lucky to have found such a great vet and team. Highly highly recommend????????????

Dr Wrigley and staff (Monica, Claire, and Erin) had welcomed myself for shadowing during the difficult times now during the pandemic. They were wonderful and welcoming to me, explaining how their clinic is structured and operates. Behind the scenes they take such great care for the patients and owners. Dr. Wrigley goes out of his way to find printed out information, and also in the owners natives languages if its not English. He spends longer hours on completing medical records and following up with the progress of his patients. The staff is very friendly and social, watching out for all the details of care including nail trimming. I highly recommend the World of Animals in South Philadelphia for your animal care! Thank you

My dog Bruce absolutely loves coming to World of Animals South Philadelphia. Dr. Wrigley, Erin, and the whole staff are always kind and informative. Everything is always explained clearly, with all options for care presented. I feel lucky to have such a great vet so close to home!

Couldn't ask for a better experience! Everyone was SO NICE and I could tell they truly cared about my dog. I would trust these people with anything. Comet got a free toy as a welcome gift and a complimentary nail trim...I've never had a veterinary clinic do that. The vet as super thourough, going over his entire history and gave me so much advice. The techs treated my dog like he was one of their own. I'm so happy I found this place and so lucky it's close to my house. I honestly couldn't ask for better care for my one and only. Absolutely, 100% highly recommended!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Claire who took me right to a clean room and she took my Ellie to the doctor Then Anna came in.to ask me what my worries were and put me at ease. Erin worked with Dr Wriggle and came in told me Elllie was great.and gave me some good advice. Thank you. Doc gave all shoots and also gave me the Opportunity information. On time and and an enjoyable experience. From HEAD TO TAIL!

WOA South Philly is truly amazing! I am a first time dog owner and they look so much time explaining everything to me about what I needed to know. They also took amazing care of my dog. Erin and Anna were SO sweet and made both my dog and I very comfortable and happy. They were fantastic. My dog was in love with everyone there too. They were gentle and very caring with him. Then at the end, they made sure I had everything I needed, including informational packets AND gave him a toy to take home! Will never go to another vet after this one. If you’re looking, stop right here and book!

Moved to the area and needed a new vet. Set up an annual wellness exam so my dog could get his vaccines, etc. Everyone at WOA was so sweet, kind and professional. They were very thorough but I didn't feel like I was being talked into anything that wasn't actually needed, and prices are very fair and affordable. We really enjoyed the visit and even left with a toy! Very thankful we've found reliable vet care in the area.

My family just got a dog and neither my wife or I have ever owned a dog before. Everyone at World of Animals was so sweet and kind to our new miniature schnauzer! He even got a toy for being such a good boy while getting a shot and some blood drawn for a test. They were so patient in answering all the "new dog owner" questions I had about food, barking behavior, etc. and I never felt like I was rushed despite being the last appointment of the day. They were very thorough in describing the "lifestyle" vaccines that I should consider and not pushy about getting them. The whole experience was amazing from beginning to end. I wish my own doctors office experience was as good as World of Animals!

I called and spoke with someone at 6:27pm about my dog coming in because she had a ingrown nail. The first person I spoke with told me that they didn’t have anything available until 8/12 because they were booked. I needed something sooner but she ensured me I could call back and schedule for that date if needed. I called back at 6:54 and spoke with Anna (who’s just a tech btw, so I’m not sure why she answered) but she told me it was nothing Available until 8/17 even though I just spoke with a representative prior who seemed more educated on pets and ensured me that date was available. She also was very rude.

Went in yesterday for the first time ever. With my rescue dog that I just got. This place was amazing. The staff was beyond helpful and nice. They got me a quick appt and even accommodated me into a room with my sick dog. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. NO wait at all either. The Vet is so informative and everyone there treated my girl (Joanie) like she was their own!!! Thank you so much ????

My cat Mittens has food sensitivities and my cat Ollie had crystals in his urine, WOFA South Philly helped me find one diet that would be appropriate for both cats and I couldn't be more grateful! The receptionist Erin is very helpful and especially made me feel comfortable when covid restrictions didn't allow me to go inside with my babies, I never doubted that they were in good hands. I am happy I found this spot and will definitely continue to bring my cats here

This is the greatest vet around. Everyone is so knowledgeable and caring. They always go the extra mile and treat your pets like their own. I could never imagine taking my pups anywhere else

Went for our new dogs first check up, was easy to schedule with, the staff was great, the doctor answered all my many questions, would highly recommend. My dog didn’t even want to leave when his visit was over!

They took excellent care of my 2 kitties: 1 who's a bit shy and the other who's a bit aggressive when not in familiar spaces.

I'll be coming here for my primary vet in the future. Mr. Brown was also impressed, as he was such a good boy today! UPDATE: Back to see Dr. Wrigley for my boy Tom. I cannot express in words how wonderful the entire staff are at WOA. I've had cats my entire life, (I'm 43 yrs old), and I never had a vet that was so thorough and caring. Dr. Wrigley is extremely bright and knowledgeable. He explains every detail from A to Z. I recommend him to every pet owner I know. I'm so happy I found a wonderful group of people at this place! This place is amazing! If you're in the area looking for a new vet, definitely head their way. The staff is so friendly and you feel like they actually care about your pet! They provide thorough information and even call to check-in to see how your lil guy or gal is doing after the appointment. They are also crazy fast in responding to questions submitted and give great advice for emergency situations. So glad our Kubo is being taken care of here!

World of Animals in South Philly has been amazing so far. With a new puppy home with me for only 3 weeks so far, I have been incredibly impressed by this crew. They have been attentive, taken the time to explain everything to me, assisted me outside of our appointments, and have had such a loving touch with my little pup. I couldn’t ask for better care for her!

Excellent customer service here. Staff is friendly and listens to your concerns. Vet called herself to update us on our dog which is convenient for relaying questions and concerns. Highly recommend this vet's office. They are taking precautions for COVID and have a tent outside where you do the hand off, which turned out to be really great since it was raining when we had our appointment!

Went there today with my friend and a rescue kitty. Kitty was very sick. I was VERY impressed with Dr. Wrigley who was amazing with this kitty. Extremely caring and knowledgeable. The technician was excellent also. I am an extremely neurotic person with my own animals and would absolutely bring them here if I needed a new primary vet. They were amazing handling and taking care of this sick kitty today. South Philadelphia finally got a great vet office which was long over due for the area.
