This was my first time taking my dog Buster to the Dublin Veterinary Hospital and the ladies did an excellent job with him. I will definitely bring him back to see them again.

I never had a problem with this Vet until now. I tried to order a 6 month supply of Heartworm medication for my dog from a supplier offering a Black Friday discount. The vet refuse to send over a script for a 6 month supply even though it was sent in the past stating that my dog first needed a Heartworm blood test that would cost me $60. I have no problem spending money for the test, but my dog was just seen at Dublin Vet for her yearly checkup 10/23/2021. That means I was just there with my dog about 5 weeks ago. The vet could have very well completed the Heartworm test then. I live over an hour away so it is a big inconvenience to have to drive over to the clinic last minute to have my dog get what I was told is a quick blood draw. It would have been nice to receive a phone call from the Vet explaining why a script for a 6 month supply could not be sent instead of the supplier contacting me to share that the request for a 6 month supply was denied and that a script for a two month supply was given instead. Perhaps I could have set an appointment in the next week or two when I was off from work to visit the clinic with my dog for the test to be completed. Had the vet called me explaining things I could have offered that. Now I lose out on saving a few extra dollars for 6 months of the medication. Thanks Dublin Vet.

This last August, I brought my cat in to be spayed. I was working with a rescue (PA Caring Hearts) since I picked my cat up off the side of the road. She had been dumped by her owner and she was pregnant when I found her. The babies were since then, adopted. Dublin Veterinary Clinic matched the cost of her spay to their 'rescue price' which was wonderful since I had already spent a decent amount of money on both my cat's care and the care of her babies for 12+ weeks. Anyway, I retrieve her from being spayed and she was fitted with too small a cone, she had gotten at her incision that night. Luckily she barely touched it. The cone was too small AND too loose. she had gotten the cone off by herself that night. The next morning, I call the clinic and bring her in to get fitted with larger cone, no charge. 5 nights later, she got her cone off by herself again. This time she had absolutely gotten at the incision. It started oozing and I became worried it may soon become infected. It was late enough at night that Dublin veterinary clinic was closed. The next day was Sunday, they were closed the whole day. Sunday morn i take her to an emergency vet, who there determined the cone was indeed too loose and he fitted her with a soft cone that properly fit her, even tried pulling it off of her to see if it would come off. He gave her a shot of antibiotic as well. Keep in mind, I can fit 4 fingers in between this old cone and her neck. My boyfriend with larger fingers could fit 3 fingers, and that is after he put it on the tightest possible velcro setting. The next day Dublin Veterinary Clinic reception calls me to say I should bring her in since I did leave a voicemail the previous morning saying I was concerned about the oozing. I explained I took her to emergency vet and spent $221 on a visit that would have been preventable if she was fitted properly with the correct cone size. I did ask if part of if not all of the cost could be covered. A few days later I spoke with Dr. T. who is the clinic's medical director. I told her the cone was not fitted properly and I just want to be reimbursed for the emergency visit since again, this was all avoidable had they taken an extra minute to just make sure this cone was fitted right. She said absolutely not, they will not reimburse me. Because they had discounted her spay cost from around $300 to about $97, they wouldn't cover any additional medical expenses. She said they lowered the price even though I was with a rescue they "don't normally work with" and because we have been bringing our cats there for about 4 years now. She insisted the cone was the proper size and she watches the techs do it all day. I told her I could fit 4 fingers in between the cone and I asked her how many fingers are normally supposed to fit. She said 2. She told me "maybe you just have small fingers." She said if the cone didn't come off for 5 days then it was properly sized. (In reality we were just lucky she didn't get it off sooner considering how loose it was) The phone call dropped due to the storm we just had and we continued our conversation the next day. She had again insisted the cone was properly sized, and asked why we didn't let them know it was not sized properly. We are not veterinary professionals. We assumed once she got the 2nd cone from Dublin Veterinary clinic, that it would definitely be properly sized. I also told her, it's not our job to be double checking their work to make sure everything is on point.Their clinic was closed by the time we found her with it off. I told her I would not be coming to this clinic again after the follow-up booster shots appointment for that next day for my cat who was just spayed. Suddenly it changed from it was definitely fitted properly to I wasn't there when it was fitted. She offered to cover the cost of my cats boosters tomorrow, so that is roughly $147 dollars, part of the $221 emergency bill. I'm definitely disappointed since this clinic always took very good care of our cats.

Amazing clinic! With a location almost perfectly situated between Quakertown and Doylestown on Rt. 313 (Swamp Road) there is NO reason to see any other Veterinarian in the area. I think that about covers it!

Everyone here from the receptionists to the doctors are wonderful. They care so much for your pet. We just had our bunny spayed and they took such good care of her. We knew she would be fine. They checked up on her after and really showed genuine concern. We highly recommend them!

I have mixed reviews for this location. I've taken our pets here since moving to PA but will be looking for a new vet. For some reason the techs at this location refuse to accept that our dog is a certain breed. The breed is not common, and we bought our dog from a reputable shop and have papers to qualify her breeding. Since we can't agree on the type of dog that we have I'm not convinced they can giver her proper care for her breed.

Our bird, Tiki, was in such distress last week. After having her for 16 years we never had an issue but last week we had multiple. We were in desperate need of help and stumbled across this place. All I can say is wow. The staff, especially Kelly, is amazing and extremely caring. The receptionist (Ashley) and the doctor (and Kelly again)- provided us with the best care. I cannot say anything bad about this place, they were awesome! I can’t thank them enough for their constant check ins to not only see how my bird was doing but also me. Thank you thank you thank you!! I highly recommend this place

We brought home a little baby duck with us from Kentucky and wanted him/her to get checked out. My daughter found Dublin Vet online and sent me their info. They were able to get me in pretty quick so he could get checked. The staff was awesome and very helpful considering we have never owned a duck before. They gave us some treatment for worms as a precautionary and their prices are very reasonable. I am glad we have found a vet for life.

Dr. T did a awesome job with all of our animals, she is caring and compassionate. She took care of our Harvey and Chumlee like they were her own. She didn’t break the bank even when we were coming in every other day. She is always patient and fits us in on short notice. All of the receptionists and vet techs are just as caring and patient.

We had 3 dogs and a cat with Dublin. The staff and medical care was always friendly and most importantly competent. They can be a little pricey hence the 4 stars and not 5, but you get what you pay for. I’ve used other vets in the past who may have been cheaper but turned out incompetent. Unfortunately we recently moved and had to transfer our animal care closer to our new home. I highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough how much I love this place. I’ve been taking my pets here since 2017 and will not go anywhere else. Dr T has a heart of gold as well as her staff. They show me time and time again they always will go above and beyond for my animals. Yesterday I had an emergency with our youngest cat and she stayed an hour after she closed to ensure my little boy was taken care of! They always take the time to talk to me to ensure I understand the situation and severity. Thank you so much for always testing us as family. The Morganelli’s
