My dog was not feeling well n I got an appt right away n Britney the vet tech was so awesome with my dog.Very caring gentle eased his fear n mine.They got him back on his feet feeling better.the vet is wonderful too.So glad to have them as my doggie doctor

If you just need shots and not a caring doctor that genuinely cares about your pets health, sure, go here. They will take your money without a problem for shots. Now, if you call in to ask the doctor a question or for a suggestion regarding A STEADY patient, they won’t help you, their admin will just direct you to an animal hospital. You can’t even schedule your pet to see the doctor unless it’s for shots, they just send you away. I called over the weekend once because my dogs behavior was odd. I just wanted to ask a few general questions that a VET should be able to answer and the admin that answered said “I’m sorry I can’t help you I just answer the phones here and there’s no doctor today” instead of at least taking down my information to make it seem like you care to get ahold of a doctor. No suggestion provided, just can’t help. I wouldn’t give this place a penny if it was the last VET on earth. This is not a vet, this is a shot center, that’s all. They don’t care about anything else!

So well informed for me and treatment with kindness for my pets. You need an appointment.

I called because it says emergency and urgent care but they said that they’re not. They need to take that off so they won’t pop up as a suggestion when someone is looking for urgent care… it was time wasted

They fit me in with no appointment, and a first timer. My cat was end stage. It was one of the kindest and compassionate experiences I've ever had. Thank you.

Gave out dog peanut butter to keep him calm while getting his shots

absolutely love this practice! We take out 6 month old kitten and feel like she is so well taken care of. The best team, super responsive, and kind. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

They know their stuff. Been coming here for years for my cat and now dog. They are very friendly and caring to your pet. Prices are a little high but you DO get what you pay for. Awesome service and a loving team.

I have been taking my pet there for quite some time now, called for an emergency visit due to bad allergies..my dogs skin is literally swollen and red..was told that there's nothing open...I asked if I could have a tech or the Dr. Call me back...the receptionist was rude and told me that they aren't allowed to give out advice without being seen, and that I should take my dog somewhere else or go to the ER...definitely going somewhere else and won't be back there

Aly helped me today. The girls were so nice! And the doctor did great giving me feedback on my 7 week old kittens.

Horrible experience when bringing my pet that was deceased there today . I was left outside with my deceased pet to do paperwork for sometime before at least my pet was takin in. Cold shoulder and no compassion shown from receptionist . Not even a sorry for your loss .. made my horrific day much worse .

Caring for your dog at a reasonable price.

Allie is amazing! My dog hurt herself and with one phone call Allie and the rest of the team were able to get us in for a quick checkup immediately, thanks to a last minute cancellation. Honestly I was panicking because my fur baby was hurt. My Honey loves everyone in that office, and tried to keep going back in. What dog do you know that does that with their vet?

Excellent care they give to all animals. My Benjamin can be a handful that's for sure he can become very aggressive when he's scared but they handle him perfectly. Benjamin goes there monthly to have his nails clipped & he tends to have a very sensitive ear that every now and then needs cleaning they also do that for him. They are great wouldn't go anywhere else.

World of animals is a wonderful place. They treat Our 5 month of Shepard puppy Thor as if he was their own fur baby. Always available to answer any questions we may have either at our office visit or any time over the phone.Our Thor wasn't feeling good and I called the office and the receptionist said she would have the dr call us back, I thought I would have to wait til the end of the day to hear from the dr boy was I wrong, the dr called us back within 10 maybe 15 minutes. SO THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE WHO CARES FOR OUR BABY TO KEEP HIM HEALTHY AND HAPPY. ???????????? ????‍????????‍???? Donna & Tommy'

I've used World of Animals to care for my pets and they've always been so helpful and responsive. Today specifically were getting our foster pup checked out and they've been communicative and helpful through the process. Ally checked us in and once we were settled Natasha was the tech who answered my questions. They made us feel at ease and we feel confident in their staff to help us out!

Not too fond of having to wait in my car on front street for over 6 hours, but they did their job with my cat. I know the waiting isn't their fault but I was seriously in my my car at front and Wharton from 7pm until 2 am for my cat to get checked for rabies.

Took our Kitten here for his first checkup and they were all great! Aly in particular was extremely helpful with answering any questions we had. Definitely will be returning.

Good service great with dogs clean place I recommend them to everyone

I took my fur baby here a few weeks ago for vaccines and a nail trim and was blown away by the service! The receptionists were so nice and answered any questions I had. I was even more blown away when I received a call the next day from Natasha there, checking in on how my baby was doing! I’ve never been to a vet that truly cares and will definitely be coming back!
