They were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and the lion cut they did on my furball looks amazing, I would definitely recommend them to others, as I now will definitely be a regular patron.

I love how they always took care of my dogs. The most recent one was Precious. She was 17 years old and recent cross over to doggie heaven.

I Took my shitzu bichon mix here and I had to get them to cut her twice because the first time she didn’t do it right!!!. I had to take my dog to the vet the following morning because she had patches of scabs with pus on her neck and chest from I believe UNSANITIZED CLIPPERS. They said she had post-grooming bacterial folliculitis-furunculosis from the grooming. She is a well taken care of dog at home and I am devastated at the fact that this happened to her. When I walked in they all had pajamas on…However, I will say the front desk lady was very respectful.

I brought my Bernese Mountain dog in for a full groom. She has weakness in her rear legs. They took their time with her, made sure she didn't get too stressed out. She looks wonderful. Very very happy with how she turned out.

If you just want hair cut off of you pet I recommend this place. If you want a quality even cut this is not the place. My dog looked like he was free handed with the clippers with no guard. The lines ran all the way down his body, not blended and was still full of loose hair when I got home.

My kitty had his first grooming here he had to b shaved down when I picked him up he was a happy kitty I did not expect this so he will definitely return here next for his next grooming

Great experience here. They took my five cats and cocker spaniel for an emergency flea bath appointment. Very reasonable prices and fantastic customer service!

Took my senior dog there for the first time after our groomer unexpectedly closed with no notice… they were able to give us an appointment within a couple days of me calling. They were fast, affordable and my old lady looks great. Definitely 5 stars and happy we stumbled upon such an awesome business!

I took my cat Sapphire to the grooming room 3 years ago and have been going back ever since. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are warm and welcoming. They took time with her, bathed her, cut her nails and gave her the cutest little lion cut!! I think they're great and would definitely recommend them for your pets grooming needs

I called last minute to see if they had availability to bring in my long haired cat. They had a cancellation and I was able to come in that day. I never had him groomed before so I was nervous on bringing him there. He is always an anxious cat in general so I didn't know how he would respond. I dropped him off and got a call 30 mins later that he was ready. He got home and has been purring since! His cut looks great!! (my other cat has been hissing and doesn't recognize him) Loved the service from the first phone call to walking out. Would highly recommend!

Made an appointment.the closest one was in 10 days.my cat is panicking every time he has to travel. So after 25 min drive they told us unfortunately we couldn’t find your number and the cat groomer left early so you have to come next time.

Been bringing my dog here for years. When I moved I started going to a different place closer to home... Place sucked. Now I drive the extra distance to bring my dog back here. Groomers are great!! They are Super nice and do a great job!

I emailed these ladies about difficult chiweenies, I was told they have experience and to bring them in anytime. I brung my two girls in one by one and the nail tech handled them with care and was so patient with dealing with dogs who don't like to be touched by strangers. I've definitely found my new to go spot. Thank you!
