Nice selection of basic needs for a small place. Pleasant and caring women to help you there. Though I can get some of their products for Less I would much rather support a small local company.

Queenie’s Pets has done a great job taking care of my cats. The nature of my work means that sometimes I need to schedule or cancel trips last minute, and even though that isn’t ideal, they have helped me every single time with no trouble at all. My cats need medications and I always have a lot of requests for how everything is done, and they accommodate everything I ask as well as leaving me daily updates and sending pics and videos. They do such a great job that I can feel comfortable that my kitties are well taken care of every time!

Went in this morning to get a flea collar for my cat. Well, they didn't have it, but what they did have was amazing. From wipes to sprays. All eco friendly. They have well-known and not so well-known pet foods as well as litter treats. It's a small place, but a wealth of information and products. O yeah, look for Montgomery, so helpful and knowledgeable.

Great pet sitter, walker, and product source! We've used Queenie's for the last 2 years to walk, house-sit, and provide products for our 9 year old dog. In addition to having great suggestions for training and training-related products, they are reliable and professional walkers/pet sitters. Queenies also has a great product delivery service, and they delivered paw-friendly ice melt today just before a snowstorm. Highly recommended.

Queenie's has become my go to place for pet supplies, food, products, and advice. They have a delivery service which is so reliable that I feel like I have a boutique service for free. They regularly check in to see when I need more pet food, they remind me of promotions, and they are flexible when I have unusual requests. They helped me adjust my food for my dog's allergies, find a food my cat would like, and found indestructible toys that would last. They even deliver pet friendly snow melt. I haven't used their pet sitting service, but I would trust them to love and care for my pet like their own.

I advise anyone in the Mt.Airy, Chestnut Hill, and surrounding Philadelphia area to never shop small and support this business. I called this morning very professionally requiring about a refund that doesn’t show on my end and I can hear the owner or supervisor not sure which one very irritated and saying smart remarks in the background. And honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if they went out of business not because of the pandemic but because of the bad customer service they offer!

Queenie's is the best!!! They take outstanding care of our 3 kitties, Chloe, Hunter and Cole. They have experience with senior cats and well as kittens of all ages. We trust Adina and all of her staff completely with their care. A big shout out to Jim who our cats LOVE and who brings entertaining games with him to keep them busy. We need help with some special dietary issues for two of our dogs and Queenie's was amazing. They researched and got us options which were about a quarter of the price of what had been paying - and delivered it all to our door. Our heavy chewer has not broken this chew yet. He takes this chew everywhere he goes. Everything I needed at their store for my dog's nutritional needs, even though she has weird allergies! A great assortment of toys and grooming supplies also. They've taken care of our pup while we were out of town on an unexpected trip recently too, and we couldn't be happier!

Adina came to our home to do a Puppy Prep Session with our family. It was so helpful to get tips and tricks and also have someone reiterate that there is not just one good way to do something! She included the kids in the discussion which was nice for them to feel like they were part of the session. It was also helpful to have the ability to buy products from her at the session without needing to get overwhelmed by all the options in stores when we had no idea what we "really needed". When I adopted my dog, I worried about who will walk her when I am at work. Queenie‘s has been amazing. My dogs caregiver is great and I feel much better using a professional service. As well as private walks, they also do social walks which has been great for my dog who loves to play with other dogs.The online booking service is easy to use. We just brought home an 11 week old puppy to a home with small kids. There is a lot to consider when bringing home a new family member. I was sooo overwhelmed once the puppy came home. I had only had older shelter dogs before and now we had to tackle training and combining all the household personalities....Queenie's helped me to learn about an array of products to help make my life easier when I'm trimming doggy nails, traveling with doggy, training doggy to go outside, plus natural options for washing doggy and cleaning up messes. (Doing a lot of mess cleaning so really happy to avoid some chemicals.) I also got some material to help me learn to socialize the puppy and try to minimize the fear he feels with new experiences - like say, the vacuum, or a broom! I love that Queenie's comes from a force-free/fear-free approach. I know that I can leave our pup with anyone from Queenie's or have them in our home, and nothing harmful, stressful, or detrimental will happen to our pup. It's super easy to schedule when I need pup walking coverage or vacay coverage. Oh also, they helped me find a vet who matches our values. And Queenie's helped me find a force-free and certified trainer who focuses on helping our kids join in on helping our pup behave successfully and live his best life!!! Queenie's is the Queen for a reason!

If I care about the treatment of my young children, why wouldn't I be just as particular to hire a professional and trusted company like Queenie's Pets for my furry and feathered creatures? I have a collection of adopted animals, including a 17 y.o. blind dog and an 18 y.o. cockateil, as well as a very active small dog. Each has his/her own needs, and Queenie's caregivers are attuned and sensitive to each. What a relief to be able to leave them in their own home when I'm away, knowing their special needs will be met. I'm a faithful member of the Queenie's family!
