This is a convenient, low cost, neighborhood Vet Clinic. Visits are now by appointment due to Covid protocol. My cats needed shots and exams. "JuicyKatt"is possessed by one of her past nine lives as the Tasmanian Devil. This led to an epic meltdown and subsequent fit while receiving shots. All handled calmly and professionally by the Tech. Yes..." Juicy" is the DRAMA.... "Buddycat" just had worms..( My Bad) Both were treated with care and given meds, shots,and exams for about $200 . Juicy has to take a sedative on her next visit...

They were very polite and courteous and I had got appointment as soon as I called wow …????????

Took my cat Jelly there and the crew here is great, from the moment you walk in you are made to feel comfortable and your pet as well. The staff explained everything they were doing and also why. Overall it was a pleasurable experience.

Communicative, caring, friendly, helpful. My cat is doing much better after our visit.

Once I went when they were closed. Disappointed I turned my car to leave but then saw someone going in the back door. I ran over and asked if she could check out a sample. Not only did she check it out but went in and got medicine for me. I was grateful and Habiba felt much better by the next day! Thank you Sherry!

I have had 2 dogs treated at Chelwayne and the service has always been kind and compassionate, especially when I had to euthanize my one little guy in November 2020 after several months battling bladder cancer. Dr. Nikki and Sherry were great then, and now continue to treat my other dog for arthritis pain and anxiety. Even though they are always very busy, they do their best to get every pet seen in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend them.

Staff Was Very Friendly And Took Good Care Of My Cat Her Infections Are Almost Gone

Talking to the person on the phone was all right. But it didn't matter about emergencies because they were completely booked because it was Monday.

My wife and I were panicked about our cat's urinary issues which had been going on for a few days. The vet tech/receptionist and Dr. Nikki were super compassionate, patient and thorough. Dr. Nikki provided treatment options, which she explained in understandable terms. She was totally transparent about procedures and pricing for medications. Also, she examined our cat immediately after we dropped her off; I received a call back before I got home 10 minutes from the clinic! I understand this might not be the norm, but it was such a comfort to know that Dr. Nikki examined our sick cat so quickly!

I love this clinic. Been bring my pets here since 1999. Friendly staff, wont break the bank. I feel comfortable leaving my pet there when needed. Luv you guys. Keep up the good work.
