Larry Rebbecchi and his team of doctors and staff are top notch. I have been dealing with them for 40 years!

I was in a hurry to flight,they attended me with professionalism,help me out with what i needed done for my cats to flight with me...My cats 1st vet visit and they loved the staff,i sincerely thanks Daria for such an excellent job!!!They dont charge you with inflated ridiculous numbers,they seems to be doing their job NOT for money but for authentic passion for our pets!!!Im glad for them!!

Sometimes it's hard to get an appointment with Dr.Rebecci, because he's so popular. My dog is terrified no matter how many times she has been there. The staff are very nice and always very patient with her.

Did a walk in here and I didn't have to wait long. Staff are super nice and informative. Gucci now has a great Vet, Dr. Lockhart!

Dr REBECCI is one of the best veterinarians in PA Now I was seen by Dr Jonas with my pet and he is a good vet as I am learning with him as we go..

They've saved my cats lives' more than once. If I have an emergency, I come here. I also visit for more minor things that look suspicious. They've always been so amazing with my animals these past 4 years, and I don't see that changing.

I called to schedule an appt for my fur baby and the receptionist placed me on hold on the first pick up, which is fine, but after 20mins of waiting on hold she did not apologize for the wait. I understand business and also customer service, she doesn’t know what my pet is going through so showing a little empathy, first thing in the morning, would’ve been professional. She told me that she doesn’t have to apologize for anything. And let me just say that customer service is everything. It represents the business before the service does. She put a nasty taste in my mouth in regards to their business and I’ll be ttaking my fur baby elsewhere to get medical attention.

My puppy die in there after 3 days.they me that they were going to take care of him and they didn't. Took my 1000 Dallas and kill my puppy they didn't call to tell me that they were putting him to sleep until he died. It has been 2 weeks and I can't sleep at night just crying I will not ever forgive them and I will not ever take any of my dogs to them anymore I am so hurt.nobody call after that to see how I was doing

The doctors here are professional, reliable, and thorough, and the receptionists are great but seem to be overworked as of late. In the past few months, it's been nearly impossible to get through on the phone, and even more unlikely to get ahold of someone without a 10+ minute hold. It's far too time consuming to get an appointment, prescription refills, or any answers to questions. I used to recommend this place to anyone with a car to get out of the city to the vet, but unfortunately they seem to be unable to support the amount of clients these days.

The staff was great they care about the animals. Great customer service and communication. Highly recommend A++++

We brought our dog here due to stomach issues. Dr. Jonas was wonderful & very insightful. Staff were pleasant. We will definitely visit again.

I've been bringing my cat here for over a year. The staff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING & they're very reasonable. Walk in's they always except but it's best to make an appointment. ABSOLUTELY love this vet

The doctors are great but the front desk is horrible you can never get through and whrn they finally answer they put you on hold and never come back I called 40 times before I got through so you need a better front desk staff sorry ????

Admittedly, they can be very hard to get a hold of on the phone, but once I make it through, someone has always been quick to help and extremely accommodating when making appointments, especially in emergency situations. I've been going to Philadelphia Animal Hospital for about 13 years at this point and love the care my pets have received. No pressure ever, and a really friendly, reassuring staff. I suspect the front desk is always busy for a reason - those of us who use this vet really like their service.

Great staff, Larry is an excellent veterinarian.

I love this place and have been going to them since 1985. I trust them with my animals and they always take great care for them. If you are looking for a good vet I recommend you try them. My vets name is Dr. Larry he is the owner.

This is the best animal hospital in all of Philadelphia, Dr. Larry is beyond amazing and he goes above and beyond for everyone who walks through the door

I have enjoyed going here time to time with my dogs and other rescue animals I am helping out with. My dogs love swimming here and the staff does the best they can.
