My Willow acted very strange and uncomfortable after I picked her up, she has been whining all day. If she is not better tomorrow, I will take her to the vet terrible experience!, And her hair was cut unevenly.

My groomer was knowledgeable, gorgeous, gentle, and patient.

I called them and we played phone tag for days and i found someone else that does answer

Called to make an appointment to get my maltepoo groomed but unfortunately, they are not accepting new clients. I left 4 stars because I don’t want to leave a bad rating and I don’t know how the service is - just wanted to mention not accepting new clients - hopefully they will accept new clients at some point.

My dog Gracie walked into Paw Prints but she left in a box because they left her unattended and she jumped off the grooming table and the restraint loop snapped her neck.

This groomer is the best.

Very affordable, very friendly, and very gentle with my puppy! Walked in for a nail trim and ear cleaning, and even was taught when to know it was time to come back! Left educated and no one tried to upsell services. I feel that’s rare these days!

Very friendly and accommodating staff members. Petco gave my dog a terrible hair cut so I frantically called paw prints and they squeezed me in an appointment and my dog has never looked cuter! I will only be going here from now on.

Excellent grooming job on my long haired Tuxedo cat. Multiple knots removed from no grooming do to covid19 shutdown.

Clean, efficient, and friendly staff.

The groomer took great care of my cat Meech! He received a lion cut and he looked so cute when I picked him up. Great people that work here! Will definitely be bringing my boy back.

First of all why didn’t I get a receipt from this company “we don’t give receipts “ are you serious ???? I asked for my cat to be groomed not BALD. He did not smell clean and he was shaken like a leaf in a storm. I paid one hundred and forty dollars for a BALD cat???? and no receipt. Did y’all even wash the cat? No, he looks a hot mess and luckily I have a witness for what I asked for and what this company gave me.

Friendly staff and they are great at trimming my dogs nails without him flinching- a minor miracle. He hasnt been groomed here but the dogs who leave look cute.

Great grooming for my golden retriever

My pup was groomed here for the first time today. I actually messed up in booking the appointment but they graciously (!) were able to fit him in to be bathed and groomed. He is a large, long haired dog. They had him in and out in under 2 hours and did a great job! We will definitely be returning
