Dutton Road Veterinary Clinic Refuses to see my pets because I have a covid test coming up. Message was relaid by employees from the owner himself.not professional at all. Even though Clients are outside in their car while employees come to car for services while clients wait in there car. They do not know who they talk to outside might have it

Dr. Berman is not the greatest doctor we’ve seen. I took my dog here due to a mysterious bump on her head. We got her fixed here and she asked us to see if she can go into her head to see if anything was stuck there we said go ahead because we thought she was trained to do so. Well that did not go well because she found nothing and she closed the hole she made all the way up, which led to having to bring my dog to a ER. Her face swell up so much and severely and it was very terrible. Dr. Berman basically said she never done anything like this before (meaning she was untrained). How can you offer to do something when you don’t know what you’re doing? She told us to go to a specialist but if she knew that before, why would she touch it in the first place. She is very unprofessional and I don’t want to come here again for any future procedures.

Attentive staff, they communicate what they are doing with your pet, especially when they take them out of your site. They gave me fast results on my cats blood work and explained everything.

They did the cremation for my daughters dog back in 2018. They were kind, compassionate and quick to return his ashes and paw print. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been a loyal customer with Dutton Road for over 5 years! my last two experiences have been horrible, expensive and left me with no help or answers. I went to Dutton due to an issue I was having with my dog. Dr. Amy Berman refused to come into the room to even examine my dog on top of making us muzzle him.(he is not nor did he ever become aggressive) she proceeded to tell us he had a skin infection and that we would have to amputate his tail, but first we had to try meds. After a week we were told to call and give an update , when i called to explain the problem was not fixed she told me i had to take him to a vet nerologist. $500 later and no help or info i had asked Dr Berman to run labs first to make sure it was a Nero issue. Then was referred by Dr. Teal Rainy that we also had to see Nero. I take my dog to nero for them to tell me i was referred to the wrong place for the wrong issue by Dutton Rd vet . Over 1000$ spent and to be told to go back to my primary vet (dutton) for them to help my dog. Safe to say I WILL not go back and i will make sure its known the Dr have no intentions on truly helping but have no problem taking money and leaving you clueless and leaving your fur baby to suffer. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING

The customer service is poor. I tried to schedule an appointment, and I've been told that someone would reach out to me within 2 hours. Nobody bothered to call me even next day. I contacted them 5 times within next 26 hours, and finally heard that no appointments are available for next 2 weeks.

Absolutely amazing, the Vet staff made me feel like my pet was in the best reliable hands. The doctor was very informative and nice . And a cost that doesn't kill your pockets!!! My hat goes off to the entire team.

We used the Crematorium, the staff at Ditton Road was very professional and caring. They treated our deceased loved one and us with respect. We even received a sympathy card, hand-written from the staff. Highly recommended.

STAY AWAY. This place used to be great, but hasn’t been good for some time now. Not sure if it’s the ownership or what. Read their reviews on indeed from employees. It’s a shame, it was my favorite vet for years. I went to a new place today.

I used them for a cremation service. They were so empathic and caring and they had very reasonable prices. They also have a great indoor flea market with all sorts of nice pay things.

do not bring your pet here. i brought my dog in for an ear infection, they ended up sedating him, cleaning out his ears, and gave him a special antibiotic for his ear. the moment i picked him up after this procedure, he was unable to walk. they assured me that it was normal. turns out, it wasn’t. i ended up taking my dog to another vet who confirmed that whatever these people did, made him worse. because of this clinics carelessness, i had to euthanize my dog today. please, bring your pet somewhere else.

They are very gentle and caring. I would highly recommend anyone with a pet to go here.

Been taking my dog here for a few years now. Always happy with the staff and pricing. My one dog is a mellow old black pug and the other is an anxious, abused chihuahua mutt and they both leave wagging.

Dutton Road is a great facility and vet to bring your babies to. My cats and now my puppy all come here. The techs are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. As someone who works in the pet care industry myself I know just how important it is to find somebody reliable to take care of your pets and I wouldn’t go anywhere other than Dutton.

Contactless and speedy check-in. While waiting, I saw that they sanitized rooms thoroughly between patients. After Mickey was examined for his ear issue, I was told that we needed to see a specialist. She really couldn't see a growth of any kind, but they didn't have the right equipment. Turned out that the first Veterinarian had sent me to Dutton by mistake. I was so upset! My poor Mickey! Stuck in a carrier for hours, on the hottest day of the year. I don't drive, so we had to take Septa. The Veterinarian was very sweet and understanding. Then to my surprise, she didn't charge me for the visit! Everyone was so sweet! They really care about the health of your pets! Highly recommend if you're looking for a Vet!
