We love Doggie VIP. I have been sending my fur baby there over a year. We get all of our baths there, daycare their as well as boarding. The staff is great and the pups love to play inside as well as outside. This place is the best for your fur babies!!!

After a few less than stellar doggie daycare experiences, finding Doggie VIP was such a pleasure! They were so sweet & genuinely excited to have my baby bulldog join their pack. They sent photos, videos throughout the day. And even sent me first day of daycare photos. The cutest! So excited to have found them!

Doggie VIP is great! My dog Chase was very nervous at first and Victoria was amazing with him. They gradually introduced him to other calm dogs and were so patient with him as he got acclimated. After that he loved his time and playing with all his new dog friends. I highly recommend Doggie VIP Philly !!

Doggie VIP Philly has been absolutely amazing with our puppy! Victoria is super responsive with scheduling and incredibly organized and helpful. The entire VIP team has been really supportive and kind to our puppy while she got acclimated. They're helpful, professional, and great with all kinds of dogs. Plus, the video feeds are really helpful for seeing how your dog is doing! I'm still laughing over the "pool party" last week - they definitely know how to have fun.

I took my dog, Jack, to Doggie VIP for daycare. Jack is a pit mix so sometimes he is overlooked even though he is a very sweet and friendly pup. That was not the case at Doggie VIP! We were greeted by Darrell at the door in a professional manner and he was so excited to greet Jack! Darrell explained the whole process of daycare. He assured me that Jack would be well taken care of while he is here and he will have lots of fun. They even have webcams to see what my boy is up to throughout the day. They are flexible and reliable. Can’t wait for Jack to meet lots of new friends on his daycare days. I would 100% recommend this daycare service to anyone.

We took our 18 week old puppy to Doggie VIP to help get him socialized, tire him out, and let us focus on work. Doggie VIP was fantastic from the start for our puppy. They communicated well on what would happen on his first day and made sure he was introduced to the other dogs slowly and that he was comfortable. Before long he was having the time of his life and playing with the other dogs and the teachers there. They gave us text updates and pictures on how he was doing and it was so fun being able to see him on camera! I highly recommend Doggie VIP for a daycare! They care about all of their animals and are very attentive and organized! I know he is in good hands while he is there!

Axsher loves coming to day care to hang out with his buddies and play all day. The service is friendly and reliable and I would recommend doggie VIP Philly to friends & family.

The worst day care in the city. They do not give the dogs water and their employees do not know how to handle dogs. It is clear that the girls working there are not trained, as they clearly use physical punishment. My dog came home terrified of me and kept ducking away. Clearly he had been hit while at daycare. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR DOG.

Doggie VIP is the best! They do an amazing job taking care of Calvin, I never worry when he is there. They send pictures throughout the day and you can always check in on your dog through their webcams. Calvin is always sprinting there and is a tired happy dog when he comes home.

Doogie VIP Philly has met and exceeded every standard and expectation for my pup Brooklyn! I will save you time and tell you this is the best place for your fur baby in Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs. I researched and did multiple assessments before choosing Doggie VIP and none of them came close to their customer service, polices, facility, and kindness of their staff. The things that were on my must have list were live cameras, large outdoor area, no crate time, limit on number of dogs per day, and grouping dogs by temperament. Doggie VIP checked every single one on my list. My pup is 45lbs and considered large but she is too nervous and submissive to be with the big dogs. Doggie VIP was the ONLY place that actually listened to her needs and put her with the small dogs. She went from hiding in the corner at other places to smiling and running non-stop at Doggie VIP. Not to mention the staff from day one were so professional, accommodating and most importantly extremely loving and kind to my pup. Thank you Doggie VIP for giving my Brooklyn the upmost care and experience she deserves!

My dog absolutely loved it there. I was a little hesitant, but the staff reassured me. They updated me during the 4hr trial. My dog was pooped when we got home. Totally would recommend it.

Jasper & Mackenzie had such a wonderful time playing with all of the other puppies, they both had big smiles on their face when they showed up and for such a reasonable rate for boarding, daycare and after their stay they capped off their staycation with two baths! Victoria and the other staff are so sweet, caring and facility is TOP Notch for your puppies needs. I would highly recommend staying with them or at least puppy daycare, which is a no brainer. We took our pup Georgia to Doggie VIP for her free trial and were very impressed. We have been to other doggy daycares, but Doggie VIP was appealing due to weekend hours, the cameras, and the outdoor space. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain how Georgia's first visit would go, they texted us updates about how she was doing, and they even sent a very cute "first day of daycare" photo. We look forward to returning again soon!

Today my was anxious baby's first day at Doggie V.I.P. and I couldn't have asked for a better place and team to take care of my fur baby! The team was really patient with him as he has extreme separation anxiety. Can't wait for my fur baby to make more memories with you guys!

My dog spent his first day at Doggie VIP and had a great time. The staff sent photos to my phone of my dog throughout the day. They provide access to 16 webcams so I was able to watch my dog and check in on him throughout the day. The staff is very nice as well.

Very good experience. We've been sending out puppy for about a month. They have always been professional and accommodating. The dog gets very excited when we walk towards the entrance.

Peaches just had her first day at Doggie VIP and she LOVED IT. She's a very energetic puppy so I wanted to get her socializing as soon as possible. The staff is amazing and texted me throughout the day to let me know how Peaches was adjusting to the place and with the other dogs. They even sent me pictures of her! When I went to pick her up, Peaches didn't even want to come home because she wanted to continue getting all the attention from the lovely staffs. Now she's is passed out at home, which was my ultimate goal! Can't wait to continue taking Peaches to Doggie VIP!

I would give Doggie V.I.P. Philly 5 stars! I reached out to them in a panic. Another location was supposed to contact me for my dog's trial day but never did. The staff there is very responsive. I contacted them this past Monday and was able to bring my dog in for a trial two days later. My dog is very shy and is uncomfortable around others. They are very accommodating to her needs and put my fears to rest. I would highly recommend them!

Jasper loves Doggie VIP. Staff is wonderful and keeps you informed (with pictures and web cam) throughout the day. I have never felt better leaving my baby for daycare!!!!!

We (and Calvin) could not be more pleased with our experience with the team at Doggie VIP. They have gone above and beyond from the start. He has come home happy and tired every single time! Highly recommend.

I started sending my puppy, Reese, to Doggie VIP so she could learn to be more independent. On her first day, she was a little nervous when she got there, but the staff was so gentle with her and made sure she felt safe and comfortable. Now she absolutely LOVES going and gets so excited when she figures out we're headed in that direction. She's made so many dog friends and has become a lot more confident when socializing. Every time she comes home she is exhausted from running around and playing all day (which is good for me too to get work done)! I love that Doggie VIP has a large outdoor space for the dogs to run around, and everyone who works there is so kind and caring and truly loves all the dogs. I would recommend Doggie VIP to everyone, and couldn't say enough positive things about it!

There’s a few places nearby in Fairmount for me to bring my pup too, but Doggie VIP was highly referred to me. They are very responsive and make me feel comfortable whenever I bring my dog in. My pup loves it there too! The fact they have so many cameras makes me feel even more comfortable!

They have been great with my very energetic dog Shadow. I like that they have a small outdoor dog run so there's plenty of outdoor time. You can watch your dog at any time on camera which is fun and helps me know he's doing well. He's excited to go there and comes home tired from playing which is a huge benefit. So far I've had a great experience.

I am so grateful for Doggie V.I.P. Philly. We live about .5 miles away, their hours are convenient and I trust they are taking excellent care of my girl, Z. Z suffers from separation anxiety (which means we all suffer together) and I know I can take her to Doggie V.I.P. for the day to be looked after and entertained till I get back. Every single person who works at Doggie V.I.P. is so professional and friendly. I know Z is in good hands and I am very grateful to be utilizing Doggie V.I.P. Highly recommend them if you need a safe, loving place for your dog :)

Doggie V.I.P takes great care of my little dog, Scout. Scout is wary of new environments and people but starting on day 1, the staff made her feel so comfortable. She gets excited when we approach the door for drop off because Scout knows she's about to have a great day with her friends. The Doggie V.I.P. team are great communicators and they keep the facility very clean. I love that I can check in on my dog during the day (they have every angle covered by a camera - including the outdoor dog park) and they send me updates as well. I trust Doggie V.I.P. to take care of my favorite thing in the world. I'm so happy about our experience with Doggie V.I.P so far and am thankful for the love and care they give to Scout.

I’ll preface this review with the fact that I rarely actually review places, only when they’re either great or awful. Doggie VIP definitely falls into the “great” category. My wife and I have been taking our dog Lucy here ever since we adopted her in 2018. Prior to COVID, we took her 3 days a week and it’s a good outlet when she needs to burn off extra energy now. They send you updates/pics on how your dog is doing (attached) and have an app with cameras if you want to check in. We’ve boarded our dog with them twice as well. They’re very flexible on scheduling and are one of the few daycares in the city that have outdoor space. Can provide your own dogs food for lunch/dinner if they’re going to be there for a long day. Also super convenient to 676 if you commute (like I did pre-COVID)

Bailee always has such a good time at Doggie VIP! The employees are very accommodating to specific requests/ needs for the dogs and are always able to take her for daycare or walk her with a last minute notice if needed! Always appreciate the services!
