We love Phil and his awesome staff.

The staff here is super nice! They do a good job communicating. We went over what I wanted for a cut for my goldendoodle before I left him, they gave me an accurate time and cost estimate, and called me when he was done so I could come pick him up. They even told me that my dog had trouble getting onto the table (as he’s afraid to jump high) and they helped him up. No one was wearing masks inside. During COVID, I don’t think this is very professional. The cut was OK. His face has some long pieces that were clearly missed, same around his feet. The shape of his head is a bit off. It was sort of what I wanted (short body, and evening out his legs) but not quite (weird head shape, no trimming around eyes, uneven jaw). They also only partially removed a weird mat from his cheek (I combed the rest). On the bulk of his body and down his legs the cut is really even and they got almost all of the mats out of his legs! Not sure if I’ll go back, but I also have high expectations for doodle groomers. My dog smells delicious after his bath! If you have a shorthair dog or one that doesn’t require a lot of cutting, I’d go here. Photos were taken 5 days after the grooming.

After taking my 2 mini poodles and my sisters 1 mini poodle here, we can’t go anywhere else. It’s a long ride for us but no one has ever made them look this good! We are very particular with how we like their hair cuts and pay attention to detail, everywhere we went we showed pictures and when picking them up were dissatisfied, I began to think our mini poodles will never look like the picture we showed as reference, but after trying them out we will never go anywhere else again! They exceeded our expectations 100%! The owner was very nice and wrote down all our preferences, asked questions to fully understand what we want and explained what we can expect, when I was picking them up he helped me carry them to the car (since I was the only one picking up 3 pups) and I could cry of joy when I finally saw them look exactly how we wanted. The only thing is one of my dogs gets very anxious in unfamiliar places, so after spending the whole day there she was very stressed, but that’s pretty much all groomings. They are very professional and easy to make appointments with, we will be loyal customers and will stick to this place!

Spot's Spot Pet Grooming did a great job on my dog. I called other places on Saturday that didn't answer the phone, but they answered and got my dog in the next day. The price was fair, and the service was great. My business partner and I own a cleaning business and a dog walking/ sitting service and we will be telling our clients about Spot's Spot for sure. My dog Jax was very well taken care of. ????

Took my newly adopted Hymilayan in to be groomed, I was very happy with his lion cut because that looked great but got home and noticed that they didn’t bother to bathe him? His paws and face were gross thanks to his previous owner which was my main purpose for bringing him in and I assumed for $100+ a bath would be part of the service? Tried calling the shop a few times to ask about this but just keep getting the answering machine.

Estrelinha was groomed here on Monday she was returned to us like a puppy again. Happy clean and easy to get along with, not yapping and neurotic at all. Thank you

Put my cat in a corner, away from all other cats, in her crate with a pee pad over top. Terrible. Seems to not love animals the way they say. Never again.

Took good care of my furbaby

Everyday when I walk back and forth, I'm always greeted by the several cats that live in the store. Kept very clean, and the owner is very polite, and knowledgeable about any questions that I may have.

My dogs always look great after their spa visit at spots spot ????

I took my recently adopted SENIOR Shih Tzu to be groomed & we were turned away because the owner didn’t have time to be patient and compassionate when it came to soothing my fearful pup. He immediately turned us away because he said Kobe tried to bite him. Yes he does have anxiety when it comes to grooming (says the rescue I adopted him from) but he wasn’t even given a chance to calm down or BE calmed down or soothed. If the owner has as much experience as he says he does, calming my anxiety filled SENIOR Shih Tzu should have come easy to him. Patience was NOT exhibited at this place of business.

I took my Yorkie and specified a TEDDY BEAR style. When I pick up my dog he looks bald even the face was BALD!!?They didnt even take the slightest bit of care or time on my dog. Didn’t give a Yorker style at all cut all the leg hair everything was shaven down. When I spoke to “Nina” she was VERY RUDE and gets smart on top of the HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL cut I PAID for!

The BEST! They fixed my cavapoo's botched hair cut from another groomer. She looks PERFECT now! Thank you guys!

Didn't finish my dog she was even bleeding they said she didn't let them finish and started bleeding threw her nose I just can't believe they couldn't control a little shih tzu

Friend of mine recommended this place to me and I liked the end result after they groomed my dog. My only complain is that one of the employee didn’t wear a mask at all. It isn’t a big deal for me since I have finished my covid vaccination. Again, just a little nitpick on my end. Their price is very reasonable and their work is pretty good, will recommend this place to others.

Great job with my 17 year old Cairn, treated him with the utmost respect and gave me a call during to let me know he was doing okay. Truly appreciate the additional care and attention to detail.

We used to take our dogs to a big box groomer but Spots Spot is amazing and we'll definitely only be using them moving forward!
