Great groomer. They squeezed my dog in for a bath in their busy schedule during the holidays. And since my dog is epileptic they took care of him right away and allowed my husband to stick around.

Nobody can groom 2 dogs in an hour like they can. Super job on my golden doodles.

The first day I met the groomer I found her quite rude yet I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I had just moved to the Lehigh Valley from the city and it was the middle of the winter and my pupperz hair was a little longer than usual - but I brushed him daily and yet he still got a little matted on his hind legs and per the groomer... I could get in trouble for that. Oh? It wasn't like he was a big ball of knots and trust me my dog is well taken care of; I felt personally attacked needless to say. Regardless - to have him groomed it costed $50 (which would've been $100 in New York so I'm blown away) and I still left a $20 tip and made another appointment- maybe we just got off on the wrong foot. Fast forward maybe 6 months later - 3rd visit. I leave my dog there, unfortunately I had to have a family member pick him up as I had to get back to work and it was in the middle of the day. When I saw Sid later that evening he had this big "gaping" wound under his chin which looked like it was caused by a razor/razor burn - which he did not have beforehand. Now, any TRUE professional should have notified me. I understand accidents happen, but it's your job to notify the owners of your screw ups - man up. This was months ago and let's just say never would I recommend Jewels Wruff cuts to anyone nor will you ever find me supporting this establishment.

Milo came out looking like a rock star!! He smelled wonderful and was sporting a bandana to boot! Thank you to Jewel's staff!

My dog is done within an hour so not to stress sitting in a cage for a long time, looks great after her hair clipping. Repeat customer, definitely.

I absolutely LOVE Jewels and her staff!!! She is so gentle with All of my dogs!!! My Rottweiler Duke is very Agreesive, he absolutely adores Jewels! I highly recommend bringing your pup here!

my husband and I did not have a good experience here. At first I thought that the owner was fantastic, she was so kind and gave great advice when I was scheduling. When my husband was late because he could not find the house on the street, I called and notified them and let them know he was outside looking for their house, and I was told that they are "sticklers for time and didn't know if they could take us" When my husband got in they were rude to him as well. Then my 80 pound lab was put on a small table, and when no one was paying attention to her the table fell out from underneath her and my dog fell off the table as well. If you cannot accommodate large dogs, then you shouldn't schedule them. Needless to say with this, and the horrible customer service we experienced for being a couple of minutes late, we will never be returning.

Everyone there was very nice. They were able to groom my difficult dog without any problems. Other groomers in the past have made me a nervous wreck leaving my dogs there, but I felt comfortable here. I am glad that I have found a great groomer at a reasonable price!

They do a great job

Julia & Jordan have groomed my English Springer Spaniels for years. Our dogs had many health issues. Even when they were old and dying, they were kind and caring to their needs.

Great, quick service. Very reasonably priced. Very friendly and accommodating. I won't take my dog anywhere else!

Horrible experience. I had scheduled my first appointment left work early for this appointment and when I got there they didnt have my appointment in the book. Then as they were discussing this proceeded to say that this just happened to another one of their customers. Very disorganized. I had made another appointment and was not able to get off work. My grandmother had taken her and had trouble finding place so was 15 minutes late when my grandmother walked my dog in they were rude to her and said ur 15 minutes late we can't take her. Considering the inconvenience I had the week before with their negligence you think they would of had the courtesy to one be polite to my grandmother when she came in and two make up for their scheduling error due to their mistake. Needless to say I did not reschedule and will never recommend this place to anyone else. Bad business and no customer service skills at all.

I trust the Jewel's Wruff Cuts team! I have two dogs and they always try to squeeze both appointments together for me. They get them both groomed in an hour or less! All pets leave with a hand made bandana that's festive for the season. If you go here your fur babies are in good hands. The team even let's me know if they come across a lump or bump I should see the vet about. The attention to detail and care they provide is excellent. Cannot compliment enough!
