I have a new 10 week old puppy. I brought her there as a new patient to the practice for the first time this week. From the person I met at the check in desk, to the nursing staff, training and daycare staff, through to Dr. Abby, the veterinarian who did her new puppy check up, it was a wonderful experience. Everyone is just so friendly, kind and accommodating. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that they are a full service, one stop shop. They offer dog training, doggie daycare and boarding services. I've started the puppy training classes and puppy daycare and it is a life saver to get a bit of a break and some help with the new puppy, who is a combination of a newborn and a toddler rolled into one. THANK YOU MAPLE HILLS STAFF for all your help! I highly recommend them!

When our cat passed suddenly, they were extremely accommodating and took extra care to help us through our difficult time. I'll never go anywhere else for any of my pets needs. They were absolutely amazing!

Our dog attends daycare at Maple Hills and we board him there when we travel. He absolutely loves it !! The staff treats him like he was one of their own and we never worry about his care. I recommend Maple Hills highly.

It would seem that Kirby-Kat had a wonderful stay at your facility!! He took a few hours once we got home to "settle in" but he quickly got back to his normal self! He even caught a mouse that we didn't even know was in the house! What a nice (???) surprise! he's such a good boy! We thank you for taking such good care of him and we will definitely be calling you should I be in any other cook-offs! Thanks again!!!

Dr.Tyler and his team are great. Always happy and excited to help me out. For an exotic/reptile vet he charges amazingly low prices for checkups on my snakes! And they're very accommodating of my 9 foot snake!

I visited with my guinea pig. The staff was very kind and made our visit quick and stress free. I would recommend anyone with small animals go here.

My Syrian Hamster Daisy was not herself and I did not know why. Was referred to them by my vet. Was glad to know that they treated hamsters and they were not booked. So hard to find in Lehigh Valley area. They asked about her symptoms and Dr. Tyler and his team gave me the all the information I needed plus all the possible outcomes. With a heavy heart I decided since there was a slight chance of her getting better, with a heavy heart I made the difficult decision to put her down. This was hard since I only had her 9 months and she was not even a year old yet. But Dr. Tyler and team made what was a difficult time as easy as possible. They were nice, caring and sympathetic and gave me the space and time I needed to spend with her before and while she was dying. I can t thank them enough. Will definitely use them and go back in the future if needed.. Was very pleased, and great prices also.

They were able to get me an appointment for the next day and they are accepting new clients. Very personable and they make you feel like family right from the initial conversation. This place only care about the money not your pets

Called the vet last minute and was able to get my puppy on to be seen very quickly. Very pleased and happy with the staff and the care they provider to our Rottweiler puppy, Millie.

This was my first time at this Veterinary Hospital because they are the only ones in the area that has an exotic animal doctor. I was so pleased. I am now changing Vets and we will be taking all of our animals to this establishment. The doctors were great, the staff was great. The place was clean! It was just a very good experience. I highly recommend them.

Over the last 20+ years, we've taken 8 of our dogs to MHVH for routine and emergency care. Dr. Ken Banzhoff built a great practice and we are thankful that his daughter and protege, Dr. Abby Banzhoff has taken the reins. The staff is kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. We have pet insurance through Healthy Paws and the staff are always willing to help with the claim submission process.

They had an appointment for my sick pup right away, staff was lovely, no wait time, came out to my car to see my sick pup to ensure safety for everyone. The bedside manner of the vet and technicians was wonderful and calming. I look forward to visiting them on regular visits.
