Be attentive to the price on the shelf and the price rung up at the cash register. I'm always charged more. The canned food is $2.99 but I'm charged $3.29, the dry food $17.99 rings up at $20.99. The cashiers are always good at adjusting the price.

I just left there and the selection is not as good as the Petsmart in Whitehall. Staff was very helpful, but the refrigerated and frozen dog food is extremely limited, and they are missing certain products from the companies that are readily available at the other store. It’s a smaller store in comparison, so I do understand, but they should really try to get as many options as possible even if in limited quantities for the regular dog food. If they added another refrigerated case that would probably help. If you’re not looking for anything too particular, they seem to be well stocked on the more popular choices.

The blue rep was amazing woman who helped me with all sorts of things. This is def my new favorite place for dog goodies.

Had to return a bag of cat food. No problem, quick turnaround

Schedule an appointment with the grooming a month in advance. They called me 3 days before our appointment to cancel saying my dog is too old and they don’t feel comfortable taking her and that they are super busy. Very unprofessional of them cancelling my appointment right before the holidays. Now I will not have any chance of getting my dog groomed anywhere else with this short notice.

The overall feel over the store was kinda dreary. Some places seemed really crowded with merchandise stacked in the aisle, specifically the cat trees and dog beds. The fish were in a sorry state, it looked like a bunch of them were ill. They had all the usual products petsmart does, just not the atmosphere I've grown accustomed to from other petsmart's

Went for hermit crab supplies, very happy because I went in asked the staff and they pointed me straight to the supplies I needed. I have spoiled hermit crabs at home thanks to them actually carrying the supplies I need to keep them happy and healthy!!! Some places it’s hard to find the proper stuff needed for proper Hermit care but not here it was all in one spot! Pic of my Hermit crabs ????!

This particular Petsmart is always short-handed; yet, they do a very nice job of maintaining customer service and a pleasant environment.

I would give a million stars to “Faith” if I could. The girls in the grooming department are great as well. Faith really takes the time to get to know her customers because she truly cares. I love that about her. She addresses us by name, always asks how we’re doing & if we need help with anything. Not only does she have AMAZING customer service skills but she is actually knowledgeable about any & everything you may need help with! Such a bonus! She always asks how Harper & Bradley are (our dogs). I just love her. I wish they’d make her manager. This leads me to explain why I have 3 stars. Ps. Everybody else who works here is great as well, other cashiers & groomers. Store is always clean too. However, the main issue with this store is “EMILY” the younger blonde miserable manager!!! She has absolutely no personality, she doesn’t care to greet customers or ask if we need help with anything, zero people skills & the absolute worst thing about EMILY is that she belittles the other PetSmart associates in front of customers!!!!!!!! We experienced this first hand. I’ve wrote in to complain about her to corporate several times about her attitude.. There is no need to do that in front of customers. Actually no need to do that, period! You’re a manager. You’re suppose to have people skills, you lead people. You don’t belittle the associates especially in front of paying customers. We actually called as soon as we left & asked for a “manager” & unfortunately we got her. We knew we were talking about her, to her, which made it even more funny. We told her that at that PetSmart there’s a miserable manager who yelled at an associate in front of a line of customers. She’s just so miserable with herself that she feels the need to belittle people to make her feel better about herself. So sad to see. She just cut it short on the phone call & said “okay”. So obviously she didn’t care to even say “I’m sorry about your horrendous experience”. I’m assuming Emily was made manager by default. Maybe the other options were slim to non but this young lady has no business being a manager. She’s so miserable, doesn’t care to help customers or even greet them for that matter & she belittles her own PetSmart associates. It’s disgusting to be honest. Someone like Emily, needs a job working night shift, stocking shelves, FAR FAR away from other associates & customers! People like Faith, however deserve to be recognized for her hard work & dedication to PetSmart & her loyal customers! She makes us feel valued, she cares, she educates & actually takes the time to get to know each one of us. I’ve seen Faith interact with other customers as well. She’s all around great. Please get rid of Emily. She’s awful. Promote Faith! She actually deserves it. I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for Emily. She obviously hates her her job. If you don’t like your job though, leave! Nobody else wants you there anyway. Customers & associates. Hopefully PetSmart takes the time to really interview their applicants throughly so they know who they’re hiring as manager moving forward. If Emily is gone, I’ll change my review.

I love this grooming salon. Everyone at this location is so nice and helpful. Their grooming salon is amazing and Karen who grooms both my standard labradoodles is fabulous. My pups are lucky to get groomed by her.

A bit expensive and they did not have the kind it leash That I wanted so I had to settle for the big ones.

Had the food I needed for my dog. Staff very friendly and helpful
