I love them. Dr. Kranzel , I may have spelled his name wrong. He's great with both my dog and cat. The staff and tech was great too.

Everyone you come in contact with is so pleasant and knowledgeable....the vets are amazing and have so much patience with the animals. Would definitely recommend this practice...most important is how quickly you can get an appointment.

They were able to take my dog in when even animal hospitals were turning away fur patients unless they were critical. They we're able to perform the procedure on my dog the following day. I am very grateful and highly recommend. I will be switching my vet service to St Francis. Thank you Dr Krazel and staff!

I’ve brought my animals here for years. When there is an emergency they get me in right away and fix the cats up good as new. I love them and will never go anywhere else!

Just had our first visit and they were great :) Everyone was friendly and answered lots of my questions. I also liked how our vet sat on the floor and just gave our pup love and attention. They treated my dog like their own. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Krazel and staff were very informative and helpful with our dog Cosmo when he had hip x-rays. Most of all, they were kind and attentive to Cosmo. Thanks so much!

Good enough, if you can manage to get in. There is a 3-5 week waiting list, however. Even so, it's not the worst around the area. Definitely loses a lot for how long it takes to get an animal treated, even for emergencies or legally required things like a rabies vaccine, however. Hopefully nobody's pets get infected while waiting for this place to decide to fit you in.

My dog has very high anxiety, even when she is medicated and the staff did everything possible to make her experience as comfortable and calm as possible.

The staff and doctors here are exceptional! Dr. Krazel and Dr. Snyder are the two best vets I have been to. My dog Moses was sick for the past couple months before I made the decision to put him down. For the months he was sick Dr. Krazel always had time to see him the same day, to the Point where Dr. Krazel was in his car getting ready to leave for the night, and Moses had a medical emergency and Dr krazel performed emergency surgery that night and didn't leave until after 9pm. That is what I call love and dedication to his profession and the animals. I will always take all my pets here. Thanks to all the Doctors and staff!!

I recently needed to switch vets and St. Francis and Dr. Snyder were HIGHLY recommended. The staff and Dr. Snyder were always available for questions and extremely compassionate and quick with care options. Unfortunately, my sweet Hunter crossed the rainbow bridge over the weekend. However, I was able to spend a few more months with him thanks to the care he received from Dr. Snyder and staff.????♥️

We belong to this vet and I like them. But they never answer their phone, I have been calling a couple times a week to get an appointment and some referral papers and everytime I call, it either rings and hangs up or I get the recording that does not accept voicemails. Its hard to support a business who does not answer their phone.

No other vet would help me. My 20 year old cat was suffering and needed put to sleep. Nor only did they fit me in. Very compassionate and caring. Did a beautiful job on her cremation.

The website says as of July 19th returning back to regular hours and has hours on particular days open until 6 or 7. But when you call to make an appointment they say no appointments after 515. How is a working person supposed to get their animal seen? Even on the phone message it states the hours and apparently they are incorrect. I just don’t like being mislead and basically lied to.

This is our second dog at St. Francis. I like the staff and services available. My dog is eager to go inside! I do recommend to friends.

My furry 72 lb. child passed away at home. After calling and explaining I could not lift him out of car due to shoulder surgery, they said they would send someone out to my car to get him. She said to call when I arrived. I called when I got there and they made everything so easy I never had to get out of the car. I paid over the phone & they brought my receipt out, then two girls carried him inside while I sat in the car and cried. Can't thank them enough for their kindness and compassion in this difficult time.

My male kitty, Oscar, was seen at a local emergency vet where care was not kind. St. Francis and Dr. Cleland were able to discuss all of the needs with us, walk us through why everything was happening, and give us alternatives. What an amazing staff at St. Francis!!

The exam for my dog was NOT thorough in the remotest sense (although they charged full price for a complete exam). He was being seen for signs of respiratory distress, gastrointestinal issues, a sudden onset lameness in one leg, and possible infection. They did not check his temperature, listen to his lungs, heart, nor bowel sounds, nor palpate his abdomen. They offered to do a test for lyme disease, and swabbed his ears (due to shaking his head), but they only did additional lab work because I pushed for it (which was supposed to be a complete blood work-up and stool sample, which would have been easy to get since he was having diarrhea). Then, the vet tech came back in the room and hurriedly gave me medications for him, and said I would have to get the stool sample and make another trip back to their office to drop it off (she said they did not even try to get the sample). I understood that the blood work needed to be sent out and we would not have results for a couple of days. But there was NO further interaction with the vet, and no information provided on the result of the ear swab, or what was being treated. Just "here, give him these medications and don't ask any questions." I voiced my dissatisfaction, but my concerns were minimized and it did not seem like it mattered to them. I have had better experiences with a different Vet at this office in the past, and he is always booked solid because he is so good. But the Vet that saw my dog on this day, did NOT provide thorough care.

St. Francis staff are genuinely in love with the animals they work with. They showed the utmost respect and compassion for my dog Tank. The vets are very knowledgeable and take the time to properly address your pet. I recommend them and will continue to take our fur kids there.

The staff here at St. Francis have been amazing. They realize that our animals are our babies and they treat them as such. I commend their attention and dedication they have shown since the Pandemic began. It’s not been easy and having worked in the “clinic” environment during a non pandemic day isn’t easy. They’ve done right by my fur babies every time I’ve had to go in. They had to turn me away once in an emergency situation (which I understood they weren’t equipped to handle). They still followed up after. I appreciate that they get us in when they can. Can’t always get an appointment the “next day”. They work quickly to fill medications, work with you when you need help. Honestly don’t trust any other (which is why I drive 45 minutes to an hour out of my way to get there). Much luv, *Charlie & Chase*
