I took my first cat there a few weeks ago and the lady couldn't even finish him, he is so sweet and has been groomed numerous times from other groomers with no issues. I went back to get him and she said ahe couldn't finish him unless I held him. He did not move at all while i held him so I am assuming she is not real qualified to groom cats. Second cat today took her there only because after the first cat and her making the comment I needed to get him tranquilized I took this one to be tranquilized at the vet before taking her in I drive 30 minutes to this groomer and and she states I can't groom this cat because she is tranquelized. Wait you told me my last cat needed to be tranquilized last time i was here in order for you to groom him correctly this time I bring a cat tranqualized and you say you can't because she is???? What a joke this groomer is!

I have been going here with my 2 Australian shepherds for 8 years and I would never go anywhere else. Even if it takes an hour drive! They love their Katelyn!

I had my cat here for the second time and when I picked him up was told his behavior was atrocious. I understand if his behavior was bad and you couldn’t do what I asked (shave stomach) but at least don’t charge the full price. Also I had my other kitty here to have mats brushed out and they gave her a bath without notifying me. Bad business. I will not be going back.

We've been coming here for years! Everyone is always wonderful with my 3 beagles! I'd never go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I brought my dog here for grooming after making an appointment. I walked in and immediately, a dog (owned by the business) walks up to my dog nose to nose and starts sniffing. My dog barked- entirely not expecting such a greeting. I backed away and scolded my dog stating that I had no idea there would be a dog walking around inside the door. They asked me to reschedule and so I did. Later, I got a call saying that I could bring my dog back at a certain time/date when there would be no other dogs there so that mine could be groomed. (keep in mind, that she was already groomed here once before). So, I accept the appointment which was within the same week. On the day of the appointment, I get a phone call from the owner saying that they talked it over and that I should take my dog elsewhere. They wasted my time for something that was their fault. Who lets a dog walk around freely when they are expecting clients to show up with their pets?

The only place I’ll take my poodles. They do an excellent job every single time and everyone is so friendly. It nice to know your leaving your pet in such good hands!

Usually i have gone elsewhere but because of the virus i couldnt get an appointment. I called royal dutch and they were able to schedule both my cats for the same day. I was so happy. They are so nice and did a great job. Will definitely be back.
