Trooper Veterinary Hospital Norristown, Pennsylvania

I am so thankful for the care that my 1 year old German Shepherd, Mocha, received on her first visit. The staff is wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful. I just adopted Mocha last week, and she is the first dog I have owned in many, many years. The staff helped me immensely with all my questions in understanding how to keep Mocha happy and healthy. At the visit itself, the doctor was very generous with his time and very thorough in the attention he gave to her.

Staff members were incredibly kind and patient. My pup was in great hands here!

Dr. Leutke is an excellent , caring physician. I feel very confident placing my dog's health in his care.

My puppy Grayson passed away and I couldn't find a place to cremate him. They gave me a very good price and didn't treat my Grayson as a business transaction. When I got him back I was im tears when I left the facility. They were phenomenal.

Everyone at Trooper Vet is awesome. It's starts from the time you step foot in the door. The ladies at the desk are always very pleasant and very helpful. The Vet techs, Nurses and doctors are wonderful. They explain everything. Special thank you this time to Dr St John and Karen. Highly recommend.

In doing some research last year on local Vets for my friend that got a puppy, I found this hospital to be amazing. I attended the first few visits for Bowie and the attentiveness of the staff was amazing. Dr. Saint John answered all of our questions and was so thorough. I then recommended my other friend that got a puppy around Christmas time. Same attention to detail and wonderful experience for her and her new pup. Then, I moved into the area and knew exactly where I was taking my Lola. Three's a charm! The staff was amazing and Dr. Saint John answered all of my question. My Lola is an older dog and she spent a lot of time talking with me on some of the potentials issues she might have. I totally recommend this Vet Hospital. The staff is amazing and I feel very comfortable that my dog is being cared for in the best way possible.

Everyone at Trooper is AMAZING! All of the vets and the entire staff genuinely love our dogs and provide excellent care for them, whether it's routine checkups or urgent care. Despite having a dozen+ vets physically closer to our home, we travel 35-40 minutes to Trooper because of how wonderful they are. ????????

Dr. Luetke is fantastic and his staff is super kind ! He answers questions thoroughly and never makes us leave unsatisfied.

The trooper vet team is always so professional and kind to our dogs. It's like bringing our dogs to family when we go there. They are very loving and caring to our dogs.

I took my dog here for about 4 years. I never ran into issues with normal office visits but when my dog started to have seizures, they first booked me an appointment for the next day. When I called back after the seizures continued to happen, they would not fit me into their schedule for the emergency I was having and directed me to a pet ER. Here I find that my dog had cancer and it was pretty advanced. Ultimately, he had to be put down. The cancer is something that the vet should have caught during my routine check ups but it was not. Also, my dog had a heart condition and was on a med that I could only get through their partnered online pharmacy. I checked many pharmacies to get it elsewhere and could not. Even my pet insurance where I normally got his other meds could not fill it. I would think twice before taking your animal here.

I called with an emergency and was given suggestions on what I could do because no appointment was immediately available. About 5 minutes later Trish called me back and said there was a cancellation and to come in. She and Dr. DiSouza took my concerns seriously and were able to treat my cat. I was very worried and had been trying to contact an emergency vet and could not get an answer, so Trish having the consideration to call me back to help my cat get seen meant so much to me. My cat had a significant and painful emergency and he was treated right away but the relief and care they provided to both of us was priceless, especially in such hectic and often overwhelming times. I am so grateful.

Dr. Clearly is awesome and has taken such good care of our pets throughout their whole lives! She is the best Vet that I have ever experienced, very knowledgeable and compassionate and caring! The ladies who run the front desk area are great as well! They are always pleasant and are eager to help! You do not find that a lot anymore!

We love Trooper vet. The hours are accommodating, and the care is above and beyond. I love that they have a separate cat entrance so that kitties don’t get scared, although now during COVID they have separate protocols/precautions in place and they come and take your pet in from your car. Reasonably priced and they have always been able to accommodate emergencies and routine care for my pet at my earliest convenience. Thanks for being such a great vet, so close to home.

New to this Vet with a senior dog with many issues....first 2 visits were flawless and a very good experience.

A little pricey but they do, do a great job helping the animals!

I have been using Trooper Vet since my furry family member first came to us, and I cannot imagine using any other Vet! They take very good care of her! We have used several of their services, including the boarding and bathing services. No, if Socks would only love her Vet as much as the Vet loves her!

We've been going her for 13 years. The only issues we've ever had is that things can be overpriced. And they never tell you all the information. Dropped my cat off to be shaved because he has knots (something we've done before, mind you) and they tell us he's not going to be done until 3 hours later. Why? Because they have other appointments they can't be late for. Okay then why did you not schedule enough time for my cat? Or why did only just now you tell us a grooming service isn't really what you do. If you had told us the FIRST TIME we wouldn't have brought him back for that. An appointment that takes ten minutes is now being pushed back and my poor cat has to sit there for 3 hours for no reason other than they didn't book enough time for him. He's anxious so if I thought taking him home and bringing him back later were a good option I would have done that. It wasn't until it was too late for me to take him back they said the appointment wouldn't be for another 3 hours. GIVE OUT ALL THE CORRECT INFO AND YOU WOULDN'T HAVE ANGRY CUSTOMERS.

Brought our cat to see the Dr St. John due to being flea infested. He is a older cat and never goes outside so we did not even think that was the case. Dr. St John was super nice and helped my poor cat out and now he is much much better. All other vets are weeks out for scheduling and Trooper vet was able to make an appointment within the week of my call for help. A++ Folks at Trooper Vet! Thank you!

Our bunny had a really bad skin infection for 6 weeks and we were feeling hopeless after multiple trips to 2 other vets. Dr. St. John spent 45 minutes with us and gave us a new treatment plan and all the information we needed. Most places try to get you in and out but not her! Our bunny has finally started recovering since our visit. The experience at Trooper Vet was great and I recommend Dr. St. John to all bunny owners! Good bunny care is hard to find.

They take great care of my Sadie! Both Dr Luetke and Dr St John have gone above and beyond to care for her. I always get a phone call within a day from them to check on how my dog is doing. Best vets ever!

Have always appreciated the care here. I had a cat diagnosed as diabetic and they took the extra time to talk with me about how to care for her, which was reassuring.

Awesome experience. Every one else has been backed up for weeks and we were unable to get our kitty in somewhere soon. But Trooper Vet Hospital had availability within a week. Friendly staff, and reasonable visit fee. The Doctor who i spoke with was very polite, and explained everything to me (descriptions of illness, prices of medications, etc). I will be bringing my kitty back here.
