23 to look at dogs????? Absolutely embarrassing. Probably worried anyone with a brain wouldnt want to buy their terribly bred puppy mill dogs. Good luck surviving as a business❤️

Absolutely wonderful! We had a young lady help us with our goldendoddle . She was able to answer our questions, show us the best ways to work with our dog and offered to help us again if we called the store. Wonderful customer service!!!

tom’s pet outlet has such a friendly and helpful staff. place is very well kept and clean inside. bought my corgi here last month, so far he is very healthy with no health issues/problems and we love him so much! they take really good care of their animals and can tell that they genuinely care about them. they also have a great selection of dog food, toys, and treats. 12/10 would recommend!

Bought two purebred malteses from Tom's about nine years ago. One unfortunately passed away. When I reached out to one of the owners and asked them if there was any chance the dog's bloodline was still active, they told me they hadn't gotten a dog from that person in a few years. Fair enough. I then asked them if they could contact the breeder directly and was told that "they get their dogs from a 3rd party so that the breeders don't have to deal with the public." Red flags started to go off in my head and I thanked the owner and wrote a letter directly to the breeder. The breeder told me the police had taken away all her dogs because she was breeding them unethically. These dogs are puppy mill dogs that are bought from a 3rd party so that Tom's can play dumb when the puppy mill question comes up. I also had genetic testing on my other dog a few months ago. He was sold to us as a purebred maltese. He is a mutt. 60% coton, 40% poodle. Zero percent maltese. When I contacted Tom's about it, they did nothing. Not even an apology. Please do not do business with these people. Here's some pictures of my "purebred" maltese. He's 14 pounds and skinny for his frame. Breed standard is a maximum of 8.5 pounds. There is also a picture of him next to a breed standard maltese. Beware that what you are buying is not even close to what you are getting.

I had just agreed to take 4 week old kitten that was apparently thrown away and rescued by a very good Samaritan. After I got the little kitten, I went over to Tom’s not realizing they were closing and literally walking out the door. The two gentlemen who were just locking the door and invited me in and helped me get the items I needed to get this very young and very small kitten healthy and happy. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciated these two wonderful guys. My kitten is recovering greatly and I am sure she will continue to grow and become a great companion and friend. Very informative with great customer service

My son and I came into the store needing some supplies for a fish he won at the fair. We didn't have a clue as to what we were looking for or what we needed. Joey totally set us up. Took the time to explain what everything was, and made sure we stayed within our budget. Great guy, great store.

the whole staff is very rude, most of them don't look at you when you walk through the door. I've been looking for another dog for a while and I walked over to one of the puppies "windows" and I waited patiently for the worker to to finish talking, and when she did she didn't even acknowledge me. With that being said, they overprice the puppies. The one dog was 3300 dollars and it wasn't even a purebred dog.

I recently purchased a beautiful 6week old kitten from Tom's. I named her "Precious" and I've fallen in love with her. Staff was great with helping me pick out everything I needed for her. Thanks Again ❤️

We love it here! All of the staff at Tom's are so friendly to us and our dog, and some of our dog's favorite toys have come from Tom's. Whenever our dog is having a bad day, we take her to Tom's for some friendly faces and a treat!

Staff was rude. My partner & I purchased a rabbit, the staff told us that it was a female, but come to find out it's a male. I would not recommend this pet store to anyone.

We have two beautiful Shih Tzu's from Tom's. They are turning 6 this year and have always been very happy and healthy!
