Not companionate at all! My daughters cat died whilst waiting for the doctor to return from vacation and they saw it fit to not return her deposit she paid , totally a shoddy outfit, steer clear

Boarded three cats here. Love that they posted photos. I know they were treated well as my kitties were not mad at me when we got home.

Totally unprofessional behavior. Avoid. The response below is exactly what I am talking about. Dont expect anything better when you get there.

I have used these folks a couple times over many years. Dr. Ask has always tried to get us back in for more flea treatments or some other series of unnecessary treatments. They do have a laser declaw but the price they quote is $250 which ends up being more than $750 when all is said and done. The woman who checked us out at pick up also asked us to bring back the half patch of fentanyl that wasn’t exposed after my cats laser declaw! Strange. Didn’t do that as my cat managed to pick off the second half on his own.

Great staff, the environment was relaxed but attentive and I felt safe bringing my cat in. Definitely found my forever vet!

The front desk lady is very rude. Response back; yes you don’t have me in the system bc I didn’t go through w your company after the phone call I had w her. Also my friend said they charged her 35 extra dollars for not bringing in her cats fecal matter but the lady never once told her to bring in the feces. Thanks!

Such a great experience here! Constant communication while my cat was in surgery. My cat is not the most easy going and Carly the vet tech was amazing with him. Dr. Ask did an amazing job with my little guy. Highly recommend if you are looking for a Veterinary practice that knows how to work with your fur babies. Dr. Ask and the vet tech team are all fantastic. We have been going there for our two cats since we moved to Norristown 6 years ago. They are so caring and gentle with my cats. They are efficient with their time and try to get you in and out while still being thoughtful and available for questions. Dr. Ask takes a proactive approach and wants to ensure he doesn’t miss an issue. They always print out a full list of the items and their fees before doing anything; there are usually some “extra” optional tests/etc that you can choose to accept or decline. I always appreciate how upfront they are about cost and don’t guilt you into doing more than you can at the time. I also appreciate the times they have squeezed me in for a same day appointment when I needed more urgent help which has happened more than once.

If you need a vet for your cats this is an amazing place to go! Lovely staff, very Professional and they took really good care of my fur babies!! Thank you!!

Fantastic vet, switched over to them as Ivwas very dissatisfied with the previous one I had been going to. Friendly staff, very caring and understanding, and the Dr. is just incredible. Unlike my previous vet, they take emergencies seriously and will do everything they can to get you in that day.I take both my kittens there now, have no regrets about switching. This is a vet you can trust, very happy with the quality of care they provide.

Always great service and they are flexible

Starting going here a few years ago after months of searching different vets. My guy(Walter) is a little troublesome when it comes to other people but Dr Ask was able to make it easier without causing to much added stress on him. First time I went there the carrier I was using broke and he saw I was out front trying to get him. He came right out and helped box him in and picked him up. Then afterwards he carried the cage out to my car, since I was holding Walter, and stayed another couple minutes to answer some questions I had. If you're looking for a new place for your cat, you'll be wise to choose here. Plus you get the added bonus of just cats in there. If your cat gets nervous in the waiting room. They have always put me in a private room to wait when they noticed Walter was skeptical. Even though I wasn't the next appointment.

Exam rooms are always clean. Dr Ask is always professional & informative about care & kind to my cats. The vet techs are knowledgeable & gentle and the non-clinical personnel are prompt & polite.

This is a wonderful place, and Dr. Ask and his staff are delightful. They take wonderful care of our fuzzy friend.

My family has been going to Cats Only for years. Ever cat in our family has gone here (7 cats) and we have always been happy with the care. The vet techs are very good at explaining and helping during the visit. Dr. Ask is very reasonable and clearly explains needs and any issues he sees. My cat has needed teeth removed and the surgeries have gone smoothly and the office follows up to make sure the cat is doing well. I appreciate their website and that I can schedule appointments online. Definitely recommend this vet for all your cats.

I love Cats Only Veterinary Hospital! I live in Philadelphia and yes I travel all the way to Norristown so that my feline fur baby can be properly cared for.

Doctor Ask is very knowledgeable and being a cats only veterinarian he is more familiar with feline illness and can diagnose confidently. His staff has also been very pleasant and helpful.

probably the best veterinary hospital i have ever encountered. the staff are beautiful, intelligent and friendly. the doctor is very smart (he literally knows everything), professional, caring, and multi-talented (did you know he painted the mural in the reception area!?) the building is just gorgeous, the parking lot is huge, they offer curbside service if you prefer, and they require masks and check your temperature at the door, as well as provide you with hand sanitizer. they pass the vibe check, this place is just wonderful. my cats are so happy here they always ask me when they can go back for a visit. please support this small local hospital because i know they care about your cats and also they are just really good people.

Awesome price the doctor is amazing who started the place all the staff is personable spot on and very caring about your cat if you have a cat you need to bring your animal here because they will be treated the absolute best they could ever be treated they are fully pampered they're boarding services are excellent they have kitty condos they will let you pick out a space for your animal if you have a cat bring it here cats only rocks

The staff was great.I felt like.the vet was great handling the exam however didn't give me time to digest the news and they are very expensive

They were kind and welcoming. I love this place and would definitely recommend cats only to anyone with a cat baby.
