Walkers has partnered with a great dog trainer. The courses are reasonable & Jess goes out of her way to work with the dog & the owner. She incorporates props during class to create scenarios & homework sheets each week. She competes nationally & knows her stuff!

Our dog Piper had a great two days at Walkers! She was exhausted when she came home from all the fun she had. It’s so nice to know she was being cared for by professionals and had a lot of play time while she was there. We will definitely use them again.

I took my cat for a nail trim here. I called ahead and they said I could come in within a window of time, no appointment needed. The staff was very friendly and professional, and they were able to get my cat’s nails trimmed within 5 minutes. I am so grateful as she is usually very difficult with getting her nails cut. Will definitely be returning for this service again

Fast and very good service. Everyone was very polite. Sarge is a very hard dog to cut his nails and they got his done within 5 minutes. Will definitely take him back.

They had our young 1 year old pup for his & ours 1st time ever away from home. He was well taken care of, staff was awe. Highly recommended & appreciate this place.

This is the best pet boarding and daycare place on the planet. We have been taking our dog Finley here for over a month and she absolutely loves it. They have a variety of playtime activities for the dogs and their staff all are great people. Couldn’t ask for a better place to take your dog. The workers do a great job communicating and letting you know how your dog is doing as well as any needs your dog my have.

I can not thank walkers pet Hotail enough! This isn’t often they got bunnies , but I had gone on vacation & they were so kind enough they watched my 4 month old rabbit. Smokey had actually ended up having to stay 5 xtra days & there was no issue at all. I definetly will be bringing my little bunny back to them! Thank you so much for satisfying both my & Smokey’s needs. It’s very much appreciated ☺️ I’ve heard Smokey loved all the staff & got lots of attention & love which is what I was aiming for!!! Their location is very clean & put together definetly would recommend these employers

Our toy poodle male went there for 3 years, then got our girl toy poodle and it was her first official grooming appointment and the groomer cut her tongue . When we we were called there was no mention of it untill i picked her up. Wife was mad as hell. My wife called the next day and she was told the owner would call her. WE HEARD NOTHING. Only 1 groomer understaffed she was rushing .

Best groomer ever ! I have two crazy dogs and they love Crystal. I board my crazy kids at this facility and they are the greatest bunch of employees ever!

Walker’s Pet HoTail is very deaf friendly and accommodating! Wonderful clean atmosphere. I was permitted to host my ASL Pop Up with their puppy party. It went amazing and everyone was so good about communication. I even met the sweetest dog, who is also deaf! Our time here was professional, friendly, and genuine. Highly recommend!!

I was on my way to Florida when another boarding kennel was nice enough to let me know they would only take one of my dogs because they made an error in scheduling an “interview.” Having had my dog “Nala” at Walker’s recently, I called, left a message and within minutes the owner called and was most accommodating. He left his other establishment, met me in Murrysville and took my dog without hesitation or reservation. Walker’s saved me a headache and caused my 11th hour panic to dissipate. We have been customers here for 10 years and have been very happy with our experience! The Walker's staff knows our dog well, and looks out for her. Our dog always wags her tail when she enters Walkers so she can play outside with other dogs . Our dog is deaf and the staff has adapted very well to being responsive to her!

We take both of our pups to Walkers for Daycare, Grooming and boarding. They do a wonderful job! They are caring and professional. We know our babies are in good hands at Walker’s.

Best place to take your pet for daycare and boarding. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They care for each pet and pay close attention. I have been taking my Great Dane Lincoln there since he has been 6 months old.

Our dog is extremely excitable, has a lot of fur, and does not like to be groomed. Crystal is great. One of the only groomers that we've been to that's able to handle him.

Absolutely wonderful. They take care of dogs, cats and even ferrets. We boarded our ferret for four days and they took amazing care of him. We definitely recommend them and will use them again!

Walkers was awesome with my girl, Luna. I used to bring her 2-3 times a week for daycare and it helped so much for her to be social with other dogs. The staff was great and extremely friendly and helpful. The events they have for the dogs is also nice! Highly recommend!

Just brought our 7month old pup home from a week at the Pet HoTail. We drove a half hour out of the way to have her stay here. She is happy, healthy, and tuckered out! We really liked the staff, they are energetic and enthusiastic about the care of the pets here. They answered all of our questions when we called to check up. Douggie will stay here again!
