Everybody there is so nice, they treat your pet like family

Top notch? Maybe they should consider renaming to bottom notch. I had taken my cat here for a few months after she’d lost weight pretty quickly. They then diagnosed her with diabetes and started her on insulin. We’d come in every month or so for a weight and blood sugar check. She never gained any weight, her blood sugars were constantly high. They seemed unconcerned and unbothered. They basically did NOTHING else to help my cat get better. I only saw the actual Veterinarian once in all of my visits. I decided to take her to another vet after realizing they weren’t going to help her. A few months later, she had to be put to sleep. She was only 7 years old. Besides the fact that their “care” was laughable, they make you wait for an extremely long time to be seen. Sitting in a car or waiting room with an animal for over an hour is uncalled for. I understand everyone is busy and everyone is short staffed, but come on. Animals aren’t meant to be cooped up in a car or waiting room for an hour+. Not only was there long wait times, even trying to call was next to impossible. Either the line was busy, or you’d be put on hold for too long. There are many wonderful vets out there locally, do not choose top notch.

Very knowledgeable staff. Extremely friendly and animals calm with them. Plus reasonable fees.

I take all my canines and their litters to, Dr Joseph. She is wonderful with not just my fur babies, but their babies as well.

Dr. Kim and the rest of the staff were all very friendly, caring and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Great service and the Dr and staff are very caring and dedicated to ours pets needs

My dog was put down 6 years ago by this clinic. They were very sympathetic and understanding. Yesterday i had my cat in because she was deathly sick. I wasnt pressured or made to feel terrible about my choices in her care. I appreciate that the staff here are conscientious (asked if we needed more time with our girl) and will let pet owners choose what to do about their pets. End of life care is important. This clinic cares.

Caring take their time with you and the animals

I took a stray cat here to get her fixed up, she had a bladder infection, and we could keep her inside, because she would roam around. She ended up being pregnant, and when she was ready to give birth, it was clear she needed assistance, she could barely move on her own. We called them, and they said they could get her in at 9, and would call when they were ready for her. At 10:25, she was dead, and we were still at our house. Shortly after they called and said they could get her in at 2:00. The only reason I give them 2 stars, is because this the only problem I've had with this vet. If you need to get a cat fixed, I would look into different places, I believe there are groups that once a month have times when they will fix cats for about $20. I personally recommend, Scottdale veterinary clinic, not to far away from this vet and staff is super nice.

Just want to get as much money out of you as possible.

They were nice once they seen us but my appointment was 6 and another lady with same appointment was 615 but for some reason they saw her first and I wasnt seen till 730 not sure what that was all about. Actually didn't even pay any attention until I asked if they would like me to reschedule. It also seemed like they charged me an arm and leg this visit. Im gonna start and look for a new vet.

Charley (Great Dane) and Lola (mini potbelly) and I absolutely LOVE Top Notch! Dr. Joseph is a phenomenal veterinarian. The staff is always very kind and knowledgeable as well as the facility always being and smelling very clean! I drive close to an hour just to take my girls to Dr. Joseph!

Dr Joseph was very professional and looks out for your pet's best interest. She was thorough with her examination of my pet and took the time to explain what she was doing and why. I would recommend her and Top Notch veterinarian clinic to anyone.

The vet techs were very nice and very knowledgeable. The vet seemed to be nice and caring and know what she was doing. This was our first appt. We did have a very long wait when we arrived though.

Do not use them. Your appointment time means nothing to them or their staff. I waited for my appointment for over an hour outside with my cat who’s terrified of being out of the house. I called and asked when they would let me in and there was supposedly more people ahead of me even long after my appointment time has passed. I told them I would take my business elsewhere and hung up the phone. They called me back immediately after to pretty much yell at me about my wait time. Don’t use them unless you don’t have any care about your time.

Treated my dog with compassion. Rates cheaper than others. Very kind staff. Dr. Amazing. I don't care how long it takes if the service is outstanding & it was!

Never been here before today. I always went to Mt Pleasant animal hospital, but I've not been happy with price and service lately, so I decided to try top notch. I very happy I did! I really like the service and I can't complain about the price ( one of the cheapest vet bills to date). The people were very friendly and very knowledgeable and professional. I will probably switch all my animals over to this vet.... way better now than when it was Grace vets
