Kind, patient, knowledgeable staff. They made a difficult time a little easier. This was my first time having a pet cremated, Michelle was very helpful. She put my mind at ease the moment she talked to me and explained everything. I appreciate her taking the time to listen and understand. Definitely recommend their services.

I just have to say this is a wonderful service wonderful ppl I could not of ask for a better person to take care of my baby it was hard enough losing him but they made it easier knowing my boy was taken care of if I ever have to use creamations for my pets this is who I would call thank you Daniel for taking care of my boy

Our original cremation service company said they were not coming until hours after our beloved pet would be put to sleep (we made prior arrangements, keep in mind). We called these folks and they were able to come 1 hour after calling. Thank you all so much.

I cannot express how much the kindness Eternal Life has shown my family and I. We lost our Bailey, and they told us to bring him right in, and less that 24 hours later they called me that he was ready to be brought home. They put a locket of his hair inside the urn with his ashes, and that meant so much to us. I can't say enough amazing things about this company. I highly recommend them!
