Love this place! They do an amazing job every month trimming and grinding my dog's nails and they also do an awesome job of grooming my cockapoo and my FIL's Yorkie. I highly recommend them! They also have a very nice supply of high-quality dog foods (not the quality of food you'd find in a grocery store ❤❤❤) and treats and toys.

So called today to ask about nail trims for my dogs and if there was any way I could be near them while it was being done. ( no issues with this in 2020. In fact the groomer asked me to come back there because my lab was whining so much) The girl was clueless today when I called. I thought working at a pet store, it would be understood that animals can be scared and nervous. Will find a different groomer.

I love Keystone Pet place because I take my dog to Jen to get groomed. He absolutely adores her and she always does a great job on him! Recently, he was diagnosed with some spinal issues and he still lets Jen groom him. I will only allow people I trust to care for him and I trust Jen!
