The drop off and pick up was very easy. We really enjoyed watching our pup on the Pup Cam. It definitely made our vacation more enjoyable.

My dog loves going to daycare. So do I. She plays with the other dogs and comes home a happy tired. She makes good friends and mothers the puppies. The social aspects are wonderful.

Have been taking my pup everyday for 2 months for the full day of doggy daycare. Very friendly staff and show attention to your fur child as expected. Know every pup on a first name basis. Guaranteed to make dure your pup gets the daily exercise they need rather than being cooped up at home all day. They also provide all the most nutritional dog food on the market and also their extensive toys ,chew toys and treats available for purchase. Always highly recommend the Dog Stop of Monroeville.

Rogue loves going to daycare and it helps her get the socialization and exercise that walks just can't give her. I know I can't run fast enough or long enough to let her truly stretch her husky energy levels. She seems to genuinely love the people who work there and they seem to love her back. As a bonus, they seem to be excellent and recognizing which dog you are their to pick up, so they are usually already getting her ready for me by the time I reach the counter.

My dog loves to attend doggie daycare so much, he tried to jump over the counter! We have a hard time cutting his nails and they were able to make it happen without any issues.

My dog absolutely loves spending the day here! The staff always make us feel very welcome and are very accommodating of any special requests. It's nice to be able to leave my dog somewhere when I need to go out of town and not have to worry about him.

I made a reservation to kennel my dogs from 5/27-5/31. No one told me the place was closed. They call me with a week before I leave on vacation and tell me I have to pick up my dogs on Sunday or pay for an extra day. When I asked for them to talk to the owner and see if they can waive the fee (being it isn’t my fault they scheduled incorrectly) the owner called me irate. He was VERY rude and said he didn’t appreciate me trying to get a free handout! Like woah!!! This isn’t my mistake it’s yours! Then says I know you’re one of those people who don’t get their way and writes a bad review. Well here it is jay. Some small business owner you are. The way you talk to your customers is disgusting. And I’ll be sure to take my business to a different place. One where the employees know the rules and don’t screw over the customer and one where the owner doesn’t act like a child. I cannot say enough bad things about the conversation I had with the “owner”. I’m still shocked how it went. I won’t put words in his mouth but I felt very disrespected. Then after all that he cancels my appointment! Good thing because I don’t want my dogs mistreated and the way he talks to humans I can only imagine how he treats animals. Fair warning, if you want your dog to be treated with love and respect go to a different dog stop. Because Jay doesn’t know either of those two things. End rant.

I cannot say enough good things about Dogstop my dogs come home they are absolutely beautiful. Megan you are the bomb Diggity when it gets down to clean in a dog specially my husky you did an amazing job on her and an incredible job on my German Shepherd love you guys to pieces keep up the great work

Dropping my dog Barney to be boarded until Sunday May 23. It was very clean, well set up with products to purchase. Other services are listed on a large sign. Staff was very friendly, well informed and knowledgeable. I did have to sign a waiver as precautionary measure in case of emergency with my dog.

I paid $50 for my Siberian husky and when they got done he was not brushed good and hair was all over my car I could not bring my dog in the house. It was a waist of my money

The dog stop monroeville has been a life changer! I work long hours and wanted a safe place where I knew my pup would have fun and be well taken care of. The staff are amazing! They are so caring and make the day care experience seem so personal. It feels so good to know that I can check in during the day on the pup cams or just send a message to staff which is answered in a timely manner! One of the staff members even helped me arrange to get a birthday cake for my dog at home. Thanks Dog Stop monroeville for taking such good care of Enzo! I would highly recommend their services!!!!

I have taken my dog down there for a few years, and have never had a bad experience. Staff is wonderful. They greet you by name each time and make you feel welcome. Each time I pull up, my dog gets so excited he jumps out the car knowing where he is going..which is a comforting feeling when I’m dropping him off for boarding.

The employees are so nice. And I recommend to any one to come there. I told a couple people to bring there dogs there.

I absolutely LOVE the dog stop. My pup has been going since she was 4 months old. Most recently, she celebrated her first birthday there with her friends. The pictures I was sent were absolutely adorable. My girl absolutely loves going and gets excited when she sees where we are. All the staff recognize not only my dog but my fiancé and I as well when we come to pick her up. It’s helped us so much as our first year as dog owners.

Our regular location is in the strip and when they were full we tried Monroeville and came back to healthy and happy dogs! The strip will always be our favorite but nice to have Monroeville too.

They are so good with dogs. My dog loves going there. Plays so much that she comes home tired.

My dog was so shy when he first started and is doing much better with other dogs thanks to the dog stop. Always ones home and sleeps bc he got great exercise.

The Dog Stop has been great for my cocker spaniel, Frisky. I’ve taken her for grooming here a few times now, and I’m very satisfied with my results. Frisky loves the staff! I also really enjoy their mobile app!

I've taken my dog Cody to the Dog Stop for grooming and also for boarding on occasion. The staff are very professional and are very caring about the animals. The groomer does a fantastic job. Cody is a standard poodle whose hair gets easily matted.
