I'm going there three times over the past month and they've been closed. Only open at random times

I was looking for small Bird Cage Toy's, they had a nice variety of thing's but because I was giving them as a Gift in a small Cage I didn't want to spend a lot of money. I left the store and came back and made a purchase because of the selection.

Compared to other Petco stores this one has no selection for anything except dog food.... Trying to even look at the clearance section wasnt an option due to the worker sitting on the floor and then getting a huge attitude when I said excuse me, I ended up putting my stuff back and going to PetSmart instead

This location is typically well stocked and the staff have been consistently helpful!

The cashier was very helpful and even found a way for me to save money on my purchase so I ended up buying something that I had not planned on for a gift for someone.

Absolutely horrible place, does not care about the animals at all and only cares about profits, treats their animals very badly, do not shop here or get anything from here, would give them a negative rating if I could

Good selection over the big name stores prices are a little higher but when your looking for specialty pet food it's one place to go to get it

I ordered from Petco's online service for same day pick up yesterday to get an tick twist tornado and Frontline for an outdoor cat because it said it was available but unfortunately it wasn't and I only picked up the Frontline. They did say that they will have a shipment for next week and might have them though. Gave them 4 stars due to they do usually have a lot of stuff others don't. I just wish the on hands inventory from the store matched up with the online system.

I have a cat so I go to Petco to get want I need for my cat Ginger and both of my sisters' pets too.

Almost never has crickets for my reptiles. Still a friendly staff

Fairly clean and has most of the pet supplies I need. They let you bring your dog in, which is always fun. I always have to wait awhile for help at the fish section, so I frequently do not end up getting the fish stuff I need, but everything else is pretty good. The cashiers are always really nice, which is a big bonus. I'd drive extra to see a smiling face than go somewhere closer to get scowled at in a dirty store.

no one knows how to answer the phone never answered or took more then 10 mins to answer waste of time

Literally waited 10 minutes to check out. Hire more staff

It is a good pet store . They don’t have enough cat stuff. Tons of dog items but that’s just how it is! I pre ordered my stuff then just picked it up!

These guys always know the answers to any questions I may have. They are always polite and helpful. I always buy everything there for my bearded dragon.

Always seem to be missing allot of product. Prices are high... but it has its benefits. If your looking for something in particular. You can take your pet in with you. And the medical service is a great thing.

Got the toy I wanted for my kitty. She loves it. If she needs a replacement I know where to find it
