We had a great experience. The vet was sympathetic and professional. The whole team was great. They also scheduled within two days of us calling which was great because our dog was declining faster then expected. We really appreciate everything they did for us. Thanks so much!

We had an appointment with PPP to have our Johnny B euthanized, however, his condition worsened dramatically and they could not get him in earlier so we ended up taking him to our vet to euthanize him in order to end his pain, but we still took him to PPP to utilize their cremation services. We felt rushed from the very beginning. The person (I believe the owner) kept mentioning he had to leave to go pick up another pet, even though we had a scheduled appointment. He made no effort to get someone else to help us and no condolences of any kind were offered. We requested a paw print in clay and were assured (both when we called and when we dropped him off) that it would be included. When we picked up his ashes, there was no paw print. Apparently it was overlooked. This person (not the same person) said "Unfortunately it's too late now to do anything about it." You think? Very disappointing experience during an already very difficult time. We've used PPP in the past with no issues, however, this experience has made us question whether or not we will use them again in the future.

From the moment I contacted Peaceful Passage until the last email they sent, the service was outstanding. We were obviously going through a rough time and had to make a hard decision for our dog. Nothing about it was easy but if anything made it easier, it was our experience with Peaceful Passage. We called on a Sunday morning and they were able to come to our home later that afternoon. The veterinarian, Dr. Caplan, was the best! He was so incredibly nice and gentle. He talked us through the process and gave us as much time as we needed. We always knew when the time came, this was something we wanted to do in our own home. Not only was it easier for us but most importantly, it was easier, less stressful and more comfortable for our pet. I highly recommend using Peaceful Passage. They made the best out of the experience and it was well worth it.

We recently lost our beautiful little Pomeranian. The wonderful, compassionate people at Peaceful Pet Passage helped us through our very tearful time. We are so very thankful that we found them.

I cannot say enough kind words about Peaceful Pet Passage. We had to make the incredibly difficult decision to have our 14 year old dog, Milo put to rest. The whole experience was made so much easier. I didn't feel rushed and was given more than enough time to say goodbye all in the comfort of my home. I can rest easy knowing I made the right choice for my fur baby and highly recommended Peaceful Pet Passage for anyone who needs a respectful, humane and loving way to help your fur baby cross the rainbow bridge.

Our cat hated car drives and was terrified the whole time we were in our vet's clinic. He came down with cancer a few months ago and we dreaded making his last few hours full of fear. A friend recommended Peaceful Pet Passage and I made the call this morning. The vet was absolutely fabulous; so tender with our cat, so patient with the rest of us. Our cat was relaxed with her and didn't even show a reaction to the first injection that made him sleep. A few minutes later she gave him his second injection and all was finished. We are so thankful for the excellent service and the price was very reasonable.

We just got our two dogs put down and cremated. The whole experience with losing our beloved pets was awful, but was so much more bearable with Peaceful Pet Passage. The set up they have is great and I felt like my dogs were 100% treated with respect. Worth every penny. Highly recommend. ❤️

During one of the most heart-wrenching moments of our adult life, Peaceful Pet Passage showed us and our beloved pet kind, courteous, and professional care. They allowed us as much time between steps as we needed and moved at OUR pace. They were delicate and compassionate with our angel. It was as if they were talking to and caring for one of their own pets. After a few days, they called to say our pet's remains were ready to be picked up. The gentleman who met me to exchange the remains and information was so kind and informative. He answered all questions I had and was sensitive when I just couldn't contain my emotions. They truly, truly care about you and your pets. If your pets are your family and you want to treat them with the same respect you would a human after they're gone, call Peaceful Pet Passage. They can't make the process any easier on your heart, but they certainly do everything in their power to refrain from adding any additional pain or heartache to this already emotionally draining process. Additionally, they have this massive, extremely well designed memorial wall they're building. They're also in process of adding a lodge so it will be a permanent structure. Ask them about this. Even if you don't use their services, you can have your dog's name added to this memorial wall. It's a wonderful touch. I hope to never have to use this type of service again, but the circle of life dictates otherwise. When the time comes, we'll be calling Peaceful Pet Passage again.

We wanted to make this as peaceful as an experience possible, for our boy, his brother and sisters, and us. We were given the time to say our final goodbyes with no pressure, or expectations. Its not easy, but the good Dr. came with compassion and empathy. I called many places and decided on PPP for this procedure. We were 100% pleased with the entire process. I pray we will never have to make the decision again, but if we would, we will definitely use their services again.

These folks truly show they understand pet owner loss. We used them 8 years ago and they were perfect, compassionate and professional. Today we once again visited to see our pets name on the memorial wall. As I am unable to walk much distance, they accommodated by assuring we could view the wall. MUCH APPRECIATED ! To boot, our guide explained the future plans for the facility. These are bright and promising. Highly recommended !

This is a great place for cremation. We had 3 of our pets. They were very friendly and comforting. The place has improved so much and is very beautiful. The owners are beautiful people. They offer so many different choices. Bless anyone who visits.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Peaceful Pet Passage. We recently had to put our 16 year old kitty to sleep, and everyone there was just amazing to deal with. I called before they opened and left a message requesting an appointment and they called quickly after opening and were able to see us that afternoon. The Dr was incredibly kind, compassionate, and gentle with us all. They've been just as wonderful in the follow ups and to return her ashes to us. Thank you to everyone we interacted with. Love to all the families who need their services.

The kindness and compassion that was shown to me and my beloved cat can hardly be expressed in words. I feel their services were outstanding. They gave me ample time to say goodbye. It's a beautiful facility.

Amazing service for those of us who think of our pets like family. So many thoughtful touches. Every single person I came into contact with was understanding, respectful, and patient - even when I was a blubbering mess. When the time comes, I'll be using their service again.

This review goes beyond the priceless caring services PPP has provided to us when saying goodbye to our Yellow Labrador Winter and our German Weimaraner Mr. Wyatt Earp. I want to share with you the flood of emotion upon seeing the tombstone PPP's preferred vendor created for us (photo). If you have used PPP's services then you are familiar with the ash boxes (photo). We will bury our paw-baby brothers' boxes together beneath this tombstone (heavy and thick granite) at one of their favorite places on our property, fire pit side where they enjoyed many evenings (and many stolen hotdogs). Saying "5 stars" is somehow inadequate. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. (We just adopted a Greyhound, Lester the Greyt... so we will see you again but hopefully not too soon.)

Helpful. Ultimately had to use Rossmoyne as peaceful pet passages was too booked and too expensive. The up charge on the euthanasia if you don’t use their cremation was disappointing.

Dr Carney did an incredible job for us. Things were way more bearable than I anticipated because of her. The office staff was also wonderful every step of the way.

John was incredibly warm, professional, and punctual in helping us schedule an in-home visit for our 15-year-old cat with short notice. Dr. Elizabeth was similarly professional and kind, and explained to us everything she was doing and asked for permission before each step. With her help we were able to peacefully say goodbye to Zero. I can't recommend these folks enough - they made an extremely difficult time easier on myself and my husband, and showed a wonderful amount of kindness to us throughout the entire process. It was well worth the cost to have a home visit. Thank you to the team for your professionalism.

Every aspect of my experience with Peaceful Pet Passage was wonderful. When I called on Saturday morning to schedule in-home euthanasia that day for my 13 year old foster dog, knowing we couldn’t make it to the emergency vet, Lori made the process so easy, and continued to demonstrate compassion with each phone call since then. Dr. Mary Riordan was wonderful, gave us plenty of time and explained everything she was doing, and the transport driver (whose name I’m blanking on) was so respectful and kind. Rob was incredibly accommodating when I called the following Monday asking to get an ink print of my dog’s paw (in addition to the clay impression that was done when they came on Saturday), and he made it happen without hesitation. I highly recommend Peaceful Pet Passage to any pet parent - the compassion, professionalism, and peace of mind make it well worth the cost. It takes a truly special team of people to support you and your pet during such a devastating time, and they do it flawlessly.

I have call a number of times and there is NEVER anyone there to answer the calls. We used this service for our first dog and it took more than 6 month to see if our dog was buried, we called several times just to get an answer. To me this is not a good way to do business.
