I've never been there before but they were able to fit us in for a pregnancy check. They wanted me to be part of it as long as I followed their mask rule. I didn't think I would be invited in, and it was a great experience seeing the little puppy fetuses. They shared my excitement as well.

We've been taking our pups here since we moved here over 2 years ago! Everyone is sooooo nice and professional and always feel like my babies get the BEST care! They've even called after one of our pups was seen for being sick just to check on him! We love everyone at Lambs Gap

Service is good for sure but it’s pretty expensive just for one of my pup yearly shot. I spent just a little over 300 and I have three. For this reason I probably won’t come back. Couple places I went to in the past charge me the 250 to 300 for two pup not to mentioned they charge you to check their stools. Yikes. I just only try this place because it around the corner from my neighborhood.

Had to leave after waiting 40 minutes and then was told it would be another 45 minutes till we would be seen. Why have appointments? I would have understood if there was an emergency they were dealing with. As someone who has a job and a schedule this does not work well. In the meantime my pet was very nervous and upset so I left and took him home.

I am disappointed to have to write this review after taking three of our dogs there for years, but today was the absolute last time. Whenever we took our dogs there, the majority of the time they have taken us in right on time. There have been occasions when we have had to wait when they were backed up. Because of the good treatment we had received we never complained about waiting, even when that wait was lengthy. Had to take my current dog there today (4/23/20) for shots. The appointment was for 11:10. I got stuck on a work call (to pay for these visits) and I arrived at 11:20. How do I know 11:20? Because with the new COVID rules I called from the parking lot when I arrived and the time stamp saved on my phone says 11:20. 10 minutes late? Yes. Have I had to wait 10min or more on occasion for them to see us? Yes. Nobody answered the phone, so I got his collar and leash on, walked him by the grassy area near the front door for a minute, then knocked on the door. Intern takes my name and I wait. Comes out again to ask my name again and I wait (no problem so far). She comes out a 3rd time and tells me that because I am late I have to reschedule - telling me that I am actually 15 minutes late. It took 5 minutes between when I called in the parking lot and when she issued her proclamation, so that 15 min number was false. I found that unacceptable and told her that I had waited for them to be ready in the past, but now am given no consideration? I then proceeded to get the typical pious millennial "I validate your feelings" nonsense but they would not help me. I was there to get shots - 3 shots, which would take all of 5min to dispense if that (maybe 10 if they wanted to look in his ears and eyes first for the heck of it). Was I given an option to wait for another doctor to help me in between other patients? Nope. It was a sarcastically sweet "too bad" answer. Doesn't matter I had been bringing my dogs there for nearly a decade if not more. And yes, I got angry, and took offense to her pious response and said as much (regrettably inserting an adjective in front of pious - my bad). She then accuses me of name calling (lie). That sealed it. If they ran a perfect ship and were never late, I would 100% accept a no-tolerance policy. No argument. But to take that attitude and position with me after the thousands of dollars I've spent there, and not even give me an option to wait (instead, "dismiss" me) - that is an insult. So I either get an apology, or I never come back. It's simple. Maybe they make so much money that they don't care about how they treat repeat customers. Maybe they don't feel a need to instruct their interns to look up patient history to better understand and respect them. Either way, I never expected this sort of treatment and attitude from them. Time to find a new vet.

Dr. Cynthia Kinney was the best vet that we have ever been to. She was so caring in treating our Sandra and she really took the time to listen to the symptoms she was having and offer suggestions. We will NEVER go to another vet again - thank you so much Dr. Kinney!!! The entire practice is wonderful and clean and the staff is amazing!

Very caring people. They work with you financially. Treat your animal like it was one of their own. Though our cat didn't live long on the count of her condition, they had a way with knowing how to make our cat relax enough to cooperate. They took care of the cremation after her passing. We even got hugs on the way out. We got a card in the mail with 25 personal signatures! In respect for the loss of our loved pet. Wow just wow. Loss for words. Thank you.

Dr knouse was very informative and friendly over the phone during a visit for my guinea pigs. I called in the a.m. and was able to get in just a few hours after. Thank you! Update - I had my dog seen my Dr Todd. She was very friendly(over the phone). I am Eager to meet everyone in person. The entire process during COVID at this office has been easy and quick.

We adopted a cat from a rescue that 'had a simple cold.' We took the cat to LAMBS GAP and after 1 visit, they knew what he needed. The meds they gave him didn't work and saw him again 2 days later without making me feel over-dramatic! The 2nd visit was as good as the 1st! 10 days later, our newest addition is healthy and happy! They even called me a few days ago just to check on him!!!!

LG Animal Hospital diagnosed our rescued lab, the newest memeber of our family, with juvenile diabetes around christmas last year! The poor thing came to us with undiagnosed, untreated, juvenile diabetes. He was severely malnurished and emaciated... near death. The vet/staff were incredible with us. They worked us in right away, they were flexible/compassionate, they identified all his current and future costs up front before/after he was diagnosed. Our family all chipped in and we ended up spending approx. 1200 just at the vets office to get him better. It was pricey but worth every penny to watch him recover. We just couldn't put him down. But... today... the service was such a disappointment. I'm certain I will never return. #notachance I made an appointment for 620 pm today. I explained in detail, twice, to both the vet and staff my concerns/reason for the app. Our dog was sick last week throwing up but it only lasted a day. I assumed it was because we had to supplement his reg. dog food in A pinch because ours was sold out everywhere? Apparently, it was competing with the toilet paper idk BUT we had also switched his insulin to a generic brand 3 days prior, he started limping on his back leg the day after he fell ill, his sugars were high??? We gave him the weekend but he wasnt getting better so he needed to see the doc! In short, we ran into some issues on our way to this app today, 35 minutes away (debris from the 30+ mile winds/storms). At 622 my son suggested we call to let them know we were running late. So Picture this, were 4 mins away at this point (in total, under 10 minutes late) and the receptionist says the vet cant see u because she has 30 min back to back appointments? She asked if we could come back tomorrow in the am???????
