Wonderful place. Warm and friendly staff. Very helpful. They really go above and beyond to make you and your pets feel like they are part of the family.

They take such good care of My dog willow! We have been coming here for years and always have a great experience! I highly recommend Benny's to everyone!!

I had call this place several times to book an appointment and each of the time i had called they tell me that they are not accepting new clients. What they should do on that matter is take their advertising off the web and stay with their current customers. ????

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My friend has been giving her business to this place for the last 3 years to support local businesses instead of going to Walmart. She bought a expensive filter there for her fish tank and it didn't work, she went back today and told the owner and asked if she could get a discount due to spending $60.00 on the previous filter and they would not do anything for her??? Really!!! This is wrong, she was supporting a local business and that's how they treated her? BUYER BEWARE!!!! I am a local guide for the Harrisburg area and asking for any existing customers to stop shopping there. In times of a pandemic we all need to stick together! Reply:. You are still missing the point, it's how we talk/treat our customers that matters. It's not always about going by the rules. The customer is always right and should be treated with respect. Maybe it would be a good idea to set down with your staff about not being rude to the customer. Start by listening to the customes situation and go from there. There is always a better solution than being rude to a paying customer.

These guys are great. A little pricey but nice selection.

Heard about this place from a friend when I was complaining about finding a winter coat for my doggie. Located at the butt end of the Windsor park strip mall in Mechanicsburg, kinda out of the main flow of the mall but well worth it. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Was in earlier without my pup to look at what they had. Went home and came back with dog. Staff remembered me and which coats I was looking at. Fantastic purchasing experience. I was impressed by staff but they even had a little deli-like section selling doggie cookies,doughnuts and other doggie edibles. If you have an animal its a definite place to check out.

I have visited Benny’s a couple times since we moved to the area. I used to visit PetSmart for my dogs nail grinding but I wanted to try some place new and closer. At first things were ok. Prices were comparable and the staff is friendly. I have two dogs, both who do NOT like getting their nails done. I have one who will sit for it regardless and the other, well, she acts as if someone is trying to burn her at the stake and howls bloody murder. I know how she is and it’s for this reason why I seek a professional to tackle her paws. The first time she was handled was by groomer Nikki. She didn’t seem to appreciate the angst my dog was exhibiting and asked for help holding her so she could complete the job. I obliged as I totally get it!!! My issue and my concern is that EVERYTIME I come there Nikki acts like I just brought in Cujo and she is frightened and scared to trim her nails. Now, my dog has never bitten anyone or anything like that. Growled and howled and yelped (she’s a coonhound) and tried to jump off the table is the extent of her antics while getting her nails trimmed. Her nails are truly a two person job. But Nikki acts like she can’t handle it. 3 out of 4 times she has looked like she’s seen death when I come there with my dog. And I am almost asked immediately “you’re staying to do her nails right?” Again I don’t mind helping and she does the same thing for me...but now I’m met with an excuse that Nikki can’t help or do the job because she has arthritis. Not saying this is an excuse or anything....but why are you in this profession if you cannot or will not handle dogs who are Pomeranians or little toy dogs? If you are “experienced” you should be able to handle the job no matter how big or small. But each time Nikki just stands there while I’m struggling with the other groomer to get my dogs nails done. And guess who still has to pay full price!?!? I did half the job but am charged the full price. It’s just annoying and I contemplated submitting this review because I don’t want to ever leave a bad review for anyone without giving them a chance but last week was enough for me. While struggling with my dog on the table Nikki just stood there watching and didn’t seem to care. So for me, I will find another establishment who is a bit more knowledgeable and can help me. I shouldn’t have to pay money and leave frustrated. So I would not recommend Benny’s for nail trimming if you have a dog who does not like it or you have a larger breed dog because Nikki will not be able to handle them. The rest of the store is nice. The rest of the staff is friendly and courteous and so is Nikki, she’s just inept at her job and doesn’t appear to be interested in handling a dog who is not the norm. I would recommend the other groomer as she seems willing to help and tackle my dogs nails.

Very knowledge staff and decent selection of products. Staff is also very nice to deal with. We’ve had our dog groomed here several times and are always impressed with their thoroughness. The price seems very reasonable for the couple hours they spend with our dog and the dog always comes out looking good and smelling nice.

The only place I’ve found in the area that carries the food my puppy was feed at his breeders. The workers who helped me were very knowledgeable and seemed like they had amazing promotions and sales. They seem to carry very high quality foods, treats and toys for your pets.

Local, family owned store! The employees are always extremely welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The groomers do a great job and are gentle with both of our girls. The "yappy hour" sale/event is a great deal!

Really love the entire aisle dedicated to cats!!! Lots of toys... healthy foods... mesh crates... awesome customer service... they are hosting a low cost vaccination clinic on May 11th 2019
